《Young Master Has a Daughter》Chapter 233 - Creator

Yun Ling and Snow Fang were accompanied by the god as they slowly headed towards the army who was fighting the immortal.
There were many things on Yun Ling's mind as he tried to absorb what the boy and the god told him about the Ancient Gods and the Primordial Gods. In just a single day, Yun Ling's perception of the world had shattered. He had originally thought that the gods were the strongest beings in the universe.
He couldn't have been further from the truth.
Not only were the gods not the strongest, but there were also even two types of beings who were a lot stronger than them: Ancient Gods and the Primordial Gods.
The Ancient Gods were the offspring of the Primordial Gods. They possessed boundless strength and durability. An Ancient God could wipe out an entire army of gods alone. That showed just how powerful they were.
Then there were the Primordial Gods. Beings who had been around the universe since the universe had started. They were the ones who created nearly everything. They possessed an unimaginable strength. It was said that if a single Primordial God made a move, planets, stars, galaxies would be destroyed in an instant.
He thought of the huge figure whose body was made out of countless stars in the universe during his ascendance to the Fate Dominion Realm.
'Was that being a Primordial God?' Yun Ling thought to himself.
"Young Master, are you okay?" Snow Fang asked upon seeing his young master deep in thought.
Yun Ling looked at him and smiled.
"I am fine, Snow Fang. I'm just a bit overwhelmed. It's not every day you hear those things from gods."
At the side, the god smirked.
"That's understandable. When I first learned of those beings' existence, I was quite shaken myself," the god said. No longer was he naked as the day he was born. He now donned a black, thick, and liquid-like substance all over his body that served as his clothes which was made from his own power.

Yun Ling looked at him with a bit of wariness.
The boy had left, telling them that he was going to awaken the other gods. Since he didn't need their help anymore, he told the god to stay with them in the meantime and protect them from any harm. Though this god respected the boy and didn't seem like he was going to disobey his orders, Yun Ling still couldn't rest assured having such a monstrously strong wild card at his side.
He didn't know when this god might snap and decide to steal his eyes.
"Relax. Although protecting a puny mortal like you is displeasing, I won't dare go against Teacher's request," the god said. Even though Yun Ling was a Divine Being, in his eyes, he was just a puny mortal with special eyes. His opinion about him hadn't changed that much.
"That boy is a god, right?" Yun Ling asked. Though he was sure that the boy was a god, he wanted to get confirmation from the god himself.
"Mortal, do not call him that or I'll cut off that tongue of yours. Call him by his proper title, Teacher or Sacred Teacher."
Yun Ling frowned.
"But he isn't my teacher."
The god laughed mysteriously at that.
"That's what you think, however, he is undoubtedly your teacher and you are his student. Even this mutt here is his student," the god said and added the last part as he looked at Snow Fang.
Snow Fang growled at that insult.
"What do you mean?"
The god shifted his gaze back to Yun Ling.
"You really don't know anything, do you? Then let me spell it straight out to you. Let's go back to your question, Teacher isn't just a god. No, he is far more than that," the god said cryptically. "Every creature who practiced cultivation in this world is Teacher's student. The army who is fighting the immortal over there is his student. That immortal they are fighting is also his student. Do you know why?"

Yun Ling didn't say anything. If he knew, he wouldn't be that curious about the boy's identity.
"Teacher is the one who created the cultivation system!"
Yun Ling and Snow Fang's eyes widened.
"Without Teacher, there won't be any cultivation system in this world! Without the cultivation system, cultivators wouldn't exist! Mortals would stay as mortals while the Ancient Gods and Primordial Gods oppressed all living beings in this world for eternity!"
"The freedom you have right now is all thanks to the individuals who fought for freedom from those beings eons ago! And those individuals had the strength to resist those beings thanks to Teacher's cultivation system! If not for Teacher, the Ancient Gods and the Primordial Gods would still rule this universe!"
"Do you now understand what kind of respectable being Teacher is? Everyone in this world owes their lives to him!"
Yun Ling and Snow Fang were speechless. They didn't know what to say about that revelation of his. They were too shaken up and amazed to hear that.

Outlook: The Stars (Consciousness Unbound Book 1)
The year is 2152. Rune Yahui is a nineteen-year-old failure, not having gained entrance to college or the military, with no significant prospects in life. Even worse, Rune is the poorest of the poor, hailing from the mega-slums of New Southern Chicago, the lowest pit of America. In a desperate last-ditch attempt to gain a future more lustrous than toiling the rest of his days away in abhorrent conditions in one of the near sweat-shop level factories that dot the megapolis, Rune signs up for the Virtual Citizen program, a program to cull the excessive world population by transferring just their brains into a video game. In a stroke of rare luck, Rune is admitted into the program and happily submits himself to the surgery and digitization process. Unfortunately for him, he wakes up several hundred years later than he expected... or does he? **Author's Note** This isn't a type of story typical to RRL. You may have noticed LitRPG in the tags, but it's a relatively minor element in the story until later. You may also notice Slice of Life is in the tags. This story is going to be slow and there won't be any power tripping until way later if at all. The focus will be on character development. That doesn't mean I won't still have action/excitement, however. I encourage you to give the story a try. Maybe it will be your thing, maybe it won't. Thanks for even taking the time to read this, and if you do give my fiction a try, I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, well, I hope you find something that you do enjoy. Happy reading!

In The Tall Grass
Elizabeth Wilson commits suicide. She was the golden girl among her peers in Darkwood, Washington who stood above the pressure of her drug-ridden town. Explore the summer before her senior year that triggered the domino effect of Elizabeth's emotional and psychological breakdown that lead her to take her own life. This is the prequel to the main story, Petrichor and was never intended to be made. I wrote this because I wanted to explore Elizabeth's character and show how the main characters have changed since this event. I decided to release this first because Petrichor is undergoing a full rewrite. In the meantime, I'm writing a side story called Mourning Glory that takes place between the second and third act of Petrichor. Development is going rather fast so I suggest to to read that if you like this story
