《Dragon Ball: Saga Of The Strongest Human》Chapter 67: Training

The intense pressure in the training chamber made the room look like a deep shade of purple. It was like being in a dark room with extremely dim lighting. But even with those conditions, one could see Darc and Arkis moving about and sparing with each other in an unbelievable agile manner. They didn't seem to use any ki but solely their bodies to fight.
At some point, Arkis tried to execute a straight punch to Darc his chest but Darc grabbed it firmly and right after slid like a snake around her wrist and pulled her to himself to attack her with a knee to her abdomen. That try was a failure since Arkis used the momentum of his pull and sidestepped slightly to the side where she would dodge the knee and immediately counter with a kick.
Darc smiled and seeing an opportunity he moved really fast. His leg that was just used in the knee attack a moment ago stopped abruptly and moved towards Arkis her thig where it got a foothold for just a brief moment. But that was already enough for Darc to move his other leg and coil it around her head.
Then Darc let himself fall backward while performing a backflip with a one-handed handstand and pulled her right with him with the force generated.
She slammed right back to the ground and some deep cracks on the flooring appeared. Darc changed his positioning in such a way that Arkis was immobilized and just stared at her with a smirk since he was once again on top of her. That really happened a lot lately.
She looked at him with her eyes and tried to free herself but couldn't. "Urgh...I give up.", she said and tapped 3 times on one of his legs with her free hand.
Seeing that, he let go of her and slowly moved down from her. Standing back up he wiped some of his sweat away from his forehead with a towel that was lying on the ground to the side of the room.
"Phew, that's it for today with physical training. Alice, how much time has passed?", he said with exhaustion and looked to the floating AI. No matter what gravity was in the room. The antigravity around that ball was still negating the effect and it leisurely floated about.

Its blue light blinked shortly. +It has been 73 Hours since you both started your spar.+, told Alice him.
"Do you hear that, Arkis? You lost the bet. You didn't keep up for a whole week.", said Darc with a bright grin and looked at her still lying around on the floor.
After hearing his word she slowly pushed herself up and looked at him. "You are just always changing your forms. It's too tedious to always keep concentrating on what exactly you are going to do next that just a slight loss of concentration brings me down on the ground again...What was it this time? I thought you only had four forms. How come there is a fifth?", she answered him and stood up.
Then she patted at her clothing to get some dust down from them and slightly blushed but that couldn't be seen clearly since the room was still dark. She was thinking about another time where she was on the ground and Darc accidentally grabbed her breast and it made her moan. Since then he always remained careful where he moved on her body. It made her a little bit frustrated by now.
"There is no new form. It is just a variation of one of them. Remember when I told you the black turtle in mythology has a snake tail? Now guess what inspired my moves a second ago. An absolute defense can also come in a form of reflection. Use the power and movements of your opponent against them. Some races probably even got some traits based on that principle.", said Darc as an explanation.
"So there are also variations of the other three? You did use the speed and flexibility of the tiger to execute that snake moves after all, right?", she asked again and now was back to thinking his movements.
Darc smiled greatly after seeing that she slowly understood more about it. "You are learning very well. All four forms can strengthen each other." He was talking about the four forms Darc created out of his teachers and the other dragon team members arts. The form of the White Tiger form Zarid´s art, The form of the Azure Dragon from Kami´s art, the form of the Vermillion Bird from Tien´s arts and lastly the form of the Black Turtle from Roshi´s art.

He basically took all of their martial arts and enhanced them into something new. And each of them compliments the other. The Tiger and Turtle arts are based more on ground battle while the Dragon and Phoenix arts are based more on air combat.
Just like in the saying. The Dragon and Tiger coiling around each other into an eternal loop where Heaven and Earth are in balance. Yin and Yang. Where the Dragon represents Heaven and the Tiger the Earth. Mixing in the Phoenix and Turtle completes that divine quartet of wholeness.
Then Arkis sighed. "Looks like I still have a lot to learn on that matter.", she said.
"I guess. But if it makes you any happier. I am also still far from mastering the real essence of it myself. So you are not the only one that is still learning.", he told her and thought about the ultra instinct at that moment where every move of the body would become second nature without having to think at all.
"Well, putting that aside. You made a huge leap in these past months. Improving so much that you are already on the same strength level as myself is amazing.", he told her and was genuinely surprised that Arkis improved so much after he focused on training her these past months. Even with his full ki surging through his body he has a hard fight against her.
They once stopped at a planet and used their full power on it. They wracked that planet pretty badly and both of them injured themselves somewhat. Arkis also seemed to let loose some steam from whatever reason but with that Darc himself improved by a lot as well.
Soon she would surpass him in strength. But that would mean he would gain more from sparing with her and it made him happy as well.
Arkis smiled at him. "That is all thanks to your guidance and training. Now not even this 500 times gravity does anything for us. I wonder how we will improve later on?", she said and opened her concern on further improvement.
"Looks like you are hungry for improving yourself more, huh? Well, don't worry about that. One solution, for example, would be this.", said Darc and materialized a whole suit on her body. It looked like a divers suit without a helmet
Arkis looked at it and when she tried moving it was impossible. It didn't budge at all so she frowned.
"Just plain and simply increase the weights and train further. It's simple as that.", he said to her and let the suit disappear again.
Now Arkis wore a sapphire colored Kaioshin vest with orange stripes at the edges. It was not buttoned up but worn more casual. Underneath that, she wore a greyish white long shirt that showed her breast size and curves with a combo of white pants and reddish-black long boots.
Around her waist was an orange cloth belt that traveled between her legs down to her knees. It also covered part of her behind and was basically one just like the other Kaioshin had. But that was about all she had in common with the other Kaioshin outfits.
For example, she had no stupid looking bulges at her shoulders in her cloth under the vest.
And the vest itself also didn't spike at the shoulders to look like shoulder plates but remained streamlined with the body like a normal dress vest.
The part of the vest that would go over the right side to close the vest was tucked to the left and firmly put in place with a white brooch that had a GP logo on it.
Arkis looked quite beautiful at this moment and one could feel a battle-ready vibe from her. Just like a battle goddess ready for a fight.
Nodding and smiling at the outfit he gave her, he turned around to the middle console.
"Now, let's finish up here and take the next days to rest up. Maybe some meditation is in order. We are about to get back to earth soon anyway.", he added to his prior words and reduced the gravity back to one before he left the room.

Disclaimer: This is not an instruction manual. If you want to be a horrible human being, go figure it out yourself. Autopsy: Writing this story gave me some degree of insight into how much I've managed to fuck up my own personality by suppressing basic needs. Now I hate myself even more. It started as a story where the MC was supposed to be a blend of the NZ-land shooter and other cancerous personalities. That way I wouldn't feel bad about torturing him.
