Holding my head in pain, I take a look around. Just a moment ago, Me, Anna, Michael, Benjamin, Kevin, Alice and Lana were just preparing to play a round of Werewolves when suddenly Arin shouted out...

Suddenly all the fog in my head clears up and I remember. Everything from the moment we invited Arin until the point where he flipped out and all of us were swallowed by the darkness... Hastily taking a look around, I find Michael and Lana laying around in the vicinity but there is no one else to be seen...

As the oldest of the Group, it is my responsibility to take care of the others... but where are they?!?

Surrounded by what seems to be a forest with weird trees (?) I wake the other two up before taking a look around. We seem to be in a kind of forest, but I don't recognize any of the plants or trees.

"Markus, where are we?" (Lana)

Asking me in a slightly lisping voice, the nine year old Lana looks at me with expectation filled eyes. Michael just rubbed his eyes before looking around and showing a confused expression. He isn't much of a talker, but he is quite smart, probably a lot more than me. Anyway, as he is already thirteen years old, he should be able to understand that something is amiss. Leaving this aside, I begin to talk to the two of them...

“Lana, calm down. You don't need to fear, I am still here. Anyway, we don't know where we are, and I have no idea where the others could be. So everyone, let's take a look around, let's not split up.” (Markus)

To my orders, Michael just silently nods while Lana clings onto my left arm, making it hard to move. Looking at the little blond bundle clinging onto me, shivering, I try to console her to the best I could. I speak positive words and try to comfort her, while Michael started to pick up some plants to investigate them.

After Lana calmed down, I began to walk in the Direction the sun was sinking. Actually, I want to leave this forest as quick as possible, but there are multiple factors that are making it difficult.

First, Lana is very young and clingy, making it hard on her to move for a long distance, and second: Once it gets dark, it will be complicated to even move around. Anyway, as we continued going forward, Lana suddenly halted, shivered and spoke in a stuttering voice:

“Iieeehh, M~Markus, t-t-there i-is s-somet-thing ah-head!?!” (Lana)

Screaming out in a crying voice, I realize, up front there was something, but I could not tell what. It didn’t take long before this something showed its head. It was a giant bear with weird green fur. He had two horns sprouting from his head and at least the size of a small bus. Staring down on us, I was sure, this isn’t normal. Trying to calm my panicking heart, I slowly pick up Lana and gesture Michael to hide. Hopefully, the bear will ignore them. Whimpering in tears, Lana still clung to me making my shirt damp, but at the moment I couldn’t care less.

Hiding in the shadow of the tree, I start to pray to the god I never believed in before. I don’t care what he does, but save us!

Not long after I close my eyes to face the inevitable, I suddenly hear a young woman’s displeased voice as well as a loud explosion…

“I came to check upon the dimensional hole but all I find I a little bear bullying the new arrivals! I’m really pissed right now so, disappear!!!” (???)

KABOOM!!! PENG!!!

“Iaaaahhh!!!” (Lana)

Explosions ringing out, the ground around us shakes and flames start to burst forth. Lana stated to scream as I try to cover her from the falling branches.

When the dust begins to settle, before me and Lana lays a dead, giant bear. Having blood ooze out of its body, I cover Lana’s eyes so that she would not be affected. Turning around, I can even see Michael, standing near the tree he hid behind, staring wide eyed as he was unable to close his mouth.

Just as I wanted to call out to him, a soft woman’s voice suddenly called me from above. Lifting my sight, I can see a young girl, about the same age as me, floating in the sky with a wide grin. She had deep black hair that reached her back and crimson eyes that looked like blood. From her back sprouted wings which resembled those of a crow, slowly floating in the air. I kind of know now that we are no longer on earth, but somehow I refuse to accept it. Still, proof is right in front of me, green bears the size of a small bus, flying girls, what comes next?!?

Being lost in thought, the girl flying in the sky suddenly begins to speak…

“Are you people from another dimension? You look like Humans, but you’re aura is different from the ones I already met before… Anyway, I’m Auleria Narben, the current Demon-Queen, Nice to meet you.” (Auleria)

Smiling at me and the other two, the girl, which introduced herself as Auleria, landed on the ground before speaking in a dignified voice...

“Travelers from the other dimension, Welcome to my Kingdom...!” (Auleria)

Swallowed by darkness, I can't even see my own hand in front of my Face, what even happened? Looking around there was only darkness, yet when I suddenly got hit by a huge pressure the darkness vanished and I was greeted by a blindingly bright light. Adjusting my Eyes, I look around just to find myself above clouds...

“WHAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTT” (Kevin)

As I keep screaming as the ground comes notably closer, I suddenly hear another voice, screaming as well right beside me. Turning my head while crying from the air-pressure, I see Benjamin falling just like me. Actually, he doesn't seem to realize that I'm here, well I just barely noticed because his scream was louder than mine. But seriously, THE GROUND IS COMING CLOSER!!!

Returning my thought to reality I begin to panic.

As the ground comes closer at a speed I didn't want to believe, I close my eyes in hope that it will be painless... please, god whoever, SAVE ME!!!

