High Priest Luther hisses with pain and pleasure at seeing the battle below. Pressing his hand to his wound, High Priest Luther waits for his arm to heal. Faithful worshipers nod at him as they make their way down the stairs past him and the faithful who had fallen so cruelly by the hands an evildoer who had cowardly attacked in such a menacing fashion.
Screams of pain fill the air causing High Priest Luther to close his eyes in pleasure until he detects the screams are emerging from nearby. Opening his eyes, Priest Luther sees his faithful followers fall in heaps and droves before him. High Priest Luther takes a step back as a small figure climbs up the stairs and over the corpses of the fallen.
A cute fuzzy bear appears in the dim light wearing a tuxedo and bowtie but more importantly holding Shurikens in his adorable fuzzy paws. Mr. Wilkins glances with satisfaction at seeing the red-robed freak before him holding his bleeding shoulder, where his shuriken had landed. Narrowing his eyes at the freak responsible for the attack, Mr. Wilkins growls, “You’re dead meat,” making the slashing gesture for death across his throat.
Priest Luther eyes widen in understanding at seeing the ninja stars in the fuzzy teddy bears paws. Priest Luther almost slips on his robe as he flails backward and shouts, “Guards!” Fleeing for cover, Priest Luther swiftly retreats up the stairs as a new surging wave of faithful guards and follower’s surges forward.
Undeterred Mr. Wilkins wades into the sea of attackers and after his prey. A sword plunges towards the marching solemn teddy bear only for the teddy bear twist his body a scarce inch away as the ceremonial blade smashes into the stairs causing sparks. Mr. Wilkins isn’t even allowed a moments rest when two more swords plunge towards him. Mr. Wilkins twirls in place and sends out a spray of ninja stars outwards. The intruders let out screams and fall to their side dead or bleeding.
Mr. Wilkins was quite vengeful as he cuts his way forward, he would take the time to crush the wounded underfoot with a swift ninja star across the throat. towards his opponent. Seeing the ruthless actions of the teddy bear, the assailants let out screams of fury and literally throw themselves onto the teddy bear. A dogpile of figures swiftly grows as Priest Luther smiles with triumph.

A soft grumbling is heard when suddenly the air is filled with panicked shouts. Bodies of his guards and followers fly into the air and are hurled over the ballroom staircase railing down below. Their screams cut off as they either left unconscious or dead in their respective landing places. Priest Luther for the first time in his life is filled with fear as he scrambles back in fear as a solemn teddy bear continues to march towards him.
Priest Luther screams for reinforcements as he almost trips in his haste and flees into the hallway. The teddy bear follows as a new wave of enemies throws themselves at the teddy bear who impossibly dodges the figures and tossing ninja stars left and right with impossible precision.

Crashes of battle can be heard down below on the ballroom floor as the scent of spilled blood fills the area. Loud screams of pain fill the air as students grab wounded friends and drag them to the safety and past the wall of teachers in open combat. Many of the students are much too frightened to use their abilities as they pray for reinforcements to arrive. What seemed like countless hours was less than two minutes. And all the while most of the teachers as they fight, can only think of one thing. Where was campus security and what was taking them so damn long?
Breathless Gareth Lockhart returns and shouts, “Security Headquarters is under attack. We’re on our own.” The students that manage to hear this pale, but Jonathan Walker slicing his way through his enemies’ barks, “Take the wounded as instructed by Professor Stark and remember to take a large enough defense force to protect them. Who has healing abilities or medical training to begin in the first aid of the wounded?”
Gareth Lockhart scans the area and shouts, “Annalise, come. Diane, Hunter, and Cross you’re in charge of the defense.” Diane doesn’t protest as a petite figure rushes to the front of the crowd. Pale and trembling, the curly-haired young woman shouts to make herself heard over the screams of the battle and the wounded. “I can heal well enough to stop bleeding, but we need someone with more medical training than I have. We need Veronica!”

