《Seekers Quest (A Post Apocalypse LITRPG)》Chapter 38 Dwarf or Hobbit?

Leon helped Louie out of the cage as he had just spent all his MP and half his SP unlocking a new spell to heal the little girl.
There was a commotion ahead of them as a bunch of haggard-looking men and boys clutching makeshift shovels and mining picks stumbled out of an opening in the wall, when the leader saw them he brought his pickaxe up in a threatening manner. "Who are you, people?"
Leon held up his right hand, his left supporting Louie.
"Woow there. We are the people that just freed you all, or he just freed you all." He indicated Louie.
Louie waved them away, his anger surged again as he looked at their wretched condition.
He straightened himself and stepped away from Leon and stalked to where he had left the bandit leader.
Grabbing his jacket he lifts him from the wall. The people gasped and stared in wide-eyed shock as the wall rippled and Louie and the bandit disappeared into it.
Louie created a stone capsule around them and fixed a Lightstone against the wall.
The bandit shied away from the look in Louie's eyes.
"What do you want? I released all the slaves, I gave you what you wanted!" He screamed.
Louie's rage was like physical waves of energy that radiated from him.
"You like to hurt women." He squatted before the whimpering thing on the ground, "you like to bite little girls." He took his bowie and placed its point first on the stone between the bandit's legs
(Louie, whatever you want to do, don't do it, don't sink to his level. Leon)
(Leon, did you see what this thing did to that little girl? Louie)
(Louie, Yes, Mainey and Francine are with her. It doesn't seem like she remembers anything. Yes, Kill him, but don't sink to his level by torturing him. Leon)
Louie slammed the bowie into the floor between the bandit's legs and screamed his frustration and rage in his face.
The bandit shrieked and something seems to snap in his mind as his eyes went blank and his face relaxed, drool started to leak from the corner of his mouth and mix with the tears and snot running down his face
He looked in disgust at the thing before him.
The wall dissolved and he dragged the bandit out into the open air and was blocked by the leader of the mob.
He stood waving his pickaxe in Louie's face as he angrily screamed.
"That fucker has been forcing us to mine gold for him while he was using our wives and daughters, he needed to die, give him to us!"
He backed up and the crowd grew quiet as Louie turned his eyes on them.
"He will get what's coming to him." He looked away and Loen caught his eye, he nodded at Louie. "Sigh." He let go of his rage and nearly stumbled as it felt like his energy flowed from his body.
"Justice will be served."
He felt the eyes of the ex-slaves on him as he dragged the bandit onto a heap of stone and pulled him up straight so he was standing on his stumps facing the occupants of the camp, his former slaves.
Louie took his place behind him, holding him up by the scruff of his neck.
Sher stormed up to him demanding to be the one to kill the bandit.
"You don't get to kill him. I'm the leader of this expedition, of this party. If you kill him then it's revenge, if I kill him it's because I know he deserves it." He gave her a look filled with sadness.

"One day you will thank me for this." He softly whispered as she angrily stalked away.
Louie looked down at the drooling bandit leader, he looked out over the angry people and shook his head.
"Jack Burn, you chose to use your power that the system gave you to enslave, rape, and torture those that you could have protected, for the pain and suffering you had caused, I sentence you to death. May some god have mercy on your soul because I have none." He doubted that the bandit could understand him.
Swiftly Louie drew his bowie and slammed it through the side of his head into his brain, killing him instantly.
He looted the body before releasing it to fall forwards down the heap of stone.

The moment the body hit the road it suddenly burst apart and started to rot and liquify.
"What the fuck?" Everybody took a step back as a dark mist in the form of an animal suddenly formed above the body before dispersing in the slight wind.

He swiped the notifications away.
The leader of the miners, whose name turned out to be Frans Hendriks, was not happy with Louie. He had prepared himself for the act of killing 'King' Burns as the gang leader insisted they called him.
And Louie had robbed him of the pleasure.
It was late afternoon when they sat with the camp leaders next to a roaring fire to discuss what to do next.
Louie's team consisted of Leon his 2IC, Sher his healer, who was still mad at him, Celia who was the Merchant leader of the caravan, and Kotche who represented the Guards and those with fighting skills.
The ex-slaves were led by the Frans, his wife Mina who the women looked to for leadership, and Jafta, an angry ex-soldier, whose wife and daughter were killed by Burnes.
The first thing Louie did was place the gold crown, plates and cutlery, map, t-shirt, capstone, and the jewelry pouch that he got as loot from Burns on a stone table he had molded between the two benches.
