2 Years have passed inside the hyperbolic time chamber.

Darc was currently in meditation but slowly stopped and awoke from it to see both of his new students sparring with each other.

Trunks and Gohan exchanged fists at this moment. And every trade let out a clear bang into the surroundings. Sweat rolled down their faces and both were breathing heavily.

Shifting his body sideways Trunks could land a clear hit on Gohan and tried to land another punch but that only server for Gohan to grab his wrist and punch him back even harder and then even landing a hit with a kick to his side.

Not letting himself get beat up any more than that Trunks used a point-blank blast against Gohan and separated himself from him. They landed apart from each other and stared with both of their golden auras pulsing. Small blue electric sparks also traveled around their bodies.

"That's about enough. Looks like both of you can handle the second stage now very effortlessly. Still, keep in mind to only use it if you really are in a pinch. Don't forget to strengthen your base. Oh, and It is about time we left this place.", said Darc from the side where he floated around in a lotus position and looking down at the two. Then he threw two Senzu beans to each of them. "Gohan, if you would be so kind?", he added as a question.

Arkis was also doing the same meditation as Darc and had her eyes closed but when she heard Darc saying it was about time they left, she stopped her meditation as well and also put her attention to Gohan.

Gohan caught that Senzu and ate it. After having his energy restored and feeling even stronger than before he nodded. Darc already explained to him how to leave this place. And to make sure they were strong enough he made it a requirement that Gohan would be the one opening the space rift.

Trunks, on the other hand, disengaged his super state and relaxed after eating his own senzu. He also became very powerful through this training. Even more so than he thought he would become. But that was not enough yet. He was after all somewhat behind in all those years. What he now knew though, was that he had inherited his father's talent in martial arts. And he was somewhat proud about it.

In these two years, he could see just how amazing his father really was. When he was younger, he never really thought about it since he was more of a normal father to him and kept most things about his work to himself. Maybe he thought to take everything on his own shoulders and not get him involved. Well, he also could somewhat feel that his mother may have had a certain role to play in that decision.

Trunks did still remember how she was when he was younger. She let him train but fighting dangerous enemies was mostly out of the question. So in the end Trunks never really had to fight a death battle until the androids came and started to destroy everything. Even then Arkis still mostly protected them.

Knowing all this now he still felt a little bit frustrated that he also couldn't do anything here now. Darc already told him that to really push the super transformation to its limit you need amazing instincts and tap into the primal rage inside oneself. Humans have lost a lot of that instinct but Saiyans still have it. For that reason, Trunks gave up and was content with the progress he made. He was already stronger than the androids and that seemed good enough anyway. He still got time to train more.

"Alright, if you manage to go into the 3rd stage and open the rift, I say you pass and can handle pretty much everything that comes against you for a while.", said Darc.

At this moment Gohan concentrated deeply and powered up. Shouting very loudly and trying to break that barrier really took a massive amount of ki and control. But he still managed it after a while of extreme shouting and powering up.

And the fact that Darc actually taught them about the inner workings of the body like the meridians helped Gohan out identifying the chakra gates which in return made it easier to control the Super Saiyan state and be able to push more energy through it. But to really break that level Darc unsealed Gohan his tail and restored it back. That gave him the push needed to tap into his primal rage accompanied with the Oozaru form.

Yes, Gohan now has his Saiyan tail again and it was glowing with a yellow radiance right now. On that point, Darc also told him to try and get his great ape transformation under control on another planet with a moon. All that so that he won't destroy earth himself if they ever get a moon back.

Finishing his shouting and seeing Gohan finally having transformed into the Super Saiyan 3 state a smile appeared on Darc. But Gohan grimaced in a somewhat pained expression "This state really is counterproductive. I can feel the ki demand being unreal. I can at most keep this up for only a few minutes...And my body hurts...But the power really is overwhelming"

"Didn't I tell you already, Gohan? The 3rd stage may be powerful and something only Saiyans may achieve that easily but at the same time, its consumption in ki is way too much compared to the first 2 stages. Your stamina is also being drained constantly because even with your sturdy body, you can't handle the massive violent behavior of your ki. This stage even creates new cells in form of long hair that helps in balancing it out somewhat...", explained Darc. "Now, you should hurry or else you will be out of breath before you manage to open a rift."

Gohan nodded with a stern look and prepared himself.

"The amount of energy is unbelievable. He will very likely succeed. Space around here is already trembling just with his presence...", said Trunks and looked around after sensing the changes around them.

