Charging back to the west city he didn't care about people seeing him flying and so he directly landed in front of Capsule Corporation and rang the bell.

Shortly after he had a conversation with the intercom AI again Ms. Briefs opened up the door. "Oh my, Darc. It didn't take long for you to visit us again", she said with a chuckled at him.

Darc only nodded "Sorry to visit you so soon again but I got something important to discuss with Dr. Briefs."

Ms. Briefs only smiled and noticed his seriousness this time around. "You are always welcome here, dear. Don't apologize for something like that. Now, come. My husband is in his laboratory right now so you will have to go there. I will show you."

"Thanks." Darc followed Ms. Briefs and entered the laboratory of Dr. Briefs.

"Oh, Darc? You are back?", asked Dr. Briefs after seeing Darc walking inside. Tama immediately came running to him "Looks like Tama has taken a liking to you."

Darc smiled slightly and picked Tama up and put her on his shoulder. Then he moved closer to Dr. Briefs.

"Dr. Briefs, I need to talk about something. A while ago we got visited by some aliens and their spaceship is still on earth. I wanted to ask if you could take it apart and research its components. Preferably also build a spaceship for myself that I could use. Those aliens are not friendly and I need to take care of them before they do invade earth again.", he explained and tried to go straight to the point.

Dr. Briefs looked at him and thought something. "First, you can call me Hakase. Stop using those formalities, Darc. And I think you should go to the galactic patrol if you really have such a problem, no?", he asked after coming to a realization.

Darc looked a little surprised. "Huh? You know about the galactic patrol? No, nevermind that. I guess there were already some visits by some other friendly aliens. The main problem is the galactic patrol is way too weak to handle such threats."

Dr. Briefs nodded but wondered internally how Darc seemed to also be knowledgeable about other things in the galaxy. "That may be the case but you still need information, right? The only thing you know right now is that some guys came here and attacked you? Do you even know where they came from or what their agenda was? You still could get some information from the GP."

Realizing that Darc actually went ahead too much made him blush a little bit out of stupidity. He actually didn't think about that yet.

"Yes, that's true. But what is about my request? I will get into contact with the GP when I have a spaceship otherwise I won't be able to contact them.", said Darc.

"Actually, my older daughter Tights could help you in that matter. I think she still got a contact with one of their patrolman. And about that matter with the spaceship. Let's go tomorrow and look what we can get out of that wonder of science. I am actually quite interested to take it apart, hehe.", said Dr.Briefs and started to snicker and get excited by the prospect of fiddling with a spaceship.

"Your older daughter? Did they actually visit you? No wonder you weren't that surprised about offworlders."

Dr.Briefs smiled and took a phone out of his pockets and started dialing someone.

"Hello, Tights? Can you come over? We need to talk. It has something to do with your books. You could get a good new idea." One could only hear a sound indicating that the other side hung up after hearing those words. Dr.Briefs only looked at the phone. "Looks like she will be here soon. Why don't you wait for a bit?", he asked and at that moment one could hear another voice shouting inside the room.

"Dad, I am back!" It was Bulma who came into the laboratory and looked surprised to see her father with someone else.

"Oh, hello there, Bulma", said Darc without thinking and Dr. Briefs said the same.

Bulma widened her eyes and came over. Then she eyed up Darc from top to bottom and then got heart-shaped eyes. Darc his mouth twitched at that moment.

"Dad, who is this handsome guy?", she asked her father.

´Hey, hey. I am not air. How about asking me that directly?´, he thought.

"You don't recognize him? It's Darc. Its the boy that visited us once already.", answered Dr.Briefs.

Bulma stayed silent at those words and looked at Darc again. This time there were no hearts to be found in her eyes and she started talking more seriously. "It's you!? You really changed a lot. I really didn't recognize you.", she said.

´What the Hell!? What's with that reaction, woman!´, thought Darc after seeing her immediate change.

"Hehe, nice to see you too, I guess?", he said awkwardly afterward.

Then Bulma pouted and looked a little bit angry. "You really didn't even visit once after that one time. So what are you doing here again? Already asking my father for some favor again?"

Darc only scratched his head and looked at Dr.Briefs. "Well, I did ask Hakase some favor..."

"Hey, since when are you so close that you actually can use my father's name!? WAIT! You did visit here, didn't you!? So why didn't I get to see you? Are you avoiding me?", she blurted out and still looked with anger in her eyes at him. It made her even angrier seeing her cat cling to him and she put 1 and 1 together.

Darc put his hands up. "Wait, I only visited today. You are misunderstanding something.", he tried to defuse her.

"Is it? Then why is even Tama so close to you when you only visited today....." she didn't wait for an answer and turned around and started to leave " Don't bother. I had enough. This already made me mad enough. I am going to my room."

After she left Darc only sighed.

"Don't take that to heart. She only missed you and you really didn't visit that much.", rubbed Dr.Briefs in and laughed softly.

"Well, I guess that's true. I should have visited at least once a year. But I totally forgot about it. Well, I do live pretty far from here.", said Darc and tried to excuse himself with his words. "I will go after her and try to calm her down since I will be waiting here anyway."

Dr. Briefs nodded and took Tama from his shoulder. The little cat meowed and Darc patted it and left.

Standing in front of Bulma´s room he breathed in and out and knocked on the door and waited. At first, no answer came and he raised a brow. He knocked again and this time Bulma gave her answer to enter.

Entering the room Darc saw her sitting on a chair and looking at him.

"Look, I am sorry that I didn't get the time to visit more often but with school and stuff around the dojo of my teacher I kinda never thought about it.", he said to her and tried to apologize. It was after all the truth. He did think he would meet her in a year anyway so he didn't bother to meet her prior to that so he didn't change too much of the canon.

Looking at him saying his apology she smiled a little "It´s alright. My mother already told me that you visited today so I just came over to my dad´s to say hi. But I must say you get along with my family pretty good and that so fast. It's really something considering you only visited twice.", said Bulma and smirked now.

Hearing her words he only sighed. So she tricked him and tested him if he would try to apologize.

"I see, then that´s good. I won't need to explain anything then.", said Darc and tried to turn around and leave.

"Hey! You could at least stay and talk a little. For example, why are you here again or just talk about how you have been and such?", said Bulma while panicking a little. She didn't think he would actually just leave like that.

Darc looked back and smirked at her. Bulma saw that and pouted again because she knew he tricked her as well.

Darc leaned back at the wall and started to tell her about the spaceship and what he is planning to do. It wouldn't really matter to conceal it anyway.

"I see, so you want to get my sister into contacting Jaco. Hmm, come to think of it its been a while since I saw that guy as well. My sister does always write about that space stuff. I totally forgot about that since it all happened when I was about 5.", she commented on his explanation. "And you said there is a spaceship we could analyze? I want to take a look as well."

"So you are still the tech nerd you were.", said Darc.

"Hey, I just like technology, ok? Looking at you, you still brawl.", she said and pointed at his destroyed clothes.

He smiled. "Alright, I will go take a shower if it is okay? Looks like I will spend some time until anything happens here. Should also call back home to inform that I stay at friends.", he said and looked at his phone.

Bulma snorted a little. "Look at you taking liberties. Well, it's alright. You know where to go. But don't forget to tell me when you go inspect that ship."

Then Darc got moving "Alright, I will do that. See you later."

Before he left he could still hear her words behind him."It's good to see you again." was what she said to him and Darc smiled. ´Look who is being honest now.´, he thought, lifted his hand and waved her indicating that he appreciates her words before leaving the room completely.
