"Excuse me sir, but may I check what you are bringing with you?" the service staff asked as politely as he could.

"no" Dominic replied.

At the front gate of the teleportation portal, due to security reasons, each person that appears to be suspicious would need to have their handheld items checked.

Currently, after throwing away the annoying noble, Dominic knocked out a certain person and wrapped him up inside some blankets.

"Sorry sir, but there are regulations...." the staff tried to reason.

But as someone who doesn't follow reasoning, Dominic suddenly disappeared.

All that was left, was the sound of something entering the portal, and footsteps that made a landmark where he was standing.

"Hey you, I brought it" Dominic stood in a certain back alleyway, facing a certain information broker.

"But before that..." Dominic gave a slap towards the information broker, sending him flying quite some distance away.

"Why didn't you tell me that there was a direct portal to that town?!" he questioned. Rather, he was quite annoyed that he had to sit in a slow moving carriage for a month.

"Its common sense?!" the information broker countered.

Of course, the real reason why he didn't tell him so was to allow David to revive. But that's something he would never say.

"Anyways, where is she?" the information broker asked.

"Here" Dominic opened up the blanket that wrapped up Issac.

"I got him" Dominic announced.

"...."

"who is this?" the information broker asked.

"Issac of course, the one you sent me to rescue" Dominic replied.

"I've been thinking, don't you think that there's way too many girls around? I'm glad to see a guy around my siblings for a change" Dominic commented.

"..."

"Firstly, this isn't a guy. Secondly, I asked you to rescue Issabell not some random person named Issac!" the information broker did a facepalm in real life.

"This is why you candidates are...." he muttered under his breath.

"Wait, so this is a girl?!" Dominic was suprised.

"No, maybe yes but that doesn't matter! Return it back as soon as possible! Oh.. wait..." the information broker sighed.

"Leave him here, and go back to Terresa and stop the wedding between Issabell and the filthy baron" the information broker held his head in his hands.

"Is his head heavy or something?" was Dominic's thought, before he headed back to the teleportaion gates.

After Dominic left, a certain person opened her eyes.

"Are you awake? You willful princess" the information broker sighed once again.

When Dominic returned, the city was in an uproar.

"The princess is dead!"

"The beautiful young dutchess is getting married to that fat and ugly baron!"

The citizens were spreading rumors all around.

Looking around, the city was rather peaceful. Villagers set up stores neatly at one side of the street, and the main road where carriages passed through was kept relatively clean. There was almost not a single trace of litter on the ground.

The tiles on the floor were made out of stone, with buildings built from concrete or bricks. They all appeared to be well done in its foundations and beauty. The buildings appeared to get grander and grander the closer they were to the castle situated at the centre of the city.

Dominic had already seen the giant walls surrounding the city when he came in from the port, but it appeared that there were walls that further seperated the nobles from the citizens inside.

It was the only city/village that appeared not to have a slum.

"THE DUCHESS'S WEDDING AND THE PRINCESS'S DISSAPEARENCE? COULD IT BE SOME SORT OF CONSPIRACY?!" a drunkard was shouting out nearby.

People were listening, but he was quickly put down by the guards nearby.

"Make way for the earl!" a person announced, as the people orderly moved to the sides, and allowed for a carriage to pass through.

"Hurry up! The wedding is going to start in 3 hours! I got to dress up for the ceremony at the Duke's residence." The earl was spouting some really useful information.

"The wedding is held at the duke's residence!" the reporters quickly jotted it down.

"Hey, where is the duke's residence?" Dominic asked a random person nearby.

"Its inside the noble area, only honoured knights from commoners are able to go through there" a villager told him.

"To think that kind Issabell would have to get married to that disgusting duke..." he sighed.

"What about that girl is kind? pfft" Dominic laughed.

"wait... you know her?" the villager looked at Dominic.

It was a strange affinity that had pulled them together. Mainly with the villager having a strange 'good-listener' aura.

"Ah I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Leatreioa Roy, you can just call me Roy." he introduced himself.

Among the people, he could be said to be on the slightly better looking side. However, he merely appeared average for Dominic who was constantly surrounded by beauties that are beyond his league.

"I'm Dominic" he introduced. Short and simple.

"I think you might provide me with some rather useful information" Dominic smiled.

"So... you and the princess along with the duchess are childhood friends." Dominic was talking with Roy at a cafe nearby.

