"TO THE LAST 3 of YOU! THIS IS THE LAST TRAIL!" a voice boomed from the surroundings, as the magic formation went out of control.
Lightning crackled and boomed, as the winds, went on a ramapage, causing tornados and fire along with the other elements to spew out of the magic circle.
And wth an anticlimatic poof, it was over.
For all that action, a single small black slime stood in the center of the giant magic circle.
.
.
.
"Eh?" a tired and messed up Risha uttered.
.
.
Benedict was still invisible by the side of the magic circle. He saw the group, he was so happy that he wanted to leap towards them in joy. However, he realised that if he wer to show himself, the devils might kill him off. After all, he was the one that intefered after all.
He just needed to wait. For the momment when they defeat the slime and open the portal back home.
However, as fast as the slime appeared, it somehow opened a portal on its own, and disappeared.
"uh." Mitsuha uttered.
"So we cleared it?" she finished her sentence.
"yeah..." an awkard voice replied.
"CONGRATULATIONS! You have overcomed all the harsh trials of hell! We will now grant you 1 wish!" the announcer was quick on the uptake.
"We wish to return home" Mitsuha replied.
As devils always fufill their contracts, a portal opened up ahead of them. The three immediately ran for it, and Benedict came in from behind as well.
Ensuring to break his invisibility at the last momment Benedict stuck his tounge out at the Devils. For some reason, he really had a bone to pick with the devils.
The four found themselves back at the entrance of academy city.
"We...WE MADE IT" Usagi screamed out in joy.

"But.." then her mood died.
"Benedict...Mr David...they...they didn't.." she stuttered and cried.
"Benedict..." she mutterered his name once again as she cried.
"Uh." Benedict awkwardly called out at that momment.
The other 3 stared at him in shock and amazement.
"Uwaaaa.... Benedict!!" Usagi tackled him.
"I knew..you were alright." Mitsuha smiled. The dark gloom in her eyes appeared to be lifted off somewhat.
"wawaw.wa.wa.." Risha didn't know what to say.
"By the way guys." Benedict called out to them.
"People are staring" he finished.
The guards awkwardly looked at them and pretended to avert their eyes.
"I don't care!" Usagi said, as she hugged him even tighter.
"Listen Benedict!" Usagi said with tears still in her eyes.
"Mr David died protecting us" she said, affirming Benedicts worse suspicions.
"Ah."
"I see" his voice slightly trembled.
"He blew up right infront of us..." Risha continued.
He didn't think that he would have this strange feeling so fast. Perhaps he thought that the day Dominic fell into that dungeon, he wouldn't feel like this again.
"He wouldn't have died! If only I had seen it comming!" Mitsuha lamented at her own folly.
"Its not your fault" Risha tried to consule her.
"No, you don't understand!" she screamed out.
Mitsuha possess the foresight ability. Which enables her to slightly peak into the future. If she had used it before they entered that stage, perhaps they could have all gotten out unscathed.
With lingering feelings, the group made their way into the city.
"What happened? You just left with Mr David 3 weeks ago to train at some mountain right?" A guard who appeared to be aqquainted to Mr David asked, worriedly.
"3 weeks....? Oh, this is going to be a long story" Mitsuha replied. Time flowed differently in hell after all.

Dominic was having a slow time. There wasn't much going on, as he looked towards the next town they were going to arrive at.
It was in ruins, he saw a bunch of knights from some kingdom, capturing the villagers as slaves, and setting the town on fire, razing it to the grounds.
To that, Dominic said.
"Next"
because it was none of his problem.
However, his order was defiled the next momment, when the violet hair archpriest (Perlin) and the stupid magicswordsman(Johnathon) rushed forward to help immediately.
"There are people that need us!" the archpriest shouted.
"For the first time, I agree with you" the magic swordsman agreed with the reknown idiot.
"Can they even take on an entire army?" Dominic asked apathetically.
"No, and that's why we need to help them! Now!" the other adventurers panicked and ran after them.
The guild member and Dominic sat in the carriage.
"Wake me up when its over" Dominic told him, as he laid down on the matress to sleep.

Agent of the Alternates
This is the first Well of Souls story. Nathan Hunter, as well as five hundred other seniors at his high school, found themselves pulled into the deadly game in an alternate dimension of their school, where they had to survive against increasingly tough monsters while completing a series of Challenges as their numbers continued to dwindle with no end in sight. With no way off the property, nor any way out of the alternate and back to their real dimension, Nathan and his classmates battle for survival in the hopes that eventually, they will be freed from the game. Warning: Things will get repetitive at times, particularly after Arc 1. The reason for this becomes clear in the first couple of chapters of Arc 2. It is simply the nature of the lives they lead.

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.
