In a small human town of Urelo, there is a bar. It's an old bar, that has been in that city since it was still being built. Inside of the bar, a hooded figure is sitting at the corner table, observing everyone in there with his red eye. Next to his chair, a crimson katana is resting against the wall.
He slowly drinks his cheap beverage and continues to observe the humans in here. He keeps doing that, until he stops and puts his mug down on the table.
"What do you want?" he asks in a rough voice and turns to look at the man with a long purple hair.
"I want you to test out someone's strength. You can't kill him nor injuries him severely."
"Payment?"he asks him.
The man doesn't say anything and instead takes out a vial filled with black liquid and rolls it over the table to him.
"Finish the job and you get nine more."the purple haired man says.
"Who's the target?"he asks back.
"One of The Ice Fort assassins, a kitsune. You'll know when you see him. Push him far enough that he will go all out."he explains.
"Consider it done."he replies and takes a sip from his mug.
"Good. I'll appear once you have done your part."the purple haired man says and disappears into a thin air.
Only a few minutes passes before one of the most gorgeous woman sits down on his table. She has beautiful golden silky hair down to her hips. Her eyes are golden and pretty enough to get lost into them. Her face is so pretty that it is nearly impossible to compare her to anyone. Her body is covered by a white long dress, that shows enough cleavage to distract anyone.

"Is it done?"she asks in a charming voice.
"They have twenty five marked soldiers. All of them are trained and skillful in their field. Sola herself has started to break the rules too."
"What rules?"the woman asks
"Restricted to say so. I won't break my rules."
"So this is as far as I can get."she mutters.
"Yes. Now pay up."he says.
"Here."she says and gives him a blue feather, which he takes and observes."
"One cryo-phoenix feather like you wanted."
"The payment has been received. Until next time."he says and gets up from his table. He grabs his sword, but before he can leave, she asks.
"Could you remove this illusion? Its kinda disturbing."she asks the man, who doesn't reply anything. He simply pushes the katana slightly out of the sheath with his thumb, revealing a crimson blade. Next, he pulls it back with his thumb and next moment all of the people disappear and are replaced with pool of blood on the floor, with bones, guts and other body parts are floating.
The blood splattered on the floor when he steps into it and walking outside of the bar. Outside, the streets are in the same condition: everything painter red with blood.
"Blood sacrifice doesn't have to be so chaotic."she says, while walking outside and holding her dress.
"Easier that way. You can go now, Order. I don't want to see you or Chaos for the next ten years after this war. And I know very well who I am talking to."he says without looking at her and just keeps walking towards the center of the city.
"If you didn't have that sword, we would have killed you years ago."she says and disappears from that scene of massacre.

"I know."he mutters and reaches to a fountain, where water is replaced with blood.
He takes out the feather he got and throws it at the center of the fountain.
"[Atian ellum eet annis suk busa us kinamo]"he chants and next moment, the it starts to spin furiously, before stopping in a direction.
He stares st the weather and then looks up towards his next location.
"Oooh. This is gonna be interesting."he says and an evil smile forms on his face.
And so, he leaves a town of Urelo with a former population of five thousand people. Now: Zero.

Polaris Dark
This is not the most expensive nor the first VRMMORPG of the third decade in the twenty-first century. [The Millennium Ascedency], otherwise known simply known as ""Ascendency"" to the public, became the number one game in the Japanese gaming community within three months. Soon after, the world joins in on the action, bringing it to the spotlight in the entertainment sector and is the reigning champion of popularity two years after the launch. Both men and women are into this game, both casual and professional players can be found... So what will happen when a curious young girl encounters this game without the intention to play? Will she become another gamer that is lost in the masses or will she prove to be someone that changes the VR world forever? [This is rated 18+ for blood, gore, suggestive content, sexual violence, coarse language and other mature content not intended for a younger audience. Please don't ignore this warning and then complain that you are offended by the content, it just doesn't work that way.] [All scenes that contains explicit sexual content will be placed into spoilers as a precautionary measure.] [Unfortunately, there have been too many Virtual Reality Stories as well as those that have elements of gaming. At this point, my wish for something more unique has pretty much gone down the drain. I will have to put this on story on an indefinite hiatus until the popularity of the Virtual Reality Stories has gone down or else this story may get fully dropped. I sincerely apologize for those who liked the story and wish for it to continue.] >>> I am currently working on a new story that is of another genre. It is at the planning stage right now so it is not an official announcment for a new story.

Shadows in the Dawn Mist
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - Winner November 2020 When a young woman is lured back to her homeland for the opportunity of a life time, she must face old fears. But never would she think that facing up to her past would change everything. Is History written by the victors, or by someone or something else...? *** I started writing this a few years ago and eventually fell out of love with it. I never finished it and my newer books are being written in different writing style, and genre with a more planned process. I decided to revisit it for the writathon and found that it wasn't as hopeless as I'd come to think. Hopefully, I've improved as a writer since them so the consistency may vary. Its been good to revisit and analyse my writing which I feel used to have some clunky and obvious dialogue which I'm trying to fix. This will always be my first novel and I hope, with a little exposure, I may come to like it again. Thanks for reading!

Lear County Outlook
Based on true events in my life. Think of these stories as H P Lovecraft meets Rob Zombie. Each story has pieces, confessions, from the rural decay of Appalachia wrapped in horror and madness. All are set in the fictional county of Lear, which is a dark mirror held up to surface, idealized countryside. Blood and familial ties bind deep in a hopeless and rotted south. Tales are whispered of Hill Witches and Demons. Shunned communities molder. All these truths are hidden in the stories of deceit and lies. The first arc revolves around theft and exploitation at one of the last factories of Lear County. Abuse of power draws all down the path of madness.
