《Another Day》Epilogue

Hello to everyone to has reached so far. This is a message for you, the one who I assume has wasted hours of their lives reading this story.
At this point I should start telling a story about my life, about why the chapter is SO late and more, which most of you really don’t care about.
You are here for the story.
And the story has been on hiatus for more than it has been in active ongoing state. The last chapter has been rewritten at least 3 times. I attempted several times to fix and revive it, but failed again and again. There is a tiny chance that much later I will try again, though I do not have high hopes for that.
But I feel it is wrong to just leave it as it is, without telling you how it ends. Some of you may have invested so much personal time into it, so much of yourself, that not telling you what happened next and how it ends would be wrong.
I have experienced that, and do not want to subject others to it.
So here are the spoilers, read them only if you really want to.
Volume 2 : Birth of Calamity
Spoiler: Volume 2
Alan reaches the coliseum and finds Lekana and the hero group against another group in tournament.
They win. He hides within the city
The next few days he looks for information about Amazons (they are cannibals which eat their own children and brought in men to gain their power). Few fight here and there, destroys a small army of automatons, and he ends up killing of one of the clan heads. Open hunt for him.
Lekana and hero group wins tournament. But in place of rewards they are outed out as spies and foreign enemies. They are surrounded and are going to be killed.
Alan interferes. Fight against Amazons and their princesses and other groups. Half of his body is ripped apart by magic spells, he restores it within seconds.
A portal rips open in sky and a small group from future appears. They came back to kill the ‘Great Calamity’ before its birth, at the location it was seen and weak. They have a magical device to find it my signature but can’t find it. It is Alan. More fight.

Several small angels appear and much bigger fight starts. Demons, Avatars and Clan heads join. City is half destroyed.
A spell hits Lekana, and dies in Alans arms.
Legate Ghalor appears, and tells that he destroyed the Amazon island, demands submission or death. Everyone refuses. He casts a mana nuke. The whole city is wiped.
Alan wakes up on a small boat. An amazon tells him that she wants him to take revenge on Amazon queen. She has a choker on her neck which is proof that queen is alive. She says that she knows that Alan can kill the queen. The choker shines and she dies, whispering for Alan to take revenge upon everyone who killed her son, which she loved and hid, trying to protect from amazons, but was found out.
Marcus(the other character) wakes up after angel mana nuke and find half of his group dead. He becomes leader. Travels to Empire.
End of volume 2
Volume 3: People choose the fate.
Spoiler: Volume 3
Alan understands that he can’t stand against magic alone.
Goes to dwarves and creates sword and armor out of non-magic conducting material(no one cares about that metal)
Travels. Meets people. Kills few avatars.
Changes body too much (3 hearts, bones and nails made metal, more grotesque stuff). No longer can be called human. Slowly becoming unhinged. No longer values lives.
Two huge armies fight against each other. They use the flying fortress design that he made in academy. He knows their weaknesses and destroys them easily. He meets his old professors and kills them. The two armies together try to kill him. Huge dragon appears. Killing nearly everyone. Alan barely kills the dragon.
Understands that there is a limit to flesh.
Travels to dead continent, to find mana eating creatures (which look like Spawn cloak, only with teeth, they live in a small shells in earth). Finds them, but they are not reacting to him. He has no mana. Alan makes decision and injects them into his body, making himself a host of the parasites.
He travels to empire. Slowly transforming. Parasites grow and start helping.

Find out that Seakers (people from dead continent) are alive and teaching everyone how to summon people and creatures from other world. Empire knew how but kept it secret. They want to destabilize the world. Alan starts hunting them too.
Half of the world starts hunt on ‘Immortal mana eating Calamity’.
‘Light Bringer’ is born in Elf kingdom he quickly conquers one country after another.
Empire starts summoning about hundred heroes every single day.
Everyone is in state of war. More avatars are born every day, they are instantly bound by avatar hunters (Marcus and his team). They also learn that empire was founded by first summoned. All human on planet essentially their relatives.
End battle: All the summoned (more than twenty thousand in total), and all other races join together to fight against ‘Light Bringer’ and his kingdom of mana creatures. They also have several mega flying fortresses and enourmous automatons (Meka).
The enemies have uncountable number of demons, angels, avatars, dragons and many more.
Huge fight. Wall on wall.
At some point in fight all the magical creature stop and turn in a single direction. Alan. Three magical nukes are thrown on him. He survives.
All the mana creatures abandon the fight and rush to kill Alan as if possessed. The mana eating creatures (which live inside of Alan) eat armies and dragons.
Anti-mana nukes is thrown. A twenty kilometers in radius glass crater, removing all mana in the area. Alan survives. The mana eating creatures hides inside of him. No one can fight as no mana, except dragons and Alan. He slowly rips them apart.
Fight against the “Light Bringer” and all magical creatures left. Alan wins and consumes them all leaving only the armies of all races.
Alan disappears.
Soon cities start being consumed one after another. Alan is more of a husk of his former self. Instincts and hunger of mana eating creatures is the only thing he feels.
After few months people notice that only the cities which practice magic are the ones targeted. All magic is banned worldwide. Any person seen or found using mana is instantly killed.
Kingdom of summoned is founded. They abandon magic and use only science and technology from their previous world, trying to recreate everything.
During the next few decades few cities attempted to revive usage of magic, but every single time they met their end by ‘Mana eating Calamity’.
And so life continues, in world full of magic, but in fear of the one creature that can’t use it.
Some info:
Alan can freely change his body because he does not have mana affinities. There is no one from ‘other’ side who can interfere with his body or soul.
Zeron knew that ‘Light Bringer’ would be born and told other gods to gather together to prepare. No one listened. They all fought their own little wars for small power.
Zeron sacrificed everything he had and changed the fate to create a single creature that could oppose it.
I wanted to create a story about a very rational person, with who we all could identify, who we all can understand, and with who we all mostly agree with, who if full of doubts and questions, who slowly loses what made him human. Slowly changing him into something different.
I wanted to create the best villain that I could. Not some crappy bullshit from third rate movies. Something that any fantasy world could fear. A creature that started from mere human and became absolute monster, both in mind and body.
That didn’t work as well as I wanted...
Anyway. Thanks again for reading the story.
I hope that at some point I will return back with either a better story, or something which I can show proudly.
Good luck and I wish you the best.
Vagen.
