Hey everyone! If you’re reading this now, you’re likely about to start Eleknar’s Heir, The Infernal Prince. I want to take the time out to say thanks for giving it a chance! I truly enjoy writing and had a blast putting my daydreamed story down onto paper! There are a lot of people who seem to be thoroughly enjoying this book along with me, but there also seem to be a lot of those who either didn’t read my bio and description – or just outright chose to ignore them. So, I want to make a few things clear before you get the wrong idea about this book!

I write for fun and am not a professional author, as people have gone out of their way to point out (lol) (Though I hope to change that one day and would love to do this professionally if I get good enough!). I think my writing is good, and the story is great! But it isn’t the most amazing writing you've ever seen in your life and I still have a lot of work to do. I can’t afford an editor, and I haven’t had anyone else read it prior to release. So there are going to be some problems with the story. I was hoping that this would be a good opportunity to correct those mistakes with feedback from the readers, that’s why I came to this site! So far, I got a much better result than I’d thought possible and I truly appreciate the support of so many of those who love the story just as much as I do! (And already, as of 8/26, I've re-written multiple chapters 2-3 times over with general improvements via the polls)

But again, I am also still in the editing phase. This is not a 100% completed project, and people have even gotten angry because the book was not up to their standards. So, because of this, I again feel like it is necessary to point out that if you are looking for a professional’s completed work that this may not be what you’re looking for. In fact, if that’s what you’re demanding and/or looking for, I encourage you NOT to read this series. My major was not in English literature. Again, this is a hobby for me that I hope to one day get good enough to take to the next level! I would love to eventually do it professionally as my bio says, and I’ve written about 9 books worth of material, but this is my first attempt to bring my writing to light.

So I would sincerely love and appreciate all the constructive criticism you could give me! I’m not perfect, but I go out of my way to perfect the things readers bring to my attention so my story can get better before I do eventually publish! Again, as my description says next to the title and cover, I am in the editing phase. I repeat – I am in the editing phase. Editing phase. For all 9 books. Editing. Phase. Hence my novel’s description. So your input will have changes on the novel series if you choose to read it and participate!

All of this being said, I really hope you like it! I worked really hard to make it good and want to make it better. So please be kind, and hold your horses on the whole perfection thing as I figure out what people do and do not like 😊
