"For your noble deed, I shall give you the rank of baron, and have you guard over the lands of fenesia!" A man announced, as he sat upon a throne.

The room broke out in applause, as Dominic stood in the centre.

"?"

"But I refuse" Dominic replied without a care.

"No please, I must reward you in one way or another..." the king gently forced his way through.

"Then I would like a potato or something, that's good enough" Dominic answered him without catching the hidden meaning in the king's words.

"What audicity, to treat the king's life like a mere potato" scorned the prime minister next to the king.

"I know right, how can a king be compared to a potato" Dominic agreed. Perhaps in a different sense.

Dominic was walking around as usual, when he found a luxury limo being attacked by a dragon.

Having nothing better to do, he decided to save thoese rich people inside, hoping to go through some sort of exciting adventure from this event.

Instead, he found himself standing in the throne room where people put on fake smiles and look at each other.

"Anyways, this is kinda boring, so I think I'll go now." Dominic nonchalantly stated as he turned a 180 degrees and walked towards the main gate.

Suddenly, the gate burst open.

A messanger rushed forward in a fluster, as he stopped before the royal guards infront of the king.

In his hands was an official scroll.

"THE KINGDOM OF JABLAKAN HAS DECLARED WAR ON US!" he shouted.

"And they are attacking...NOW!" As he shouted that last word , perhaps caught off guard, the guards failed to block the messenger that leaped forward and stabbed the king.

"Wow.." Dominic was amused by the messanger's bravery.

As the assasin jumped around, Dominic caught him by the scruff of his neck as he attempted to rush past him.

"Dude that was sick, well played, well played" Dominic complimented him.

"Nice! Kill him!" Shouted the nobles around.

The assasin attempted to hit Dominic as well, but was unable to move. To him, it felt like he was being held in place by a mountain.

"Kill yourself, he made a big play!" Dominic replied, as he let him go.

"And comming from a king that goes on vacation as he country has a probability of war, he deserves to die i think" Dominic tried his best to reason.

Suddenly, a black portal appeared out of nowhere, as an ominious presence silenced the whole room.

Most people fainted.

A black undisguinshable figure to the mortal eye approached Dominic.

"I need your help," the figure knelt down.

"Please" he begged.

"Sure, I'm free right now" Dominic replied.

"Huh? Thats it?" Death was confused.

"Whats it?" Dominic replied.

"Nothing, just talking to myself" Death covered up.

"Anyways, I'll explain on the way" Death beckoned Dominic into a portal he created.

With that, a kingdom fell and two enitities appeared in the phantasm realm.

"Woah" Dominic commented, as he looked around.

"It sure is empty in here"he commented.

"Well, thats only because I'm the only phantasm being in this realm" Death said.

"Anyways, have you heard of multiple realities and the infinite timeline?" Death asked.

"Just explain" Dominic replied.

"You see, each variable action we have could lead to something else that we could have done, and thus stems another timeline. So right now, I'm bringing you into another timeline. One where the other phantasm beings are being held captive right now." Death told him.

"So basically thats another world that is both different and the same as yours"

"Wait, so I get to meet myself?" Dominic asked.

"Well...no, you see you candidates are pretty resolute in the fact that you trenscend time, so another copy of you cannot be made" Death replied.

"Bummer" Dominic muttered.

"So what do you need me for?" Dominic asked.

"You see, theres a candidate out there thats been capturing gods and thoese above and making them part of his slave army..."

"And... lif..I mean the phantasm beings are already too weak to fight against him, so I need help rescuing her, I mean them" Death stuttered.

"So you want me to save your loved one from the other candidate" Dominic looked at him with warm eyes.

"Whoese my loved one?! I'm the exact opposite of her!" Death replied.

"I never said anyone though" Dominic whistled.

"Gah, well...lets just go okay?" Death opened up another portal, it glowed a bit blue this time.

"Yeah yeah, I just have to beat up some guy who's into slaves right? Got it." Dominic entered the portal right behind Death.

Dominic found himself in a place where he should have been under instant arrrest.

He was back in the academic city.

"Oi, death, I am currently a mass murderer here you know?" Dominic told him.

"No you're not, as i've said this is a similiar yet different world. You don't even exist here" Death silenced him.

The presence of Death once again knocked people out and gave them a near death experience instantly.

"You're pretty good at knocking people out arent you" Dominic laughed as he walked along with death.

"..." Death didnt reply.

"So where's this guy?" Dominic asked.

"Its fine, he will come to us" Death said with confidence.

With a flash of light, Dominic watched as a whole band of figures flew down from the sky, shaking and cracking the ground as they landed.

An unstable building collapsed somewhere behind.

"Life...The elements...and some gods..." Death looked at the giant mess of people.

"Wait a minute, theres the same god in every timeline as well?" Dominic asked.

"Yeah, they can change the time of their own timeline only though, by right they cant sense the other timelines" Death said.

Dominic looked at a familiar Indra who held his spear briming with power.

"So the main guy himself isn't comming out eh?" Dominic looked around.

"But theres this strange glowing aura leaking from them like a bunch of strings though..." Dominic rushed next to them, as he grabbed onto the threads connected to their necks.

He gave it a light pull, as the god it was connected to, was blown back a few miles in the air.

The person on the other side most likely felt it as well.

Immediately, the dieties and superior beings attacked.

"Be careful not to die okay?" Dominic warned.
