The door to the adventurer's guild was flung open. The one who entered gathered the attention of the adventurers talking around, only for a brief moment, before they turned back to their own business.

"Yes, so I heard that its possible to dine here?" Dominic asked the reception.

After having failed to find a suitable restraunt, Dominic found his way back here.

It was probably rather estrange, having to sit alone in an entire guild surrounded by parties of people who gathered together. But somehow, he managed to fit in as though it was completely natural.

The only drink they had, was an alcoholic one called slush. For it doesn't really give any kind of feeling to the one drinking it, other than the slushing feeling in the mouth. Perhaps the reason for it to be called slush.

Dominic was delighted by the ingeniousity of the drink. It didn't taste good, nor did it taste bad. It was sort of like the drink a person who needs to be hydrated would sought after.

Just slush.

The meal was a plain one where a person can find anywhere. Just a piece of unknown meat served with some vegetables. It wasn't particualarly nice, perhaps an average 6/10 would suffice for the meal.

As Dominic carried on with his meal, he rembered to check on the request he had placed.

After the final vegetable strip was emptied into his mouth, Dominic approached the reception once again, to check up on the quest he had set.

Strangely, the adventurer guild didn't actually have different segregations of ranks. The requests were laid out fairly for whoever felt like taking it. After all, if you die, its your own fault.

He found his request still pinned onto the board, with a strange requirement of 2 parties(min 6) and a difficulty rating of 6 stars. To his knowledge, that was rather high.

"Uh. Why does my request require at least two parties?" Dominic asked the receptionist.

"The journey to the great sea of galiol is extremely tough, and since the reward is unspecified, the guild would send their own party to recieve the divident of the unknown reward." the receptionist explained.

So, the guild worked something like a contracter, and the adventurers pays a divident of their reward to the guild as payment.

"Ah, so did anyone accept the quest yet?" Dominic got to the main point.

"About that... we actually have 3 idio.... I mean adventurers that had already registered." the receptionist said with a business-like smile, as she clenched her fist.

"Okay then... actually I'm fine with just 3 of them, so if there isn't anyone else comming along then let's just set off tommorow" Dominic said.

"That can be arranged" the receptionist agreed.

Dominic went back to the park, where he laid down upon his sleeping bag once again.

"Hey tommorow's like our really big adventure isn't it?" Dominic heard a female voice nearby.

"Yeah, just go to sleep and stop behaving like a kid" Kitzuma replied to a certain violet haired mage.

"No way right?" Dominic thought. Then again he realized that the 3 idiots could very well mean these few people. It was highly probable, with an almost 100% chance.

"How does it feel to return back home after such a long time kevin? Don't you want to return back and visit your magic school kevin?" perlin, the violet haired mage said.

"My name is Rachel!" the small 14 year old looking girl pouted as she stated.

"But the rewards for the quest may even be next to nothing! I actually don't have any idea why did you even pick this quest you stupid priest!" Kitzuma, the average looking 165cm adventurer finally ranted.

"But, I wanna go out on an adventure! Stupid Kitzuma, I won't talk to you anymore!" the priest replied.

"What are you? 5? Hey answer me!" the idiot replied.

"What are we going to do about our daily expenditure... we barely even have enough to eat..." Dominic heard the average looking adventurer mutter under his breath.

In the morning, the party gathered outside the guild, there were a total of 7 people excluding Dominic.

There was the 3 idiots, and 3 new adventurers that had joined. Similiarly, it was a party with 2 girls and a guy. Dominic remembered them, as he got to watch something intresting due to them in the back alley.

"The guild is currently understaffed, and thus I am the only one sent here..as a sacrafice..." the only guild member greeted with a certain last part of his statement being muttered under his breath.

"My name is Johnathon, I am a magic swordsman who would accompany you on this journey and protect you towards the great sea of Galiol." said Johnathon.

"Kelly. Crusader, we met before.." a crusader in yellow plated armor greeted Dominic.

"Fernes linda...Mage" the mage who was being extorted for money greeted Dominic.

"We joined last minute on this expedition, but I hope we get along" the handsome magic swordsman who appeared to be slightly taller than Dominic greeted with his hand stuck out. Dominic shook it reluctantly.

"Oh me me! I am the one hailed across the land as the best of the best.... hey listen to me!" Perlin, the archpriest(apparently) began her rather random introduction.

"You are the requester?" Kitzuma asked Dominic, he was rather suprised that such a coincidence would occur in real life, and not only in TV series, comics or adventuring novels.

"Yeah, so lets get along. So whoese going to lead the way?" Dominic asked.

"Me" replied the young looking mage.

"So...if a mage is supposed to introduce their mage name before their real name... doesn't that mean that her name would be... Kevin Rachel?" Dominic asked. Of course, without any ill intent in his words.

"Yeah! That's it!" Perlin, the archpriest laughed, as she prattled around the mage calling her by her new nickname.

"So where are the things to be delivered?" asked the magic swordsman.

"What do you mean? I'm going there to sightsee and just needed a guide" Dominic replied.

"How about a carriage?" he asked hopefully.

"We're going on foot, at least I am, " Dominic replied.

"Now this is ridiculous, how are we supposed to cross over such distances without any form of transport?!" he exclaimed what was probably going on in the rest of their minds.

"If you don't want to, you could always just reject the quest you know?" Dominc replied.

"Yeah, we're still going" Kitzuma replied instantly.

"I knew things would turn out like this due to my luck...." he muttered under his breath.

"So, if you're not going, you can just stay, and..." Dominic looked towards the guild member with pitying eyes.

"Try your best!"he encouraged the unlucky guild member who simply smiled back with the eyes of a dead fish.

In the end, everyone agreed to go by foot due to their own unique circumstances.