As though accepting my prayer, I suddenly feel myself slowing down without crashing into the Ground. Actually, it's more like something or someone is pulling me up. Looking up, there is a huge Bird that looks like a condor. Using it's giant claws, it holds onto me and Benjamin. WAIT!?! Giant bird... young teenagers... Food... WE'RE FOOD!?!

No, no, no, this isn't how I envisioned my travel to another world to be like. I don't want to end up as food!?!

Suddenly I hear a voice from above the condor. I can't see its source, but I believe its a girl. Still, I can't make heads or tails of the Language, it's neither German nor English or French. What the heck is going on?

Anyway, after dropping us off on the ground, I and Benjamin weakly drop down, Benjamin even starts to kiss the ground. Actually, I believe he will never dare to fly like this again...

Shortly after we landed, the condor took off again and only a young woman remained. She was a beauty if I could say so. Actually, I just turned 14 a month ago, so Benjamin introduced some “special” websites to me... Anyway, like in the anime I love to watch, the girl had flowing white hair which was reminiscent of snow and deep blue eyes that kept staring at me. Though I could tell she wasn't Human, because there grew cat like ears from her head and a soft and thin cat-tail from her back.

Of course both in pure white. Sadly, she didn't wear anything revealing but instead a thick leather armor with a white mantle on top of it. As I try to touch her tail, suddenly I can hear a loud voice I can't understand, but in the next moment I can feel something cold on the back of my neck, telling me not to move.

I am actually more scared than before, in my fear I actually pissed my own pants...

Is this really how another world adventure should go...?

[Treia / Silver Lake Palace - dining hall / Dranar Continent / 23rd day - 6th month – year 9521]

Inside a Palace, situated on an half-island directly above the silver lake, an aged man ate his breakfast together with his Family. His name was Lancio Tervanca the 3rd, and he is the ruler of the Arcadela Kingdom. His son, the crown prince, as well as his two daughters and wife were calmly sitting along the luxurious dining-Table while talking in a peaceful Atmosphere. Actually, the prime Minister and the Army's highest general were also attending, as the King took a fancy to subordinates who can enjoy the simple things in Life.

Lancio Tervanca the 3rd was known as a benevolent and kind king, as well as one with calm judgment. He was also often called the silver king, but that was mostly due to his aura and the Castles position. Many wouldn't remember, but the land this castle was built on was once called the Mountains of nine tails. It was the territory of the Ancient Fox-Clan many thousands of years ago. But still, heritages could even today still be found in the various ruins. Anyway, Lancio honored the foxes that once lived here, as he held deep respect for them. The reason was simple, he once obtained a rather large book in a ruin which perfectly described the system and laws used by the Fox-Clan. When he started to implement that system, which was practically a move against all of Nobility’s ruling-class, he made his Kingdom prosper. True, the system of the Fox-Clan built on the foundations of the amount of tails, but they still recognized Talent more than bloodline. There were actually often three or even one tailed kin in higher position, just because they had actual ability.

Anyhow, the kingdom rose using the methods mentioned in the book, such as use of schools for commoners and nondiscrimination against other races. Of course, even complicated laws about how to handle trade and military were mentioned, making it easier to organize such a big kingdom.

Anyway, as one who honors the foxes that once lived in this land, he was never affected by the curse. Normally, after a King or Ruler of the Country reached the age of 30, he would fall ill easily and often die shortly after. Actually, this was the work of the countless angry echoes left behind after the Great War, but as Lancio honored them and their ways, they didn’t direct their anger at him. Of course, no one knew of this aside from the two five-tails that lived in this country.

Today was also once more a peaceful day without anything occurring, or should have been. I the middle of breakfast, suddenly space started to distort above the table and a pair of young Girls fell from said distortion. Both were wearing weird clothes and seemed to have lost their consciousness. Hearing the sudden crashing noise and the screams of the young princess's, the soldiers started to rush into the dining-hall. Seeing the sudden newcomers, the soldiers took stances while pointing their spears against the two defenseless Girls.

It wasn't long after that the Army-General told his soldiers to retract their weapons and retreat. He then closed in on the girls and touched their wrists in order to check if they were still alive.

Confirming the heart beat and the soft breaths coming from them, he only silently nodded to the king before taking a few steps back. Actually, everyone except the king, the prime minister, the general and a five-tailed fox remained inside the dining-room. Of course, he was in a Human form, still, he excluded a rather noble aura making him look bigger than he actually was.

After a while he nodded lightly and spoke in a serious tone:

“Your Majesty, these Children are most possibly from another dimension, probably one without any Mana or Magic...” (Fox-Man)

Stating his words, everyone in the room wore surprised faces. Dimensional-Travelers were abnormally rare and often brought countless benefits but also calamity's. Even so, to come from a world without the convenience of magic, how could they live easily? How did they even obtain such high-class clothes?

Anyway, trying to wake the two up to ask some questions, the general began to move. Yet before he could even touch them, the king intervened and gave a simple order that one day would change this world...

“Bring these girls into one of the guest-rooms and position a maid to look over them. For now, let them rest, we can just ask them question later.” (King Lancio)

As ordered by the king, the servants prepared a guest-room and carefully brought the two girls there to rest. It was not long after, that the about ten years old blond girl of the two opened her eyes, looking around while making a confused while also troubled expression.