Darc smiled after he landed beside Trunks. "That is very likely. You two should get ready to dive through that dimensional hole that will be created." His words were meant for Trunks and Arkis who also just now landed beside them. They both nodded in confirmation and looked at Gohan.

Gohan breathed in a lot of air and then shouted and pushed a lot of energy into that shout. A beam of energy and echo ripped through space and created a tunnel 2 meters wide that led outside.

Darc nodded and charged forth through it. Arkis and Trunks followed suit. The last one was Gohan after he lost his breath and transformed back to his base and made it just in time to hop through.

"Alright, after 2 years we are finally out of that hell.", said Darc and stretched himself. He breathed in the cold air around him.

"I didn't find it so bad.", commented Arkis. "Since you will probably leave us again. This was time well spent. Trunks probably is the in the same opinion."

"Nah, I am happy to be out there as well.", he denied that. That made Arkis frown and pinch his cheek. "Ouch, that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the time seeing dad again. With this training, it just made me more determined to make sure to find the Super Dragonballs and revive him in our time.", he added after being scolded by Arkis.

Arkis smiled after hearing his honest words.

Darc looked at him. "That will be a lot of work for you. You will need to find the current Supreme Kai and with his help get into contact with the angel attendant...And then there is the God of Destruction...Just make sure to keep it low and do it in moderate steps, you three.", said Darc and also thought about Buu but it was better to remain silent about that and let them handle that themselves as well. With that, they would meet the Supreme Kai anyway. "But first things first. Let's get rid of these pesky androids."

"Dad, Gohan already charged away...", interrupted Trunks him and Arkis chuckled to that comment.

"What!?", exclaimed Darc and looked around. Then he sighed. "Then let's join him. He is probably very eager to destroy them."

Gohan emitted some of his energy over the city they fought inside the last time and waited. And it didn't take long and 18 and 17 came flying over to him.

"Well look who it is. Our friend Gohan. Haven't you had enough last time? You are back that quick for a beating?", asked 17 him.

"The one who is getting beat and destroyed today is you two. Not one death will be unaccounted for. Not one.", said Gohan with a serious tone and charged at 17.

"What? You actually don't transform? Are you may be tired of living? Well then, have it your way!", said 17 with a slight laugh and shot out an energy blast.

But Gohan deflected that blast with his hand and reached 17 faster then he thought. Then he transformed into his SSJ2 in the last second and kicked 17 into some buildings.

"What!?", exclaimed 18 in surprise. "You are stronger than before. That makes no sense. What did you do?", she asked and attacked as well. "Looks like I need to help out again."

"Don't think this will end up the same way as last time.", said Gohan while dodging her attacks. 17 also charged forth from the rubble and joined in a coordinated attack on him but still, they couldn't get a clear hit in.

"Damn, this cant be! His energy level rose exponentially in these past 2 days. Did we underestimate the Zenkai from him?", asked 17 with gritting teeth.

"Enough of this. This ends here." Gohan grabbed both their heads then pushed them down to the ground and slammed them into the concrete. After that, he throws them up.

"Ka.....me....ha....me....." he charged a lot of energy into this one attack. "HAAAAA!!!!!" With a powerful force, Gohan let the attack explode at the moment the androids were at their highest point in the air.

The Kamehameha wave made a beautiful arc into the direction of the androids and clashed against them.

Pushing them in the direction the wave was headed. In this case into the cosmos.

17 and 18 both somewhat tried to resist the attack and they actually succeeded somewhat but Gohan felt that and for a short moment transformed into his SSJ3 state and eliminated the last bit of struggle the two androids could exert with inserting more ki into his Kamehameha.

With that simple yet powerful attack, he cleared the earth of this malice. Gohan looked somewhat in disbelief after his attack pulverized them and then breathed out a long sigh that signalized the amount at which his mind now felt at ease. He could at least relax now. He reverted back to his base form.

"Well, that was fast. Good job, Gohan.", said Darc from behind after he teleported to his ki signature.

Gohan only looked back and had a bright smile on his face. "Its all thanks to you, Darc. Thank you."

"Don't need to thank me. Just make sure to keep the earth safe and revive the others. And if there is some trouble you can just use the time machine. Oh, but do keep it a secret from anyone higher up or else they will chew you up for such a machine being in existence.", chuckled Darc back.

Well, that was way easier than he thought. Did he maybe overdo it with his training here? He scratched his head in confusion.
