Standing out Delano Gym, Lefu stood there thinking on how to explain his transformation. He couldn’t play it off and pretend everything was normal. Maybe they won’t notice, Lefu thought heading to his apartment. Gently opening the door, his mother jumped him and was scanning his body instantly.

“You became a vampire, but not a normal one either.” Violet mumbled, “I never heard a vampire hunter heir becoming a vampire. Usually if they are bitten it just upgrade their strength, but it seems another factor was in play.”

Lightly lifting his mother off of him, Matt kicked him. Crashing through the wall, most of Lefu’s bones broke. Walking over, he yanked Lefu off the floor and estimate his regeneration progress.

“It seems the Zurie’s are slacking on their training. Well no matter, I will correct their mistakes.” Matt mumbled, “Honey I be taking him to the mountain for some training tomorrow.”

Unable to understand what’s going on, Lefu shouts, “What are you taking about!”

“Oh, we are supposed to wait for your twentieth birthday before telling you, but it doesn’t seem to matter now.” Violet said, “We come from long line of vampire hunters, which grants us a special body. Usually when a vampire bites a human, either they turn into a servant or die. But in our case, it grants us strength.”

“Than you knew that the Zurie’s were vampires,” Lefu said.

“We knew since you came home after the crash,” Matt answered. “Some lingering herb smell gave it away, which only vampires could have,”

Thinking back, Lefu didn’t remember any smell and wondered why his parents allowed him to get close to vampires. “If you knew they were vampires then why did you allow me to go with them?”

“The Zurie’s are one few vampires’ clans, that side with humans. Besides Kevin is the CEO of Primrose.” Violet answered, “If you manage to marry their daughter, we won’t have to worry about your future.”

Why does it sound like your trying to sell me off? Lefu wondered.

Is it a bad thing? If you marry me you could do all your training and fighting without worrying about money. Clare’s voice rang in Lefu’s mind.

Clare, should I take that as a confession? Lefu asked.

Wh-What are you talking about. There no way I would marry you, Clare stuttered.

Clare, you are forgetting the dating stage, or are you in rush for marriage? Lefu laughed.

Idiot, Clare shouted and the mind link cut off.

“Mother are you trying to sell off your own son?” Lefu asked.

Violet looked away when she answered, “What could possibly give you that idea?”

Mother, do you really doubt me that much? Lefu thought.

“Son, just think of the benefits,” Matt whispers, “If you marry Clare, she would stay beautiful forever, while money and time just part of the package.”

Lefu’s eyes began to sparkly as his father, but fear replaced them. The fearful aura his mother released behind them scared him. Unable to feel the aura, Matt continued to talk before a demonic hand appeared.

“Dear,” Violet demonic grip took hold, “want to do some explaining?”

Watching his father face him with tears in his eyes, Lefu saluted him as he was dragged off. It has been an honor, Lefu’s eyes conveyed to Matt.

“That went well,” Lefu mumbled, as his father’s screams enter his ears. “Note to self, women are scary at times.”

Flopping onto her bed, Clare grinned as she still felt connected to Lefu. Even when he is far away, I can talk to him with a mere thought, Clare laughed. After thinking that she meets him tomorrow, she drifted off to sleep.

Appearing in field of flowers, Clare looked around and saw a training field. In the center of the training field, she saw Lefu and an old man meditating. Moving closer to Lefu, she felt his Aether energy were nearly thousand times stronger than Kevin’s.

“Little vampire lady it’s not polite to interrupt their training,” a woman’s voice scared her from behind.

Clare quickly spun around. A woman looking about thirty appeared. She was wearing a red martial arts dress with golden dragon print. In her hand, a light blue metal fan matching her hair was pointed at her.

“Who are you?” Clare asked.

“I am Grandmaster Sasha,” The woman replied. “you can refer to me as Master.”

Replying in confusion, “Master, For what?” Clare asked.

“Since you love that boy, you’re going to need the strength to protect yourself.” Master Sasha answered in question. “Or do you want to become his weakness, since he has to worry about you?”

“Lo-Love, pl-please there no way I could,” Clare shouted, “Right?”

“Are you an idiot, you consistently think about him, want to be near him, and can’t wait to see him.” Master Sasha ranted. “If that not it then what is it?”

