Don't fret, I'm not going into an undetermined hiatus or anything of the sort, this break is just temporary. Next week is final's week and I really need to fully focus on my studies as I have been slacking off lately in that department. Some of you might think why not just write a chapter and study at the same time, however, I simply cannot do it. When I start writing a chapter it's a whole ritual that I need to go through. From thinking of all the possibilities of what the characters might do and what these actions might provoke later on before I start writing the chapter, to the recap session after I finish writing, I find myself putting more times in para-writing activities than on just writing the story itself. As you might notice, this is not something I can do in this current context. If I try to both write my story and study at the same time, I will end up messing up both activities and end up with no progress done. For these reasons, I think that taking a break for a week would be the better choice.