He immediately saw Jafta react but he stopped himself from reaching to grab the capstone.

Louie indicated the capstone. "Is that yours? How did he get it, and do you know what that is?"
Jafta would have made a good poker player, he looked disinterested at the stone. "It was mine, it's a capstone."
"Ok, but do you know what a capstone is?"
He shrugged. "I have but all it says is that it's a capstone and I know that a capstone was something the Egyptians put on top of their pyramids."
Louie nodded. "It's more than that, But please continue."
He spits to one side. "That piece of shit ordered me to empty my inventory and give my stuff to him once I was bonded."
He saw Louie raise an eyebrow. "*Sigh* We, me, my family, and some friends that were on leave had decided to go camping in the Drakensberg mountains, we were about a kilometer from the tunnel when the pulse struck and the world went to hell. Our kombi wouldn't start and then we were attacked by some big ass ants that came from a cleft in the side of the road. We killed the first bunch and the second. That night when the earthquakes stopped we were attacked again."
He was lost in his telling and soon some of the others walked closer to hear.
"One of my friends who had had ant farms when he was a kid said that they were Ponernae or commonly known as Riemgatmiere and that they don't usually have big colonies. We split our group."
There were a couple of indrawn breaths.
He looked around as if suddenly realizing where he was. "What?"
Louie spoke up, "gamers believe it's bad luck to split the party."
He shrugged. "It was, but we didn't see any other option, some others had joined us from two cars that were stuck with us. The women and children stayed in the kombi and one of us stayed with the others to defend them, the rest of us soldiers went into the nest to kill the Queen. We used our camping gear as weapons, machetes and a couple of wood axes, and our army-issued knives which were crap. It was hell. I'm the only one that barely made it out alive. Only half of the people at the kombi were left, the other decided they would try their luck going back, I heard that one stumbled back later saying that the road back was gone so they were coming back. They were attacked, he survived by hiding and running away. I was mostly out due to my injuries and the poison bites and infected wounds. I woke up here on a bed with that piece of shit standing behind my daughter with a knife telling me to swear an oath to him. I thought he was crazy."
His voice turned bleak, "he cut my daughter, promising to do more if I don't. Still thinking I could lie, I swore. He laughed, I jumped him and he just said 'stop' and I stopped, I couldn't move. He said he was King and that he would teach me my place. He made me watch as he tortured my wife and daughter. The next day I was ordered to join the digging team, which was nearly two weeks ago."
Many of them had nearly the same story of reaching the tunnel and being taken in, the women were separated, and then the men were forced to swear an oath of servitude or killed. Some loved the power and joined the bandit leader.
Frans took the jewelry to see if he could return it to those that might have lost it to the bandits and gave Jafta the capstone but told Louie to keep everything else.
Sher, by now had calmed down and started telling them what happened.
Louie heard some of them talking about leaving to go home.
"If you decide to move out, let me just tell you, as far as we know, there is no civilization anymore, the pulse and the earthquake destroyed everything and the mutated and awakened animals killed a lot, and I mean a lot, like 70% of the humans that survived the earthquakes."
Pretty soon all the ex-slaves were clustered around the fire and Louie and his team started over again making sure all could hear.
Each one took their time to tell them all about what they knew about the pulse and what they have seen and experienced.
There were shouts of denial and cries of horror as Louie shared pictures and experiences from his journal with those that didn't want to believe them.
Most broke down as they realized that there was no home to go back to or that there was no way to safely reach their homes in the case of a couple of tourists.
Frans and his wife sat with tears in their eyes as they watched their people's sorrow, for them it was one more kick in the nuts after being beaten down for two weeks.
"So Gods are real now? What about Myths and legends?" He asked a little shaky.
Louie thought of all the terrifying mythology that was out there. The fact that Gods, Infernals or Demons as some thought of them, had already shown themselves, was worrying.
"The way Gaea talked, I think that anything is possible. I think most of our myths and legends were based on real beings at some point in time. She said that all those creatures that had retreated into their private spaces with the rise of technology will be returning now that mana is awakened on these worlds."
Frans took a deep breath. "That's another thing, worlds, the fact that we will be able to go to the other worlds in our skies and later to other places in the multiverse, and that This Gaea controls everything, unthinkable,"
Louie shook his head. "I don't think she is the controlling type, I think it is like she said, she brought the system here to help us all control the mana in and around us. But the fact that she took most of the knowledge from a gamer's mind is worrying. Ten different gamers might play the same game and each might experience or think of the game differently." He shrugged. "Sometimes this all gets too much for my brain to process."
