There comes a time whereupon the state of the web fiction skyrates must be addressed yet again. Now is that time.

Skyrates is a story near and dear to my heart, and it always will be.

As thus, I have grown sick and tired of not posting new chapters of it, especially considering the absurd amount I already have written and unposted which rivals that of the content I already have available to read.

I know the common sense around web fiction says that it is dead once it's on hiatus. Well, skyrates is here, skyrates is queer, and skyrates is ready to claw its zombified remains out of its grave and roam around this website once again, resurrected like some sort of great patriarchal diety.

I am posting four chapters today. Then, I will post one chapter on Thursdays and one on Tuesday at 5:06am EDT ad infinitum, or until the heat death of the universe, or until such time as that the story comes to an appropriate end.
