As they moved towards the rune circle, they heard a rumbling sound from the tower. The tower was once again restructuring itself, the pieces of the tower molded into gigantic legs then into hands and finally a head. The golem`s eyes blazed purple, the tower itself was a sentient being, which was produced from the deaths of many experts within the tower, it had absorbed a part of their life-force giving it conscious.

It let out a growl that caused the air to vibrate frantically; with a swipe of its hand it caused the landscape around it upheaval. The ground tremored and cracks spread out from below the golem’s feet. The sudden gathering of an abnormal amount of earth essence caused a grim premonition.

The golem judging by its abilities was at the beginning stages of the Alpha rank, the golem plunged into a dash. Each step causing the ground to quake even further, the golem was 110 meters in height, large crystals protruded from its back which glowed brightly, It’s towering figure, rushed at Lucifer`s location.

Lucifer told the girls to instantly step into the rune circle, he completely understood they wouldn`t survive the aftermath of their clash if it took place. The male expert stepped into the circle with the girls disappearing into a red light before they vanished from the spot. The incoming golem grew more aggressive as it saw its victims escaping.

Lucifer gathered at torrent of wind essence around him, drastically increasing his speed. Comparing himself to the golem he looked similar to an ant in size. Approaching the golem at an unprecedented speed, he caused the air to screech, creating sonic booms as he moved.

The golem had a strange ability; within the area, Lucifer couldn`t gather a pint of earth essence. All of the earth essence was hastening towards the golem infusing into its body as it approached him. Lucifer empowering his body with a surreal amount of earth essence, smashed against the golem`s fist.

As Lucifer clashed with the golem`s lashed out fist, a few small tears in space occurred given the magnitude of their attack. The rebound of the attack caused the golem to move two steps back while Lucifer quietly hovered at his position, the wind essence keeping him a float.

The moment Lucifer collided with the golem`s hand he carefully examined it`s physical strength. It`s body structure was made of a terrifyingly strong material similar to an artifact and it could quickly restore itself with earth essence even if it was damaged.

The Golem grew more provoked as it was pushed back; the earth essence gathered more in number around the golem.

The fearsome whirlpool of earth essence grew around the golem further accelerating into it. The ground broke into pieces before large debris broke off from the ground and floated up around the golem. A large great sword materialized from crystals on its back, the golem clutched the hilt tightly, heaving it with ease.

Lucifer was at the peak stage of a Vizier rank fighting against an Alpha rank was a miraculous feat in itself as there was an enormous gap between ranks but due to the black ooze he could content with experts one rank higher then him.

The golem`s physical attributes made it one of the worst types of opponent to deal with. It`s regeneration skill was absolutely annoying to counter, furthermore their exceptional affinity to earth made them monsters outright.

As soon as the golem wielded the great sword, the runes across the blade burned with a brownish hue, a lion`s roar erupted from it. The whirlpool of earth essence seeped into the blade and the floating debris formed into miniature golems.

The created golems were all at the beginning stages of the Vizier rank and all of them were 50 meters tall.

Lucifer was slowly getting livid; the ability that suppressed his emotions was being bypassed. Lucifer spreading out his wind essence caused several hurricanes to form around him completely distorting the air flow in the area. The hurricanes were utterly vicious; slicing any material that entered within the storm them into chunks.

The minion golems floated up, they had reversed the gravity in the area. Huge boulders headed towards Lucifer with high velocity and orbits of rocks circled around the golems similar to spherical shields.

The boulders were captured within the huge hurricanes shredded to bits. The Hurricanes formed a spread out suction force which dragged the golems into it before turning them into fine grains of sand. The giant golem seeing its minions getting easily disposed, brandished the great sword, slashing at the hurricanes.

The hurricanes clashed against the blade producing an ear piercing sound for several seconds before being dispersed. Lucifer seized the moment to attack; lashing out with the torrents of mana and wind essence he dodged the large great sword; which easily ploughed through the ground leaving a large crater. Due to the wind essence`s piercing power he carved large holes into the golem`s body.

Lucifer tactic was to completely diminish its mana so it could no longer regenerate.

The golem finally ran out of mana and it no longer conjured earth essence attacks. He devastated the golem into tidbits easily; after the golem was grounded into fine dust, it left a core behind, the core contained a large amount of high purity earth essence.

Lucifer absorbed the core on the spot; within his mana pool the earth essence fragment grew in size, the color of the fragment grew brighter. He unexpectedly received the ability to created Earthen Golems.

Whistling; he headed towards the rune circle, he was quite satisfied with their achievements today and he had almost reached the brink of breaking into the Alpha rank.

The ground behind broke of as he headed into the circle, the place could no longer sustain itself without the golem as it appeared. The runes lighted before he appeared above the ocean floating in mid-air. He saw the male expert along with the girls bobbing underneath him.

They had no way to hover so they hadn`t no choice but to swim. Lucifer stepped onto the surface of the calm waves. The girl’s apprehensive faces turned into delight as they watched him walk towards their location. They were completely worried as they felt the golem to be extremely strong its aura was even more overpowering compared to the snake lady.

Gathering wind essence around the girls along with the male expert, he lifted them up. The male expert contained a hint of anger but overall he seemed to look at Lucifer with reverence due to the times he saved his life. He bowed towards Lucifer as a sign of respect.

“I would kindly like to invite you to our Black Lotus clan” the male expert spoke.

Lucifer thought about it for a moment, he had reaped big benefits from the dungeon and had made plans to quickly ascend to the higher realms with the girls to further his progression also his goal was to find the other gateways.

The serpent tattoo on his arm continue moved about but it still hadn`t collected enough mana to materialize into this realm; he continued to inject mana into the tattoo. He was also interested in this mistress of the male expert so he agreed to the roundabout trip.

As they flew across the ocean, towards the continent of Prautes, which solely belonged to the demonic race, vampires and other subspecies lived in unity and they consisted of clans unlike the tribes in the Elven continent. He wondered what had occurred to the institute while he was for those past years.

As they flew across the ocean towards the direction directed by the male expert they encountered large beasts within the sea. The beasts were large but compared to the golem they would be a bit smaller and all of them contained attribute cores. As they drew closer towards the Prautes continent the sky was covered in dark clouds.

The breezes were violent and lighting bolts smashed onto the surface of the sea, typhoons frequently sprouted from under the sea.

Lucifer shielded himself and the others in a layer of earthen essence as they fastened towards their direction. Lucifer

unlike the others didn`t need sleep, so he had to continue flying while the others took a nap while they were directed by the wind essence.

With a period of 40 days they arrived at the boarders of the continent. The feeling the continent of Prautes exuded was one of dread, clouds of mist shrouded the mountains and forests.

Landing on the shores, they camped for the night. Lucifer was mentally fatigued from continuously expending his mana and concentration; a good-night’s sleep would help him recover to his optimum state. Building three sheds out of earth essence the individuals went into them.

The girls and the male expert were also both physically and mentally fatigued from the continuous flying they instantly slept into the soft beds which were molded by Lucifer.

Within his shed, Lucifer set cultivating while in a half sleep-state. The beasts of the continent howled while night settled in.
