Lucifer suddenly stopped chuckling to himself and sent his consciousness back to his core, a man that was missing his right arm and left leg crawled out of the water into the cave, blood sprayed with every heartbeat as he struggled onto solid ground, with a pale face and blue lips he stuttered out a spell and darkness coalesced around his bleeding stumps, almost immediately the blood hardened halting the bleeding.
Ignoring the pain in his limbs he struggled to sit upright, when he looked up greed and desire flashed across his pale face as he beheld a beautiful glowing stone gently floating a few feet off the ground, his eagerness to obtain the object he desired led him across the room in small painful drags across the rough ground opening his wounds once more.
He hoped that once he obtained the core he would be able to use its power to restore his wounds with the pure energy it would grant him, even high-level light spells would be available to him with such pure mana despite his specialty in the opposing arts.
once he entered the cores chamber he froze, surrounding the core was a dozen skeletons made of emerald translucent bones, they carried twin short swords of the same material their of bones.
He had already taken damage from the light crystal shattering and while in his shadow from the shockwave passed him without harm, but the walls cracked his shadow separating his limbs, there was no hope to defeat undead with dark magic on a good day let alone trying to win with someone in his current condition.
The skeletons shambled towards him with raised weapons that gave the promise of death, his mind worked swiftly trying to calculate a way to escape the situation, gritting his teeth he concentrated on his spell as his body melted into the shadows, hoping that the exhaustion and pain would not break his concentration and have his shadow fragment into pieces.

Floating in a dark world the man ignored his pain as best he could while trying to calculate how far away the core was, if he miscalculated the distance he would not be able to take the core and use it to empower himself and kill his enemies, instead he would simply be cut down by low-level undead and die a disgraceful death.
Meanwhile, outside the world of darkness, a wall dropped away revealing a passageway into the core room, inside the passageway a Panther stalked into the core room to the sound of fur rubbing against stone as it squeezed through the passage obviously meant for humans.
Dark waves surrounded the panther as she prepared to pounce, several minutes passed when the Panthers lowered body abruptly sprung forward.
The man was shifting his shows position closer to the core when he noticed a ripple in the endless void of the shadow world, he turned around and screamed out as claws clad in darkness wiped his gut sending his organs flying outside, before he could attempt to cast a spell to halt the damage or defend himself fangs found themselves around his soft neck.
A soft crack later his lifeless body fell back into the overworld crashing into the ground in a wet thump. Lucifer took in the sight of her bloody fangs and claws and said "good work Kuro", the panther replied with a soft purr then stalked back out of the core room to look for more prey on the lower floors.

Anti-Hero: Journey of Fear
There is a story where the hero makes friends, completes quests, and saves the world. This is NOT that story. In the VR world of Fate: Experience Acute Realism, the main character cuts his way through both the players and NPCs alike. This story takes a close look at how a true full immersion VR would be played. The setting is an open VR world where the players struggle to survive with a lack of knowledge and the NPCs panic in regards to the Travelers invading their world. The anti-hero of this story is cold and calculating. Sparing no one from his reign of terror he gives into occasional bouts of kindness before he is forced back on the path of blood and tears. For where there is a hero who seeks to bring people together to help the world move forward, there is an anti-hero who brings people together to seize the world for himself. WARNING: This story contains extreme violence, in every single chapter. This story contains references to sex, but no explicit scenes. This story has light to mild swearing. My chapters normally range from 4,000 to 5,000 words. This story does not contain happy endings, middles, or even beginnings.

The Everyday Life of A Pathfinder
Pathfinders are people who are respected and revered, not because of power or might, but because of knowledge of the world. They are the peacekeepers between humans and nature. Guiding humans through the most dangerous areas known to man and killing any species which attempts to throw off the balance of the natural world. This is their job - and their passion. *** Note: This story is going to have a few generic elements in it, like fantasy setting, guilds, cursing and stuff like that. A few (a lot) of things it won’t have is: Overly bloody descriptions, I don’t need to have enough buckets of gore to fill a ballroom for people to get that guy is defiantly dead; Rape, I don’t like it and it’s honestly painful writing that stuff; Harems, fuck harems; Overpowered MC, EVER; Game elements/ transported to another world, overused as shit; “I’m out for revenge”, no one cares; “My village was burned down and everyone died ;-;”, yeah you and the other 60% of the population; A lot of overly dramatic events, Drama has its time and place to be impactful, so you need to use it sparingly so when you do it’s special; “I’m going to stab you because I’m CrAZy, I believe that everyone has a reason for what they do, sometimes the reason is because they’re fucking insane, but I’m still not going to write things like that; Generic fantasy creatures, I’m tired of hearing about the fucking mystical dragons or the god damn slimes, so I’m going to create my own monster. Also feel free to roast. I don't get offended easily and it's honestly one of the best ways to increase writing abilites.