Hunter growls, “How can we trust them! We’re being attacked by Sanguniem Vorpals!”
Jonathan Walker manages to overhear the comment and hisses, “This isn’t them! Now pull yourself together man, these are your classmate and partner you are talking about. Go get Veronica Delavega NOW and leave!”
Hunter takes a step back stricken by guilt as Diane shouts in her brother’s stead. “Veronica to the front, we need you!” Veronica dives through the crowd and emerges before them out of breath and slightly wounded.
Gareth swiftly says, “Everyone grab onto me, we’re leaving.” Everyone gathers around except for Albert Cross who remains hesitant.
“I’m not leaving without you, Jonathan,” Albert cried out.
Jonathan doesn’t turn back around to answer and loudly growls, “You will do as you are told Albert Cross, this is not a request.” Before Albert can continue to protest, Hunter firmly reaches forward and grabs onto Albert and drags him back. Albert can only dazedly watch the figure of his friend fighting when that scene vanishes.
The night sky hits them like a ton of bricks as unnoticed tears of relief drip down their faces. Blinking rapidly Albert glances around to find that they are on an open recreational field, near the recreational faculties. Hunter glances around and murmurs, “It’s a good spot with obvious vantage points on either side. With the building at our back, we can mount a defense and if necessary, barricade ourselves inside.”
Albert Cross remains dazed for a moment until a few seconds later Gareth appears with the first batch of the wounded, before just as swiftly vanishing. The group rushes forward to tend the wounded as Albert remains in a horrified daze at the sight of so much blood. Veronica shouts, “Albert, we need you!”
Albert instinctively does as he is told and finds himself kneeling on the grass next to a young female student in a white dress that is now dyed bright red. The young female shivers with cold as blood gushes from her a gaping wound across her right side. Albert stupidly stares at the wound failing to press his hands against the gaping wound and apply force to stop the bleeding.
Veronica too busy trying to stop a spouting neck stab wound fails to notice the initial lack of cooperation from Albert. Glancing up and furious, Veronica hisses, “Albert Cross, I need you to firmly press your fingers to her wound at her waist, while I sew her neck back up.” Not seeing any reaction, Veronica snorts in anger and grabs one of his hand and presses it to the wound. “Now push with both hands, Albert! She needs you!” Veronica cried out.
Awoken from his stupor Albert presses both hands against the gushing wound at the girl’s waist. “You’re going to be okay,” Albert chanted out loud to the frightened young girl and himself. Not even a minute later, Veronica forcefully pulls him to feet. Albert opens his mouth to protest to only glance down and meet the silent, dull, wide eyes of the young girl. She was dead.
“C’mon, we need to move onto the next wounded,” Veronica instructed dragging Albert to a young man with an almost severed arm.
Albert glances back and whispers, “I didn’t even know her name.”
Veronica doesn’t reply and kneels on the grass to tie a tourniquet around the young man’s forearm. Pointing to another wounded figure, Veronica says, “Albert help Hunter bandage the wounded!” Albert automatically does as he is told as the groans of pain from the wounded fill the air and more wounded continue to arrive until a loud blast is heard. Everyone stiffens as their ears begin to ring loudly after the explosion. Dazed and worried, they try to locate the location of the explosion. But all they can use to pinpoint the location is the smoke trail that is located in the vicinity and the direction of the ballroom.

"I'm Screwed" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This story uses the system derived by Puddles4263 in Randidly Ghosthound. I've incorporates the Path's system into the leveling of this story. Some of the beginning paths will be similar or the same as I thought that the starting paths were very logical on how a system should start. The stories will be completely different as the characters and story arcs will be completely different. Again, thank you Puddles for allowing me to use your system, really appreciate it! I also wanted to thank ProFound Magician. Has a lot of insight into a story development and as his system is based on Ghosthound, I saw a some beginning stage skills that should be thought of in a character just starting out. If you haven't yet read Ghosthound or Genesis System you're in for a real treat when you do! Thank you both I hope my use is seen as an homage in the beginning. Hopefully my story can live up to the system.