He saw that most of his team had split up and started talking to the people in groups.
Louie, his group, and Frans, his wife, and Jafta stayed at the table to talk.
It turned out that while digging another cage in the tunnel wall they had uncovered a gold nugget and the 'King' had become obsessed with gold and had them dig deeper, uncovering a gold vein.
Louie explained that they have a place of safety, a camp from which they could work, could range out and scout the area. It's shit at the moment and there were bad memories but he can change that for them.
"I will build your base for free, I will tear this hole apart and create a decent base for you all to stay here. You can use the capstone and you can turn a building or the whole base into a system recognized outpost with an interface where you could do instant repairs if you need it. Sher can create gardens and use her skill and magic as a Druid to grow the food that will feed you till the caravan comes back or you move out, whatever you decide."
Louie left them to talk late into the night while he diverted a small stream of water to a room where he created some showers and with the addition of a mana burner he was able to give them slightly warm water.
He also created a long hall in the cliff and molded a temporary sleeping space for all 145 members of the camp.
He called Diedre and Francine to one side and gave them all the loot bags he got from the Dungeon when he dropped the vehicles with AL the Dungeon core and asked them to go through the bags to see if there were any clothes or something useful that the people in the camp could use.
BOB, Ansi, and all the other spiders, which seem to freak the ex-slaves out for some reason, took over the guard duty for the night leaving all the people to try and get some well-needed rest.
In the meantime, Leon with the help of the guards and some helpers went around and cleared out the tunnel and the rooms that belonged to the bandits while Micheal used his water spells to hose the place down.
Mainey took her sculpture and placed it near the door of the hall and told a young boy to touch it every time somebody walks past. She and Sher took it upon themself to join the women and tried to help where they could.
Louie called Frans to one side and explained to him about his skill and offered to fix their clothes.
Mina and one of the other women later returned with heaps of dirty and torn clothes, he grimaced as he placed the underwear that he got as loot on the pile.
His sculpture took care of all the dirty laundry, he activated it a couple of times just to make sure, while he sat down at a table ready to grind his skill.
It turned into a long night, but Louie raised his with 4 levels, and since he used
His
He stretched his tired muscles as left the alcove where he worked most of the night.
He decided to catch some shuteye for an hour or two when he noticed that all the spiders and BOB were at the spilk (Spider Silk) wall anxiously watching into the forest at something down the mountainside.
He immediately felt the tension in the air as he walked up to BOB.
"What's up buddy?" He softly whispered as he placed his hand on BOBs head. He got the distinct feeling of Danger from BOB.
Louie heard somebody walking up to him from the entrance to the cliff.
"It's back is it?" He turned around and saw Jafta.
"You know what it is?"
He shrugged. "All I know, it's big and it prefers the night. As far as I could figure out from listening to the bandits, it follows the river. It's been a week since they noticed it the first time, and foolishly they sent 5guys to hunt it, HA, five lvl 3 bandits, none came back. They left it alone after that."
After a while, the pets relaxed and they all dispersed to their separate positions and BOB went back to laying next to the fire.
Louie saw that during the whole explanation Jafta had kept his distance from the pets and even now was watching the spiders.
"They won't harm you if you don't harm us or attack them."
He shuddered. "That's just not natural.
"I think you must change your perception of what is natural, those that won't change will be caught unaware, and if you are caught unaware you will die."
Jafta shook his head. "This is like a fantasy story, Monsters, magic, and gods. I guess you are the main character that goes around and saves everybody."
Louie laughs. "I wish, if somebody chose me for the main character then they had made a terrible mistake. I'm just your average South African guy. Not too bright at school did my military service, I went PF and did some things that I'm not proud of, went home, and experienced some tragedies. I'm not the brightest, sometimes I do some really stupid shit and sometimes I get these flashes of genius but those are very rare."
He took a deep breath, "I'm just your average joe that has the means to help make a change, and I'm going to try my best."
"He nodded. "I see. Whatever you say. On another note, I heard that some of the people here have asked to go with you to Paarl?"
"Yes they have, unfortunately, I can't take them with me, the road is too uncertain, we don't know how long or what we might find before we get to Paarl."
"I can't believe that it took you guys 3 days to get here from the Huguenot tunnel."
