《Mythical Conquest》Fuck it! I'm Rewriting The Story!
Alright, from the title you should all guess what I'm about to say.
It's no secret that I've been unsatisfied with the way this story turned out for the last 3 or so arcs. For me, the story have been going down hill since Grim City arc ended.
It doesn't look like I'm the only one that thinks so because this story isn't as popular as before. I know, I've been keeping check for the last couple months.
In the past a chapter could easily receive 1000 views in a day, two max. But now it takes months to reach the same numbers. I don't know if a lot of people put off the story with the intention to binge it or they just dropped it. But it's a fact that the story is dying.
Because of that, I've been wonder for months now if I should continue or drop it. However, I've invested too much into this story to just drop it. So I asked myself, "Is there a way to revive the story?" And I immediately came to the answer.
There isn't. The story can not be revived. I know because I've read countless stories that started to decline, and tried to make a combat. 99% fail and crash and burn.
First of all, the story is too long and was too popular for it to revive now. You might wonder how that makes sense, but check it.
Popularity isn't always a good thing. Especially for literature. When a story is popular and is hyped up, people go in with high expectations and easily get disappointed by every flaw that find. Some even look for those flaws just to find a reason to dislike it and be different from the masses. I'm sure we've all done it before.

This story is a controversial story from the begin. You either like it or you hate it. There's no in between from what I can see. You can check the reviews to see what I mean.
Now before someone say I can't take criticism, I can. In fact, I'm my biggest critic. What I don't like are people who shit on story and not give any advice on how to make it better. Well, not that I really care as much about those people anymore. I've gotten immune to it.
Anyway, I'm rambling. So let's get to the point.
I'm rewriting the story for several reasons. The main reason is that I've written myself in a corner by continuously adding elements to the story.
I believe my biggest mistake is the fact that I didn't take this story seriously when it first started.
I don't know if any of you remember, I once stated that this story was a throw away story that I posted with the intention of testing to see how the people on this site are and how they react to my style of writing.
To this day, I don't know how the fuck it became so popular. I was like "dafuq?! What's wrong with these people?! Am I that good? My grammar is shit too!"
Strange world, strange world. Anyway, that was the beginning of the end.
I intend to rewrite this story, removing the stuff that I believe pushed me into a corner, and create what I believe to be a better story.
The setting will be the same and along with the characters, however, the events will be different most of the time with some overlap here and there.
First thing first, the whole reincarnation thing.....Yeah, fuck that. It was too hard to juggle really. TBH I didn't even know where I was going with that. I mean I knew, but at the same time didn't.

Second, the large scale mountain country destroying battles, that whole thing that everyone says remind them of DBZ......Yeah, fuck that too.
I mean, do you know how hard it is to top those battles every single time? I don't even know why I even made the battles so grand in the first place?
I must have matured in this year and a half or something. Well, I was only 20 or 21 when I started writing this so that might be the case. To be honest, actions scenes have become a pain in the ass for me in this story.
Another thing, why did I have to make the characters so hard to kill? Because of that, I can't kill them too easily or it just wouldn't fit the setting. I have to literally destroy them over and over before killing them.
........A real pain in the ass.
Well, fuck it. At least I've grown as a writer because of all the story flaws.
Another thing, you see the Class System.....Yeah, fuck it. I mean, it becomes pointless very quickly and just limits the things I can do.
Just like a great man have once said, "Power levels are bullshit!" It just fuck up the power scaling later down.
I'm keeping the proxy system though and center the story around it more often. The world itself won't really change like I said, just the events and the characters in some ways. There's a lot of proxies that I've already planned out but never made use of.
Also, this point in the story is the perfect point to stop, because if I went any further I would reveal some of the main components of the story. Since this arc was really where I had planned out for years in my head along with the characters.
By the way, the characters I showed in the future chapter, yeah I'm glad I didn't introduce them yet.
Well, except Mozart. Spoiler!
Not really, if you reread the chapter and come back to Mozart so far in the story you'll see that one of the characters was obviously him under a different name. I mean his intro was a dead give away. One person even mention it in the comments.
So.....Yeah, I'm going to rewrite the story instead of abandoning it. The thing is, I haven't started as yet. I'm still thinking it through.
Also, it will most like by under a new name since this one was made up the day posted it, so it has no emotional value to me. Also, there's too much negative reviews and comments.
I just wanna start fresh. But don't worry, I keep you guys posted.
Also, you can check my other story in the meantime.
Oh, if you have suggestions I'm all ears.

Oublivant
Oublivants: a category of dungeons characterised by the antithesis of life, necrosis. "Dungons as a whole tend towards the lethal side when it comes to exploring them; however, an oublivant actively seeks out destruction on a grand scale. No greater example of their deep hatred for life exists than the very first discovery of an oublivant. It was a massive dungeon spanning miles in all directions. It continuously expanded along the surface, so fast you could see it, and left nothing but a scorched, withered wasteland in its wake. Wherever the oublivant resides, nothing but the undead exist, as all living life has been eradicated. Why it is, exactly, the oublivant seem so against life so as to break the passive rule dungeons have is unknown. What is known, however, is that they're a threat that, upon discovery, is to be immediately eliminated." - Archomagus Addiom Onero, Court of VascilNote: This is my first story on royal road. It'd be nice if you were nice... nicely.

Defenders of Fantasmyth
DROPPED: this story is unfinished and will likely remain that way. If you are looking for quality work that is still being updated, you're better off checking out my fanfiction. No, really. That wasn't a joke. Jakyra, a young-adult coairse* dragon with an affinity for wordplay and skill in fighting, is a pest to her government the Dragon Crown. This odd relationship leads her to make contact with a long-lost magical, draconic construct of great renown called Ismat, leading up to a string of bizarre, humorous, and troublesome events. Chance brings together the impulsive dragon, her quiet, resolute elven friend Sauda, amiable, honor-seeking dwarf Gunnar, and the construct Ismat. The Omniguards, Defenders of Fantasmyth, are born. *No, that is not a typo.

Wanna Join a Band? (TodoBakuDeku)
Izuku Midoriya was a college student, just trying to get his teaching degree. He had been living in the sam duplex house for a year now and hadn't had any problems with the elderly woman who lived below him. She was a quiet and lovely neighbor. Until she died. Sike, I'm not that terrible guys. She just got put into an assisted living thing. Which meant the bottom floor was up for rent and it didn't take long for Izuku's landlord to find a new tenant, or tenants. Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki were the two guys that moved in below Izuku. They were also in a band. A very loud band. Izuku was close to going crazy with all the noise he now had to live with and the two wouldn't quiet down, even after he asked, multiple times. Eventually, Izuku listens to them practice so much, one of their songs gets stuck in his head. He takes out the trash, not even realizing that he was singing it softly to himself. Until the two boys hear him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Izuku threw the bag into the dumpster on the side of the house, softly singing the lyrics that were now stuck in his head. "Hey, that's our song." A voice said from behind him. Izuku snapped his attention to the two guys sitting on the stairs of his front door. "It's stuck in my head because neither of you seem to have common courtesy to practice somewhere else." Izuku snapped back, not wanting to deal with either of the arrogant males.Shoto seemed unfazed by his attitude. "You've got a nice voice." He mused. Izuku eyed him suspiciously, not trusting his compliment. "Thanks I guess." He muttered. "Wanna join a band?"
