She proceeded to pat my head and hug me tighter.

“Don’t worry Mom, I will be careful!”

I can’t help but reassure her.

As long as I try to not cross the line with my dark magic, everything should be fine, right?

“Well, she did hide something from me, so I just made sure we’re even,” Luca casually answered.