The sudden shock to her system, Clare froze as notification flooded her sight.

Three days to confess, isn’t that a little too soon? Clare wanted to shout.

“I learned how to defend myself when I was younger,” Clare answered. “So, I don’t need your training.”

“You just use brute strength,” Master Sasha snapped back, “Think how powerful you can become with training, or do you want to become the weakest vampire primogenitor?”

Unable to retort, Clare accepted the training. “Fine, I will accept your training, for Lefu sakes.”

Smacking her fan into her hand, Master spun around and walked, “Now follow me to ours own training field.”

“Why aren’t we training here?” Clare asked.

“You’re not ready to play on their field yet,” Master Sasha calmly replied. “Truthfully he not ready either, but that man the only one capable of training him.”

Surprised by the answer, Clare wanted to know more. “Why do you say he is the only one?”

“Grandmaster is the title given to those when other feels they’re above master level.” Stopping in her tracks, Master Sasha spun. “But If there were levels above grandmaster that man would be three levels higher.”

“If he’s that strong I might have heard of him. So, who is he?” Clare asked. She loved to learn about ancient masters, especially incredibly strong ones.

“His name was erased from history.” Master Sasha said with regret, “But many tales were created based on him. He faced armies by himself and came out unscathed but like all mortals, time took a toll on him.”

“Didn’t he learn any martial arts so his life extended?” Clare asked. She has met some who call themselves cultivators in the past. I think they talked about finding a way to eternal life or something?

Shaking her head, “He was born unable to cultivate,” Master Sasha replied.

Clare curiosity kept asking for more, but Master Sasha spun and continued forwards. Arriving at the training field, Master Sasha stopped. “We will begin with running to build stamina.”

“Why do I have to build stamina?” Clare asked. “My regeneration should allow me to continue endlessly.”

Snapping her fan, Master Sasha looked with pity. “What would happen when your injured? Will it heal the injuries or your stamina first?”

Unable to reply, Clare figured out that she still has lots to learn. “How long am I suppose to run for?” Clare asked.

“First put on these weights,” Master Sasha grinned. ”then start running until I say stop.”

Sliding on the training weights, Clare noticed that it slowly gained weight. “Why is it getting heavier?”

“These are specially made by the space to seal away your vampire regeneration and strength.” Master Sasha explained.

“Why is my strength sealed along with my regeneration?” Clare asked.

“What would happen if your enemy sealed your strength?” Master Sasha asked. “Helpless, but since I’m your master, I will do my best so that doesn’t happen.”

“Now you’re stalling,” Master Sasha snapped her fan. “Begin running or should I bring out the whip?”

Inside Clare a deep fear of whips surface. The fear pushed Clare forwards running faster than ever before. Only few feet behind her, Master Sasha seemed to guild across the ground. “If you don’t pick up the pace, you’re never going to keep up with Lefu!”

“You’re a Demon!” Clare’s voice echoed across the field.

In the center of Antarctica, a building covered in veins was in full swing. In thirty-foot diameter an array was present warming the surrounding area. Hanging above the door a sign saying Nirvana headquarter.

Inside the office a man appearing about thirty was stamping papers. “Hazel, where are this month’s reports?” he shouted. In the doorway, a woman with hazelnut hair appeared. She appears to be in her mid-twenties, and her hair tied into pony tail.

“They are on the left side,” Hazel emotionless voice replied. “But sir, you should really take a look at the orb.”

“This again, it’s been inactive for the last seven hundred years,” The man angrily replied. “Its not going to suddenly light up announcing a world-shaking terror.”

“But sir, it really is glowing! Come and look,” Hazel’s shouted.

“Fine, I will humor you this one tim-,” The man stopped in his tracks. “It really is glowing and judging by the brightness about a month is left!”

“Hazel, hurry and summon the council and the generals!” the man shouted out commands.

Replying to him, Hazel bowed, “As you wish, Geordan the Immortal King Candidate.”

Deep inside a cave in unknown location, a pale figured opened his eyes. Revealing deep red eyes, he stared towards the entrance. Looking at the white ribbon, he smiled. “Based on my estimate the seal will be at its weakest in month time.”

Then the world will know real terror once again, the figure laughed.
