Hey everyone, I just thought I'd take some time to update you all on the story's progress so far. The second book is getting quite long, though I'm almost finished it. Depending on how I want it to end, I've got maybe three or four more chapters to write. Unfortunately, I can't afford to commission any cover art just yet since the guy I usually go to costs a few hundred $$ and I'm not really in a place to be able to do that just yet.

I'm going to be spending the next month or so out of town visiting family, and we'll be doing a lot of outings / travelling around the countryside a lot, so I'm not sure how much time I'll get to work on my writing (I'll be a few thousand KM from home, and I'm not sure if there will be wifi in some of the spots we're going to).

Anyhow, considering that I'm so close to finishing the story, I'm going to set the official release date as February 7th, since that should give me enough time to finish the rough draft, revise and edit it, format it for publication and then give my cover artist enough time to finish a decent cover.

Thank you all for your continued interest in the story, I'm having a lot of fun working on it and that usually means it's representative of my best work. I've already got the third novel mostly outlined as well so I'll be able to get right into writing book three once February comes around. I've also written enough content for my other series (Archaic Ring) to not have to work on it for a couple of months, which means I'll have a lot more time to focus on this series. The AR is my main source of income, so it's been distracting a bit from this series in recent months, though not anymore.

Thank you all for your patience, and I hope you will enjoy Book Two of the Slave's Son Saga, The Timeless Curse, when it comes out in a bit under two months. I'll make a post here so that you guys know the moment that I upload it to amazon.
