Tide let out a breath of relief as he saw a blue screen pop up in front of him.

Level up!

Level up!

Congratulations you have completed the achievements “Slayer” and “Loner”.

For being the first to kill a boss monster you have completed the achievement “Slayer” and you will be granted +2 for each stat.

For being the first to solo kill a boss you have completed the achievement “Loner” and will be granted a basic dimensional training ticket.

Tide ignored the achievements quickly threw five stat points into Vitality and into Endurance to help speed up his recover and give him a boost to his low health.

Once he saw his health was stabilizing he looked at the achievement pages. The +2 to every stat was a nice bonus, but he had never heard of a dimensional training ticket.

A couple of seconds later just like the spatial ring a slip of paper popped into existence and fell to the ground in front of him. Still stuck lying on the ground with broken legs that would take hours to mend Tide just laid there while it lazily floated to the cavern floor.

Using his good arm he reached out to grab the ticket and brought it back to his face.

Dimensional Training Ticket (Basic)- Tear to use!

Disappointed by the lack luster item description and with nothing else to do for a while Tide let out a sigh before tearing the piece of paper.

Suddenly Tide felt his stomach turn and was suddenly a foot above the ground. He let out a groan of pain as his body was rattled by the fall.

“Oh my, are you okay?” a voice called out.

Tide looked up to see the speaker and found himself looking at a very old and wrinkly man.

Tide let out a pained laugh before responding.

“Not really. Where am I by the way?”

“Oh you are at the dimensional training center, just give me a moment and I will fetch a healer.” Tide watched as the old man walked away, before his adrenaline wore off and his eyes closed.

When Tide next opened his eyes he found himself on a cloth bed with a woman placing her hands on his legs. He let out a scream as he suddenly felt his bone shift back into place and this shocked the healer who jumped at Tides outburst.

Much to the healers credit she quickly composed herself and turned to face him.

“Sorry, about that I was just resetting your last bone, so there won't be any more of that, just some muscle reconstruction.”

Based on how to the point and emotionless the healers voice was he quickly figured that she was an NPC. That and the fact she instantly went back to healing confirmed it.

TIde felt a itching sensation in his flesh wherever the women touched as his muscles stitched back together. After a couple of minutes the healer had finished and told him to be more careful in the future.

Tide stood up and felt brand new. Stretching his muscles, he walked out of the room to where the old man was standing.

“Hurry now you mustn't waste any more time young man.” He said, but upon seeing his confused face realised an explanation was needed.

“Do you know what this place is and what it is used for?” The man said wanting to see how much he knew.

“I know this is most likely the dimensional training ground, but beyond that I don't know anything” Tide said eager to figure out what the hell was happening.

“Well us this is indeed the Dimensional training ground, and you are here due to having a ticket. Due to the fact that you had a basic ticket you can only stay here for a week, before returning to your world. Fear not time here is vastly slowed to the point where only a minute or two will have passed. Now in order to explain more please follow me.” The old man said has he began to walk at a brisk pace that defied his age.

Tide quickly followed behind him as his mind started to generate more and more questions about what was happening. He decided to stifle those questions until after the man's explanation and walked out of the building with the old man.

As soon as they walked out Tide was astounded by what he saw. He was in the middle of a pure white plaza surrounded by four enormous towers.

Seeing Tides reaction, the old man chuckled.

“You see this place is the warriors paradise. You need not eat, sleep or do anything beside hone yourself. Each of these towers contain multiple rooms dedicated to different methods of training. Each tower itself focuses on a different aspect that can be trained in.”

“The first tower with the image of a sword is the tower of skill, this is where one would go to increase their technique prowess. The second tower that has the image of a human is the tower of the body, this is where you would go to reach the peak of physical ability. The third tower that has the image of a tome is the tower the mind, this is where you would go to master the mind. The final tower with image of a scale is the tower of the world, where you would go to become one with that which surrounds you.” The old man said while gesturing to each tower.

“Now once you enter a tower you can’t leave or enter a new one. It is an important decision to make due to the fact that come here is a very rare commodity.” The old man said.

“I wouldn’t dally either every second here is precious. Good luck!” The old man said before vanishing in a plume of smoke.

“Wait!” Tide shouted, but it was to late the man was gone leaving him in the middle of the plaza alone.

“Shit” Tide said muttering to himself as he was left to his own devices. Deciding it was best just to roll with what was happening Tide began to figure out which tower he wanted to enter. He instantly ruled out the body tower due to his class and then ruled out skill because his skills were just limited by his mana and imagination. He was left with two choices the tower of the mind and the tower of the world. He spent a minute or two deciding. It was most likely that in the mind he would focus on raising up magic based stats and controlling his mana. He was quite sure what the world tower was going to be about, but assumed it was about raising his affinities.

Casting off his doubt Tide strode towards the world tower. He wanted to raise his affinities because in the long run they would be more useful than a couple of stat points he would eventually pick up. That and with the extra stat points he gained thanks to the achievement he felt he was doing quite well in that department. The boss fight earlier showed him in order to survive he will have to have a diverse arsenal of weapons. He couldn't just keep on defending himself with earth only. When he did bust out his fire and water magic the results were very small and disappointing.

Luck has provided this opportunity to make up for his mistake and get the rest of his affinities caught up. Looking at the giant stone tide pushed the large wooden doors open and stepped into the tower.
