2 days after my encounter with the nice merchant (you will be forgotten) another caravan pulled up behind the one that I couldn’t move. This one seemed to have one driver and two guards. One of the guard is wearing robes and carries a staff while the other has a large sword on their back and is 100% muscle. Upon peering into my dungeon I hear the the robed one who I assume is a wizard exclaim,

“It’s a dungeon!”

To which the large man replies,

“Has it been discovered yet?”

“I don’t think so.”

Replies the wizard.

After talking about the money they will get for discovering a new dungeon they decided to just up and leave! Are you kidding me I can’t even kill them unless they go in. Now a bunch of adventurers are going to start coming to my home! No way! Mr. Merchant make them come in my dungeon please! No, way what do you think you are doing!

Ugh…

They left.

I was hoping to get my fifth room soon too. Now I have to make my defences better. I doubt that an adventurer will be an easy kill even after the sleeping merchant gave me his free exp. There is no way I can win without a new powerup.

At least I know how to heal but that is not the priority right now. Right now, I need to stop any more damage from being dealt to me. The ‘Learn Skill’ option is new I must have gotten it from leveling up.

I focus on the ‘Learn Skill’ option and I use the one and only,

A spell that allows one to communicate telepathically and at higher levels influence one's thoughts.

Learn Skill 'Body Manipulation' 200 Mp

Allows one to freely move their body and at higher levels can even change their appearance and body structure.

Expand Domain 25 Mp

Expand Domain

Allows for one to claim pre existing land and structures as part of their domain. At higher levels allows one to claim above and below ground.

What is with these skills!? I want these! Why do they have to cost so much? Let me start from the top. Mind magic will let me talk to the humans and tell them that I am not a bad core and that it wasn’t me. Wait, that ain’t going to work. Maybe it would be cool at a high level but for now I don’t have the time to raise my skill levels. I mean ‘Appraisal’ is at level two and I appraised my wall for a whole day! But with body manipulation it sounds like at a high level I will be able to make a human form. A human form! I miss my human form there were so many pleasures to partake in. I miss my potato chips. Wait does this world even have potato chips? NOOOOOOO, my greatest joy in life might be gone. I’ll have to make my own potato chips. That sounds like so much work maybe I can get them out of the purchase item menu later. But ‘Expand Domain’. That is a whole nother story. It is like the capable man who brings home enough money every day for food. With a skill like ‘Expand Domain’ I could get lots of Dp every day. If I could expand my dungeon just 1 km I will have that village as part of my dungeon. But these are soooooo expensive. 200 Mp is way beyond the limit of my Mp.

Let me try out the ‘New Creatures’ option of the menu.

Right now the only options I can afford are a random monster or a bat and let me be real here. Who ever heard of death by bats. Although my bats would be pretty ripped with the +1 to every stat and +2 to strength but still. I need cooler fantasy monsters than bats. Like Aka. One day Aka will be the mighty dragon boss of my dungeon. That is the plan at least. So there is an obvious choice. I focus in on the words. Then suddenly the blue screen pops up and rapidly switches between a bunch of different species names. It’s slowing down now and I can start to read them. OMG! A dragon! Oh it went away no luck. It’s not moving and it says ‘Hydra’. This will be amazing! A hydra is just what I needed (assuming I can even afford it).

I wish I had a table right now so I could flip it. Not that I have ever experienced flipping a table I was too short to raise it high enough to actually tip. This mushroom had better be just as amazing as ‘Dragon’ or ‘Hydra’ would have been. I go to the ‘Summon Creature’ menu.

Well, I do believe 0 Mp is not a very costly summon. Maybe I actually got the best creature of the summon? Haha, after that long streak of failures on the gacha in my game, my gacha luck must be top notch! ‘Appraisal’ time to do your job.

Well yes, that sounds like a mushroom. Not to sure what I was expecting. A walking mushroom that is breathing poison or something. Maybe I got ahead of myself when I said my gacha luck was getting better. This is definitely a turn for the worse. I guess I will summon a few and maybe once I have that ‘Body Manipulation’ skill I can eat them. It’s a good thing I am a Dungeon Core now or I might be drooling. Yes, this is definitely the plan let me add some in.