"Yip, once we get to Paarl and if there is a community there then those that want to move can go with the next caravan. We will be making it a round trip, spending two days at each stop to do some trading. Have you guys decided if you are going to stay here or going to try and reach Starter Town or Worcester?"
Jafta looked lost for a moment. "I'm going to stay if you could do what you said you could, I got no family left," Louie felt his pain, "and I don't think the army exist anymore, and I think Frans and his wife will also stay, the rest I don't know, as far as I could find out, most were families that were trapped in their cars as the pulse struck. So those that are left have no direct family left out there. Oh don't get me wrong, there are lots with extended families and parents and so on, if they survived."
They talked more for a bit before Louie bid him good night and left to find a place to put his bedroll, he didn't want to pitch the tent since most of the others would be sleeping on the ground.
Louie sat on his bedroll in a quiet corner of the sleeping hall and looked at the skill cube he got as loot.
Oathbreaker
Oaths can not be broken without Divine intervention without seriously injuring the oathbound.
This skill will temporarily transfer any oath from one person to another person nearby for two minutes.
The spell derives its power from the Strength and convictions of the caster.
He leaned back and thought of learning the skill but could not think of a way to use it, since the transfer would only be temporary.
'I will talk to the sisters, maybe they can figure something out.'
He took out and spread all the cubes he had bought at the vendor on the bedroll.
There were a lot and most were more than one of each, even up to three.
He sighed as he looked at the five skill cubes he had put to one side, and placed down six more skills, hunting, skinning, leathersmith, farming, horticulture, and blacksmith, the first five would be very useful for them to survive and the last will help with their mining.
He was thinking of giving those six to Frans to use or give away as he chose.
The sigh was because he had been stupid as usual and thinking back he now realized how useful some of the skills could have been to him and decided to remedy that now by learning these five skills before going to sleep.

The ability works very well with youth. This skill can not be leveled up.
The next morning there was a gathering of all the ex-slaves and Louie gave Frans the skill cubes and explained what they could expect.
Frans was grateful and intrigued when he heard about the skill trainers.
The meeting started and after 3hours of back and forth with a lot of questions asked from Louie's team, they decided to stay for now.
There was a cry of alarm when it was discovered that the prisoner together with Lee, Sher's cousin had disappeared during the night.
Louie wanted to send somebody out to search for them but Sher just said, 'Good riddance to bad rubbish.'
Louie shrugged, turning back to the meeting he explained to them what he could do with
During the night the ex-slaves had found the King's hidden stash of gold and decided to divide it into equal shares between all of the survivors. Louie told them that Celia was a merchant and that they could talk to her if there was something that they desperately needed that she might have in her merchandise.
Jafta took the position of Captain of the guard and swore to train everybody in fighting, they all swore that they would never be caught off guard and be slaves again.
Louie gave jafta some weapons and armor in exchange for all the wrecks and fed it to the dungeon through his ring since he was going to create new walls and barricades for them across the road and in front of the tunnel anyway.
Since most of the men had unlocked the mining skill and the gold they mined was recognized by the system, they decided that they would use the tunnel as a mine entrance and stay mining and trade with the caravan in gold coin by weight.
Louie gave them his second last smelter and instructed them on how to operate it to get the gold and other metals out of the ore while he started on carving the dwelling inside the mountain, of the two hundred lightstones that he kept for himself he used fifty to light up the rooms inside the mountain hold. He also made sure that each room had sufficient ventilation and that the openings in the cliff face had thick stone screens that could seal the place in case of an attack by creatures that could climb the cliff.
Derek helped the miners to see if he couldn't unlock the mining skill and he and another miner also worked with the smelter, the miner first argued that he knew how to melt gold since it's not much different from lead that he melted to make sinkers for fishing.
Derek had to show them how the smelter works by selecting an option for metal from a BB interface.
The settings were easy and If you set it to iron and you feed it an ore that has more than one kind of metal it will melt the iron out into an ingot mold but if there is not enough iron to fill the mold then it will hold the iron till you have fed it enough ore for the iron mold to be filled, the rest of the metals in the form of slag will be deposited under the smelter in brick form. If there were more than one kind of metal in the ore then you must set the smelter for the next metal and feed it the bricks of slag again to smelt that metal out of the blocks, this process can be repeated over and over till there is no more metal in the slag and it comes out as a pure brick of waste stone with no traces of metal left.
