《The Undead Dungeon》Chapter 5 - First Battle
Advertisement
When the pack of wolves enters my dungeon 3 screen pop-up in front of me. The first one shows me where the wolves are located, the second one shows me the Graveyard room and the third one shows me my core room. "Mike what are these screen popping up in front me?".
Since enemies have entered the dungeon we are now in battle mode. Those three screens represent the enemy location, enemy possible destination and your dungeon core from left to right respectively. Do you any plan in defeating them?
"I have a plan, I don't know if it's a good plan but a plan nonetheless."
I look at the zombies status for more information in helping me in beating the pack of wolves.
Monster Status Name: Helen Race: Undead (Zombie) Information A dungeon undead created with mana from Adam Undead Dungeon. Skill [Zombie Virus I] [Limit Break] Zombie Virus I Passive Skill Level: MAX A living being that is scratch, bitten or received fluid contact on open wounds will have a small chance of contracting the zombie virus and turn into a zombie. Limit Break Passive Skill Level: MAX As a zombie, Helen doesn't feel pain and fatigue. She is able to overcome humans strength by using 100% of her muscles power and also strain her body to her utmost limit.
"Gather around, here is the plan."It looks like Helen, Butch, and Frank all have the same status. With the Limit Break skill, this will be easier than I thought.
The pack of wolves was looking for shelter and a place to rest when they felt the high concentrated mana area near them. There they found a cave and since it's nighttime they decided to went in. When the pack went through the corridor and arrived at the Graveyard they felt fear but they cannot turn back because at night predator like them can turn into prey in the forest.

When the wolves arrived in the middle of the room they saw a girl. They quickly surround the girl trying to be careful around her. She smells of fear but also death. They began growling at the girl and then starting to claw at her. The girl then fell down and that's when they strike they all charge toward the girl.
But when they got close to the girl she began biting the alpha wolf before suddenly two men burst out from the ground. One man with great speed and strength snap his mate neck while the other held his two wolf cub by the head before slamming them to the ground before the alpha wolf even gets a chance to retaliate the girl ripped his intestines. The last thing he saw was his dead mate and his scared wolf cub.
Absorbed
1 Alpha Wolf: 20 mana
1 Adult Wolf: 15 mana
2 Wolf Cub: 20 mana
Wow, the plan actually worked. I don't know if I should be sad or happy on one hand my action just caused the death of innocent animals on the other Frank just snapped a fricking wolf neck. Helen's acting was phenomenal because of her we caught the wolves unprepared. Let's just be happy since I got all that mana.
"Good job guys, go rest now you deserved it," I told them.
Prerequisites met. Death Hound unlocked (Added to Monster)
"Cool, I'm guessing the prerequisites was either killing a wolf or killing an alpha wolf, either way, I got a new monster."
"Mike, can you tell me how much mana do I have?"
You currently have 71 Mana Adam.
"Thanks, Mike." Time to get to work now that I have enough mana I can start building a new room.
I put the new room where the core room used to be I made the ceiling to be spacious and the ground made out of grass and dirt, then I create a corridor on the right side of the new room and make the corridor turn left and then right before it connect to the core room. All of this took 30 Mana to make and I still need to add monster and decoration to the new room.

I check the Loot category for plants to put in the new room.
Loot
Plants
Apple Trees: 2 Mana
Hazelnut Trees: 2 Mana
Oak Trees: 2 Mana
Blackberry Shrub: 1 Mana
Magnolia:1 Mana
Treasure
Gold Coins: 1 Mana
Gems: 1 Mana
Wow, the fact that apple trees take more mana to make rather than gems was interesting. That's probably because the value of gems is different in the eyes of dungeons and people. I decided to buy everything in the plant category and also buy frogs, birds, insects, and deers for a total of 20 Mana. The trees, flowers, shrubbery, and animals began spawning in the room.
I also purchased a Death Hound for 10 Mana and put it in the new room. The Death Hound looks really menacing it has sharp claws and teeth. It has no fur whatsoever rather it has a thick hide and no nose only the nasal bone. The most interesting thing to me is that he has red eyes.
After finishing purchasing everything I need for the room a screen pop-up in front of me. "That's the perfect name for this room," I said while laughing.

That's a good thing, since you would hate them on sight for selling you to her. All you've know for your whole life is pain. You are usually quickly healed and receive a lot of training and experience as her unofficial apprentice. It's unofficial because she would never pay to have you registered as an actual apprentice. She uses you as her own personal buffet and she indulges herself quite often. You even have the permanent scars to prove it. You have learned many things from her, mostly without her knowing, since you have been helping more and more with her spell work the last few years and her potion making. The only parts you can't do are the magic condensing rituals that her potions require and the mana infusions that a lot of her other creations need. The Kings of Thendor - The Two Kings
To some, it would probably be obvious. To others – not so much. In the land of Thendor, where magic is mysterious, unmentioned, and sometimes even disbelieved; where kings, queens, and stewards rule, the ages-old kingdom of Alldel remains without its king. Heirs come and go and no one can explain why each one chooses to abdicate to the steward. And who are these heirs, anyway? Some say the line of kings is dead, while others whisper of magic. Some, though few they are, will tell you other kingdoms have interfered, keeping the line of kings from rising in the nation of Alldel. But why? Adric, son of Cassian, heir to the throne of Alldel has come of age and must answer the question, whether to assume the throne, or abdicate as his ancestors had done for centuries. Raised as a blacksmith by a family friend, Adric struggles with the decision to take up his place as King of Alldel, and to make matters worse, a neighboring kingdom has confirmed the rumors of the common folk. An impossibly old king with a centuries-old message arrives and changes Adric’s life in ways he could never have imagined. Adric must decide the future, and perhaps even the fate of the great kingdom of Alldel. Unprepared for this turn of events, he enlists the help of allied kingdoms and even the mystical nymphs of the Tulusbian forest. Some say his actions will start a war on the continent of Thendor. Ohers say he is resurrecting a long forgotten one from centuries ago. Abdicate, or become king? To some, it would probably be obvious. To others – not so much.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