"Yes, my father is an honoured knight, so we are sort of able to pass through. And when I was there, I got lost as a child, and came into contact with the princess and duchess." he told Dominic.

From what Dominic could tell, this guy was a natural nice guy.

"So, the thing is... the princess's death may not even be real. She could just be late for the appointment. Right.." Roy appeared to be thinking as optimistically as possible.

"So, what appointment is it that's so important that the princess is asssumed dead for just not attending?" Dominic asked.

"Its... the engagment meeting her and the crown prince of Menift" the nice guy gritted his teeth as he said so.

"Well... aren't you glad?" Dominic asked.

"Why? If we got connected to Menift our economy will bloom like no tommorow." he said.

"Actually, don't you feel anything that both of your childhood friends are going to be married off?" Dominic teased.

Dominic was getting more and more direct.

"When I heard of the Issabell's wedding it just felt unnatural. It was like I think that she was more deserving of someone better..." he said.

"And when the princess's wedding was announced... it just felt...felt wrong. AH!" he opened his eyes and realised.

"I..I think I might like the princess..." his face flushed red as he silently uttered this cheesy and cringy words.

"By the way, could that princess possibly be disguised as a male thief for some reason?" Dominic asked, as he recalled the information brokers words he heard when the girl woke up.

"willful princess" perhaps Dominic's hearing was out of his calculations.

"Yes, how did you know? Other than me, no one else, not even the king or queen knows!" his eyes opened in shock.

"Could she have snuck to the city of Paliol just to eat the fish there?" Dominic asked.

"Yes, she did" he answered honestly.

"Alright then, could you say goodbye to your parents and friends? You have 15 minutes." Dominic announced.

"Why?" he asked, confused.

Dominic didn't reply.

15 minutes later, a certain nice guy was kidnapped.

"Duchess, I know this is your big day, but you have a letter" a maid rushed forward, and delivered a sloppy envelope to the duchess.

She opened up the paper, and in it was a sloppily written letter.

"I got both your childhood friends." it said.

It came along with a picture of both of them in a back alley in a certain academic city.

"Who... who is this...??? Other than the princess, no one should even know of Roy being one of our childhood friends!" she wanted to scream.

She had quite the tough journey, being forced into a box with a really rude person. Fighting against that rude person, and even meeting with a thief that didn't respect her enough to fight against that rude person together. In fact, that thief seemed to be really suspicious and yet familiar. He was acting so fidgety whenever she was nearby.

In short.

It was all that rude person's fault.

And now, she was going to be married off to a fat and ugly baron. Having no one to blame, that average looking rude guy was all she could flame.

Heading to the window, she shouted.

"****"

"*****"

"******************************!!!!!!!!!!!!!**!**!*!*!**!*!*!****!*" The maids could only pretend not to see anything.

And then, the duchess close her eyes. Resisting the tears that were going to fall out.

She felt the wind across her cheeks.

It was fast.

Actually, wasn't it too fast?

She knew tears would spill if she opened her eyes, so she kept them close.

The wind was now so fast, she could swear that she was the one running in the wind.

Opening her eyes, she found her tears spilling from the sides of her eyes.

And, she was carried away like a luggage bag filled with gold, under the armpits of the thief, who was the rude guy she was shouting out against.

"Hey foul mouthed bitch, I'm kidnapping the whole set." Dominic told her, as she saw herself touching down on the commoner's area from quite some height.

"The portal is opened!" a farmiliar voice told them as they arrived.

It was Roy.

She felt herself being brought through the portal.

"Father mother, please forgive me! Your son has become an accomplice of a criminal." Roy cried out, as he headed in with them as well.

"So..."

The information broker was about to give up.

"How did you manage to mess things up to this extent...." he was about to kermit.

Infront of him, was a crying duchess attacking a certain rude person, the princess who was supposed to allow terresa's economy to grow by being married to the crown prince. The pesudo hero that arrised to power, after training enough to take away the princess by force. Or at least that was their future. And they were a great help in the great war.

But now, they were brought into the realm of uncertainty.

The duchess being brought here was okay. She would rise in strength regardless, but now...

"This is all your fault..." the information broker kneeled in despair, as he stared at Dominic from below.

"!" Dominic was suprised.

This was the first time that the calm and collected information broker had lost his cool.

And thus...

He took a picture.