They found an exploit on the smelter, it could be used to smelt metal as well as ore, after smelting the first batch of steel they got the option to receive it in ingots. But as long as they fed it the right metals while it was smelting the steel, the smelter will keep extracting the metal to produce the steel, the same with other metals, like aluminum, or bronze. So if you start by placing a steel ingot in the smelter and then keep adding iron and carbon with small amounts of manganese silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, or metal-containing those elements then you can keep on producing steel ingots till you run out of base stock.
Derek used the golem shongololo body together with the exploit of the smelter to turn out over fifty steel ingots which he then turned into uncommon mining picks. Raising his blacksmith class from beginner to novice.
The second night Louie sat with Sher and the Viljoen sister and Celia as they went through the contents that they had unpacked from the Loot bags.
There was quite a lot of luggage since many of the vehicles that were involved in the pileup were driven by people going on a weekend trip or coming back from holiday in preparation for the new school year.
The children's clothing in the luggage was heart-wrenching but Louie forced himself to keep his mind in the here and now.
One thing he had hoped for as he negotiated with the core was that whatever he got from inside the vehicles that the core took, would be transformed or recognized as system-generated items and it worked.
The clothes went through the system so most of them had the autofit features, some of the higher quality clothing items even had self-cleaning and in one case an auto-repair feature.
Perfecto Biker Jacket (Rare)
One Jacket to rule them all.
This Jacket was created by leather legend Schott NYC for Harley-Davidson in 1928, the first iteration of its kind was named the Perfecto after founder Irving Schott’s preferred cigars. With a cropped, belted body, diagonal zips, epaulets, notch lapels, and four 10sq spatial pockets, the archetypal auto fit Biker Jacket still has all of these features as well as self-cleaning and an auto repair over time function, If it doesn't, then it's not a legit Biker Jacket, sorry.
+5 to armor class.
Durability: 100/100
Louie whistled. "Damn I'm in love, pity I don't need something like this.
Sher rolled her eyes while Diedre laughed softly. "This is not why we called you here, that is."
She pointed to Two skeletons dressed in pre-pulse security uniforms but armed with a shield and sword, laying next to four locked chests.
To Louie, the chest screamed 'Treasure Chests'.
"Where did you find them?"
"In one of the big bags, do you know where the bag is from?"
He remembered the truck he dropped at the core.
"There was an armored truck, one of Trans-Cash vans, the guards must have been inside transporting something and the pulse destroyed the electronic locks. Damn what a way to go, trapped in a steel box." Sher nodded.
"We will give them a burial later., but there is a quest to the skeletons."
"A quest?" They nodded and told him to touch the body of the guard.
Louie touched the chest of the nearest skeleton and he got a BB.
Return lost ring: Quest
These guards were entrusted with the transport and safekeeping of numerous valuables.
Above all is a ring that has sentimental value to its owner. Return the ring to the rightful owner and gather a reward
Reward: ??????
Failure: N/A
Y/N
"Huh, I just got offered a quest to return a ring, it must be in one of the chests."
"Yip. We didn't know if you wanted to accept the quest, so we left it up to you."
Louie accepts the quest and the skeletons turned into dust that disappeared and he got a Loot notification.
"What, I didn't loot them, I just accepted the quest and then I got the loot and they disappeared."
Sher stood closer. "Maybe it's a system thing, maybe the skeletons were here just so somebody could get the quest?"
"Maybe."
"So what did you get as loot?"
2 x Guard Loot
2 x whistle
2 x pair of guard boots
2 x guard cuirass
2 x Guard kite shield
1 x longsword
1 x crossbow
2 x tabards
2 x guard baton
6 x health potions.
"Hmmm, no ring here so it must be in one of the chests."
He sent a transfer request to Celia and gave her all the Guard equipment.
"I think that you can give all this to Frans and his people, they got some gold and they can't use it anywhere, so give them the guard stuff and sell the stuff that we got for sale but give them a good price. Practically at cost price, but make them understand that it's at cost price now but it won't be next time, we are doing this to help them get on their feet."
Celia nodded. "Understood. I told Mina that they must make a list of all the necessities they need and we can try to see if we can get it for them on the return trip."
"Good." He turned back to the table with the chests.
"Those are big ass locks."
Diedre agreed. "Yip, touch it." He raised an eyebrow as he gave her an inquiring look.
"Don't worry it won't explode or something, just touch the lock."
Not wanting to look scared, he reached out and touched the lock with his pinky finger while Sher rolled her eyes again.
To his surprise, a BB appeared in front of his eyes
Attention
Would you like to try and open the lock?
No key detected.
Would you like to try your lockpick skill?
