Benedict found himself in a daze. An hour? No, maybe even more.

He was staring at the horizons. The sun that gently set behind the grassy planes. The little trickle of light that bounces against his body in its last dying shimmer.

Footsteps gently tredded next to his location, as he stood by the door of an old hill he called home.

"Hey. Are you done here?" a gentle voice asked of him. It came from Usagi, a little bunny girl that knew him since before he lost his memories.

"Yeah, just.. give me a sec" Benedict replied.

His memories of his time here all felt like it was a dream. A happy and peaceful one. He remembered running around training his sword skills agains the tiny creatures that bounced around. Not once had he killed a single one of them.

"What is this place?" Katie who finished sweeping up the dust in the small room they called home, laid down on the mattress in the middle.

"I don't know, but it feels rather homely in here" Matthew commented, as he sat at the edge of a mattress.

The happy memories that retained in this location brought the feel around it to be rather warm and delightable as well. It was as though, their past had never left this area.

"Alright! Lets go!" Benedict pulled himself together.

Benedict pulled out a sword from his spacial inventory. It was a sword he had gotten in the past, where they visited Mr David's hometown. (refer to rewrite:67)

A perculiar shop owner had passed him the sword.

It held a black glow, one which not many people can see. Yet, it was rusty and dull. At least, what appeared to be rust. He had experimented with the sword after which at multiple occasions, be it infusing ki, mana or other magical energy, the sword chose to remain dull and useless.

"Hey what do you have there?" Matthew walked out of the house through the tiny door burried at the side of the hill.

"Oh, its just a sword I got previously" Benedict replied, as he sheathed it back into the cover, making a metallic shriek as it was done so.

"I think I have some anti-rust in my inventory, do you need some?" Matthew asked.

"Nah, I'm good" Benedict replied.

"Whatever you say bro" Matthew answered back with a tinge of doubt.

"That... that's the sword of Dulskaharn" Matthew's right arm spoke to him telepathically.

"Huh? What? What's that?" Matthew asked out loud in suprise.

"What's what?" Benedict asked.

"The demon in my right arm just called it the sword of Dulskaharn or something" Matthew answered.

"Yessss. The sword. It was possessed by a mighty fine young knight named Duls in the past you see, he was outstanding in sword skills, so much so that he managed to receive the title of duke through his strength alone. However, one day, he went out on an expedition to help a neighbouring town, only to return to his kingdom to find that his beloved kingdom was no more. His family had been gruesomely slaughtered by another kingdom's soldier, and he made it back in time to see the head of his wife roll on the floor after being toyed with by the soldiers. Enraged, Duls slayed the soldiers and attempted to fight off against the entire enemy force alone. However, he alone wasn't enough. He laid half dead among the piles of dead bodies struggling to stand up as he was laid bloodied and battered. And that was when, the devil came. By that I meant The Devil he made a sly offer to the knight Duls, where he offered him great strength through the means of letting his child 'kaharn' possess his body. Naturally, the knight accepted the offer. He single handedly destroyed the enemy kingdom and country with a single sword, only to have his soul taken away at the end, as the sword he used to slay millions stabbed his own heart by his own will. It was rumored that he felt grieve for what he had done at the end, and stopped himself by stabbing his own heart. And hence the sword of Dulskaharn remained. The moment it tastes blood it will give the user with extraordinary strength and speed, however it will consume its wielder in a fit of anger and rage, causing the wielder to kill everyone and anything he sees" the right arm spoke out loud.

"Since when were you an encyclopedia?" Matthew looked towards his right arm only to be hit by it.

"Young fool, I suggest you keep that sword sheathed" the right arm warned Benedict.

"ah. Thanks" Benedict acknowledged.

Throwing back the sword in his inventory, Benedict beckoned the group to move along.

"Let's go guys, I don't know where we are headed, but let's go" Benedict brought the group forward.

"However, I do have a destination in mind..." Benedict walked into the forest ahead.

"Hey Mitsuha" asked Issabell, as she walked next to the young girl.

"Why are we shopping for clothes in the department store?" she asked.

"I'm guessing this is the last time we'll be spending money in a while, so let's use everything we got!" Mitsuha tried to be as cheery as possible as she replied.

The surrounding men and women slightly blushed at the same time, as the cool beauty tried something that was simply out of her nature.

"Are you sure?" Risha tilted her head to the left.

"Ah, its alright if you don't have enough, just spend it to the best you can" Mitsuha smiled as she answered the former slave.

"No, I mean... I can't possibly spend it all" Risha replied.

"Don't worry! Just spend the money!" Mitsuha encouraged her, thinking that the meager sum she had as a slave in the past is making her hesitant to spend even a single cent.

"okay" Risha answered her.

Mitsuha watched as Risha entered a jewery store and left with a few bags.

"..." Mitsuha stared at her.

"Uhm, just asking, how much do you have left?" Mitsuha asked Risha.

"Around a million?" Risha replied as she tilted her head to the left.

"....huh?" Mitsuha broke.

A portal appeared next to the house where Benedict had been a few hours before.

And out came, a slime.

It was big, really big. It changed its size as it came through the portal. Alone.

"!"

The nearby slimes immediately swarmed the familiar green slime.

Bob has arrived.
