When Black awoke and felt a rush of information enter his mind, he collapsed to the ground, clutching his head and exclaiming an inhumane screeh.

* screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

His screeh reverberated throughout the surrounding area. As if on a continuous loop, 4 hours later, it finally stopped and he regained consciousness. Black was at a loss for words. He knew he wasn't human, but this was a bit too much for him to handle. He felt more like a beast, and it pained him to see what he had become. He was sad. He never liked being a human, but he never wanted to be a monster either.

"Oh well, the milk has already been spilled."

Black floated up and entered a meditative state to digest all the information he had gotten from his "drones." Five minutes later, he felt his soul being pulled to another place. Before he could do anything, he found himself sitting before a completely black tree. It had five limbs and was five meters tall.

"Ho! Is this my mind space? "

The ground shook.

"So it is! Pretty cool! "

Everything in his mind space felt like an extension of himself. He felt like he was a god. He willed all the information he got to slowly enter his soul so that he could understand it.

Four hours later, Black awoke energized and eager to embark on his journey and discover the world of salara. That's right! It turns out that his drones did more than just collect information about his surrounding area; they collected information about the world itself! Its name, size, population, and much more are all included. All this information combined was too much for his already damaged soul. Although it was limitless, it still needed to stabilize and expand. Black was glad his darkness was smart enough to cut off the connection between him and his "drones." When it sensed that it was too much, otherwise, he would probably be in the worst state. He was still concerned about not being able to interact with the real world because the bipedal lizard men couldn't see him.

"Welp, might as well try to touch someone. What's the worst that could happen?"

He willed the hovering mass of black goo that was him to extend and touch the lizardman in front of him. At first, nothing happened, then it slowly fused with its body. Black felt a familiar tug on his soul and he found himself back in his mind space. The only difference this time was that there was a floating sphere of light chained down with black chains in the corner beside him.

"Woah, is that its soul?"