No lockpick detected.
"Shadow?"
Celia nodded and stepped out of the room to go get Shadow while they sorted the contents of the last bags.
Celia came in behind Shadow who stopped when she saw the chests. Her shoulders slumped.
"You want me to try and crack those locks?"
Louie nodded, "Is that a problem?"
She looked as if he had caught her doing something she shouldn't. "I broke my last two picks trying to teach Salina lockpicking."
"No problem, it's not urgent, you might want to see Derek and ask if he can't make you more lockpicks. Take the chests with you, let me know when you get it open."
She took the chests and left as Frans and Mina entered the room and were told that they could take all the items together with ten loot bags of different sizes.

A Beautiful Woman of Science and Other Absurdities
Beauty AND brains??? See if you can figure out the secret that allows Viviane Fox to study for her Ph.D. in Physics while she moonlights as a beautiful fashion model before it is revealed in the story. Follow her in this futuristic, sci-fi adventure/comedy where she learns about her forgotten past while navigating the silly and maddening situations from admiring, jealous, competitive, stereotypical and shallow people around her. What she learns about herself will determine if an evil organization takes over the world. She will have to use ALL her feminine smarts and talents to defeat them. This is a G-Rated story appropriate for ALL ages. No smut. No swearing. No gratuitious violence. A Beautiful Woman of Science and Other Absurdities is a satirical, futuristic comedy adventure. It is sometimes funny, sometimes silly and sometimes outrageous, but never takes itself seriously. Starts off lighthearted, but grows into a larger-than-life, outrageous, EPIC by the end. It touches on politics, feminism, world order, technology, spirituality and undying love and devotion. It contains:Pictures of pretty girlsA herbivore manA mad scientistA deranged villainCute teenage identical twin girlsQuantum physicsA tsundere pop idolA love triangleMilitary guy with a gunPoliticsFeminismPhilosophical musingsLarger than life storyThank you for reading!

8 161Terms and Conditions
The planet Earth –galactic name Driew—has always been an ordinary and peaceful planet with a small population of ape-beings ruling it. Conflicts do break out from time to time, but that is to be expected since most living planets die by either solar flares or some form of self-destruction. But, unfortunately for the Earth, a Mustela named Exflibberaguil was approaching this planet, and something destructive seemed to always follow him—though he would say it was just his destructively-hot looks. Marine Nick Lucifay is a female inhabitant of Earth, always too ready to run. When presented with an opportunity of adventure, her ape-brain figures that adventure is probably worth the consequence of death. And so, setting off to the nearest McDonalds, Marine Nick finds herself in the midst of an intergalactic struggle that involves a great quantity of bubbles. Chased by the most unlikely of enemies, Exflibberaguil must give up his secrets to save a world—and Marine—from running to their deaths.

8 124I Have Even Read the Rulebook!
As all stories begin, Prof died. Yes, truck-kun had something to do with that, but also a bird, a cat and some rebar. When he was presented with with the opportunity in the Afterlife Administration Bureau to be transmigrated into a game-like fantasy world, he did something, no one ever did: he read the Rulebook. Follow Prof on his road to be rich without working, touring a whole new world without a care and witness his realisation, that despite having read the Rulebook the folks living with the System for untold millennia know more about the rules. Important notes: 1, I'm not a native speaker, so be prepared for occassional typos, iffy grammar and maybe awkward sentences. The spell check was running, when I wrote the chapters, but it works in strange ways... If you point out mistakes, I will try to correct them 2, Scheduling will be two chapters a week, posted Saturdays before noon (CET). Depending on how much new chapters I can write consistently there will be probably more but as long as I have leftover chapters, the two per week will be posted no matter what. Chapters will be around 1500-2500 words as MS Word counts it. 3, I did not and will not post this novel on another site, if you find it somewhere else, please inform me 4, The Main Character's progression is slow, there will be no Levels, Skills, Abilities, Feats, Perks and Cheat Powers raining down on him 5, I've put Comedy as a genre because of my writing style not because the novel is a comedy per se. On the other hand, Traumatising Content is there because there is a lot of speciesism - those Elves are not nice people. 6, I put a lot of pop-cultural references into the chapters, try to find them! Enjoy!
8 711Don't be Mistaken! I'm not a Reincarnate!
I have someonelse's memories but none of it makes sense. It's like looking through a photo album that doesn't belong to you. But still you can't help but wonder: Who were the memories meant for, if it wasn't supposed to be mine?
