Chapter 10

"It's nice here isn't it? No traffic and not noisy like the capital." Lin Meng talked to him as she drove her car.

"Yeah..." Lin Feng nodded along. He gazed out the window into the clean, rural town. It was a quiet place with cookie-cutter houses and few people walking by. He noticed that the air was very clean and the humidity was just right. There were no trains, only bus stops in a rural town like this.

Electric lines ran through the entire town. This was a perfectly normal town with no criminal activities where neighbors knew each other well. That's rigtht. It was perfectly normal. Where was the high level technology he had been anticipating for!? Shouldn't the electric lines be hidden underground at the very least!? How does this country operate...?

Lin Feng was utterly confused. Could this just be a world like the one he reincarnated from and that vial of potion was just something miraculous? He pushed the thought out of his mind. His head would hurt too much if he continued to think about this matter.

In the end, Lin Meng's high-end car stopped by a fairly standard looking house.

"This is it?" Lin Feng said disappointedly.

"This is the countryside. What were you expecting?" She laughed at his comment.

She continued, "Also, I wouldn't be able to maintain it by myself if I just buy a piece of land."

"Why not just hire a maid?"

"I don't like having strangers around. Don't even suggest that I can learn more about them overtime. I would be lowering myself too much at that point." Lin Meng casually said while she opened the gate.

For the first time, Lin Feng noticed his older sister's status. She was a person of high class with dignity. She was only acting like this because he was someone loved by her and because they were in the countryside, her usual habbits as a lady of high class do not get the chance to be shown.

"What about the bodyguards you mentioned earlier?" He didn't forget what ruined his fun in the hospital restroom.

"Feeling talkative today?" She looked back with a teasing smirk. "I make them sleep outside. They won't ever bother you, don't worry."

She unlocked the main house door with a click and opened it. Lin Feng felt some cold sweat around his palm. She was so ruthless to her bodyguards.

He promptly followed her into the house. It certainly smelled very "feminine". There were 2 pair of slippers by the doorstep presumably used by Lin Meng and Ran Kuangnu.

On the shoe rack, one row was filled with deligently polished leather dress shoes while the second was filled fashionable high-heels Lin Meng wore. The third row was filled with casual slip ons. It was very organized and made obvious that 2 people lived in the house.

"Here you go." His older sister dropped a new pair of slippers in front of him. He didn't notice where she grabbed it from as he was busy looking around.

"Let's familiarize you with the house first."

"The first floor only have the kitchen and the living room." She introduced.

The kitchen was geared with glossy, metallic looking stoves that he had never seen before. It was very modern looking compared to the standard appearance of the house. The spices and seasoning sauces were neatly arranged and sorted in cabinets. The sink had the same glossy, elegent furnish like the stoves and so was the dishwasher and refridgerator.

"These are...?" He pointed at them one by one, not knowing how to explain.

Lin Meng understood and proudly introduced, "These are the 'Energy-Saving Kitchen Setup' made by my company."

"What does your company even do? I've been wanting to ask for a while." Lin Feng wasn't too surprised and probed some more.

"Oh. Nothing much. Just some real estate, eletronics, and some other stuff. You don't need to worry about it. Just know that I'm very rich and I can get anything." She replied very casually with her usual gentle smiling face.

"I see. I see. I expect nothing less from my sister." Lin Feng nodded along. "Where to next?"

"The living room. It's right over there." She lead him to the connecting room.

His sister was certainly a person of fine taste. The couch had a pale color and situated in the middle of the room. A bezeless TV opposite of it and a short table in between with an elegent embroidered rug under it and the couch.

"There's a restroom in that corner, by the way." She pointed to a certain corner.

"Let's go to the second floor now."

Lin Feng followed Lin Meng to the staircase. She calmly walked up the stair while he continued from behind.

A marvelous view was unveiled upon him the instant he stepped onto the stair. Every step Lin Meng took would cause her full buttocks to jiggle. She was also currently wearing a skirt with black stockings creating an illusion that he would be able to see her holy crevice. He wanted to grab her and push her down on the spot.

Thankfully, the moment only lasted a short few seconds. Otherwise, he would end up getting toyed around by her again.

There were two rooms on the upper floor on the left and right respectively with a restroom smacked in the middle.

"Your room is the one on the left." She sweetly said.

"Where's Sis Ran's room then?" He wearily asked.

"The one on the right." She pointed.

"Then where do you sleep...?"

"The one on the left, obviously." She tilted her head.

"Then where do I sleep?"

"The one on the left?"

"We're sleeping together!?" Lin Feng finally realized.

"Of course." His sister gentle voice replied matter-of-factly
