"You naughty boy..." Lin Meng breathed more hot ear into his ear.

Lin Feng wasn't an idiot. He could tell that his older sister was incredibly turned on so he became daring, "Can you 'play' with it?"

He turned his head back with difficulty to look at Lin Meng's face. Her small ears had already turned all the way pink and there was a heated look in her gem-like eyes.

"Not now." Her eyes met his and she gently shook her head.

"Why not?" Lin Feng decided to pressure her some more.

"Someone might see, you naughty boy." she affectionately nudged her head against his.

Lin Feng relaxed. He would've panicked if she said something about them being siblings that he honestly didn't give a damn about. It would be hard for him to make any moves on her if she felt guilty due to them being siblings. He was thoroughly head over heels for her.

"Let me go get your pants. It would be bad if a nurse sees you like this."

He nodded and leaned against the restroom railing. A couple of seconds later, she returned with his pants in hand and carefully helped him put it on. The entire experience made him feel like a child again.

"Would you like to go outside?" His sister suggested after he was properly dressed.

"Yeah," he awkwardly nodded. His member is still rock hard with no sign of softening. It was impossible for him to become softer with his older sister around.

Lin Meng glanced at it for several odd seconds before helping him out of the restroom. There was a wheelchair right next to the door of it which she promptly grabbed and smoothly set up with him leaning on her huge breasts.

"Be careful when you sit down." she warned before helping him sit down. The caused his saluting little brother to become even more noticable but she knew what to do with it.

Her figure quickly moved into the hospital room to grab her white crocodile purse before taking out a thick book. She quickly moved back to Lin Feng and placed the book on his lap. His erect penis was now covered.

"Shall we go?" she smiled at him before moving behind the wheelchair so she could push it.

The pair moved through the hospital hallway in silence. Lin Feng noticed that there were only elderly and children here.

"This is the children and elderly hospital?" he asked.

"Right. This is Cloud City Children and Elder's Hospital. It's very peaceful here and beneficial for your recovery."

"Cloud City?"

"You've probably never heard of it. We used to live in the capital and this is a very small town."

Lin Feng understood even without having her explain any further. The capital is probably very rowdy and full of chaos. A small town like this is far better for his recovery. He was touched.

"Thank you." He said gratefully.

"This is nothing." she gently brushed it off.

They reached the hospital garden. The fragrance of floral scents gently drifted into Lin Feng's nose. Beautiful patches of colorful flowers greeted his vision along with the grace of the sun followed by the sapphire sky. A cleanly paved path and the elderly enjoying themselves to the side.

"It's beautiful."

"It's the reason why I chose this city for you recuperate in." Her sweet voice replied from behind.

She continued to slowly push his wheelchair onto the paved path, submerging themselves in the beauty of nature. He closed his eyes and embraced the sound of birds and rustling leaves. More floral fragrance made way into his mind along with his elder sister's sexy musky smell. His heart warmed from everything happening around him, as if his soul was being healed.

Finally, they stopped under a huge tree. It was unknown when Lin Meng pushed his wheelchair off the paved path because her touch was too gentle. There was a small cliff in front of him with a beautiful manmade waterfall. Lin Feng was shocked that a hospital was able to fund such a thing.

"Do you like it?" His sister's voice came right besides his ear.

"It's beautiful."

"I funded it."

"Ah."

They continued to watch the waterfall in silence. The sound of the impact of water against stone was deafening yet relaxing.

"Can we go closer?" He uttered after a long time.

"You want to soak your feet in the water?" She knew exactly what was on his mind.

"Yeah."

"Mhmm okay."

Lin Feng sat by the water with the support of Lin Meng. A constant stream of coolness rushed onto his feet while he leaned on Lin Meng. More specifically, her breasts. Her mature fragrance continued to waft into his nose, making him intoxicated.
