Harsh winds rushed past the wings of a wyvern as it tore through the skies, its scales giving off a cold green glint as it flew in the setting sun. Atop this beast's head sat an old man, his wrinkled face was relaxed with half lidded eyes which contrasted greatly with circumstance. He wore plain deep blue robes that fluttered in the breeze, sitting behind him several others with similar clothing only more extravagant enjoyed the scenery.
After flying for several hours they spotted their destination, the Wyvern circled the encampment several times while releasing colorful magics into the sky.
At first, the civilians panicked at the sight of the monster but after seeing the signals they visible calmed down and began chattering excitedly. Wolfram gathered his generals then marched towards the only bare surface in the budding town.
Just as Wolfram arrived he was assaulted with gusts of winds that threatened to take him off his feet from powerful wing beats. The Beast landed making the ground shudder in the process, everyone on the mountain could hear the thump of its landing.
The Old man stepped off the Wyvern's head in mid air and floated down briskly accompanied by his followers. Wolfram led his men to salute "Greetings Merlin arch mage of the arcane university." said Wolfram in the most formal tone he could muster.
Merlin gently smiled back at Wolfram and softly replied "no need for pleasantries, I was once a commoner too you know, so there is no need for such stiff speech". Wolfram would have visibly sighed with relief if not for his training. Wolfram gave a crooked attempt at a smile back and started to speak with Merlin about business then asked if he could assist in anything. They chatted amicably for a short time, the mood only soured slightly when the other mages didn't even look at Wolfram or his men as they strutted past towards the dungeon.

The group of mages finished their preparations outside the dungeon entrance and began to voice their dissatisfaction at being dragged here, one of the older men ranted "I don't know why the king sent most of the main forces of the arcane university simply to check on a new dungeon, this is beneath us, is the king trying to get back at us for not involving ourselves in the last skirmish. we are an institute of knowledge, not some mage corps he can order around", the others simply meditated in silence to better prepare themselves.
After nearly an hour Merlin accompanied by his student arrived at the dungeon entrance. The party of mages entered the dungeon after applying several spells to themselves and each other, they walked in a circular formation with Merlin in the middle, as they walked an occasional spark of mana would betray the barriers that surrounded them.
Meanwhile, Lucifer was in his lab studying the ants that survived the mana overload, when he felt dozens of immense mana fluctuations, startled he put down everything and alerted Selenia and David to be battle ready. Selenia immediately started to equip her new armor hastily while asking what was happening.
Lucifer replied "Several large mana fluctuations just entered the dungeon entrance" causing Selenia to slow down then said "Then I think they are the arcane university, they are checking this dungeon for any potential threats to the Kingdom".
Lucifer acknowledged her and then left to go observe the intruders.

Long long ago, there was a time of eternal harmony, when pain and anguish ceased to exist. The world was united as one under the rule of a glorious goddess. But this goddess made a stupid mistake, and chaos rained through her lands. Her people fought and fought, and she lost control over her creations. To sustain peace, she destroyed herself, and her remnants scattered throughout the lands and into the souls of her people. Her last words were to her daughter, the goddess of love, whom she had cherished, "Though I cannot fix the mistakes I've made, I can wish my people to be happy. No more endless pain. No more raging wars. Love, please. Save my world. Restore hope into the eyes of those I've created." She became the forgotten goddess after her world lost its ruler. First Princess Azulia was born a human with a shocking resemblance to the forgotten goddess. Her hair was ink black, and her eyes glimmered like priceless sapphires. Her features were uncanny in similarity to the goddess, even in the way she held herself. Though the goddess's eyes were more like icicles, Azulia's resemblance was enough to make you think twice. Azulia was raised with the mindset that she would be the future Empress of Hydrangea. It was a destiny placed out in front of her and carefully sorted out. Those around her directed her life like a pawn. Until one day, comes the beak of time, and her destiny points in another direction. Azulia must learn to break the tension her family shapes and create a destiny of her own. Her world depends on it, even if it means she must destroy herself.

"You shouldn't have called me a dog; I'll make you regret that. Prepare yourself "Sparky" because when we get home I'll make you beg." His eyes were dark and mischievous and I felt my heartbeat speed up a little. "Sparky? Really doggie, you couldn't come up with something better? And as for the begging... not really my thing." I smiled at him and tried to sound calm. Alex gave me an amused look and an evil grin before he answered:"We'll see about that won't we?"Ash is a seventeen-year old boy who is living with his abusive foster-dad until the day when he's asked to go to the store and the three Alphas' of the Fair moon pack get their eyes on him. 8 121Dungeon Crawler Katia
The aliens killed everyone on Earth...almost. Every structure, from the Taj Mahal to the lowliest lobster trap, vanished into the earth, killing everyone inside. The survivors were given a choice: Endure on the surface without food or shelter or tools, or descend into a world-spanning nightmare dungeon that is also a reality TV show. Katia, an art professor from Iceland who has given up her humanity to transform into a shapeshifting doppelganger, meets up with Carl and his cat, Donut. Together, the three fight to survive in a dungeon filled with Clarketech goblin murderdozers and pyramid-scheme fairy moonshine-makers. The above is, of course, describing Dungeon Crawler Carl. With DoctorHepa's (the author) permission I'm posting some fanfic to expand on Katia, one of the secondary characters who started off not getting as much exploration as I would have preferred. I started off writing chapters that matched up to canon except from her POV instead of Carl's; that lasted a couple of chapters before going off the rails and spinning off into a completely new story, which suggests I should really go back and renumber all the chapters as soon as I find some tuits.
