Southern tip of the Silver Continent, a few hours back.

There were three gigantic gates floated in the air. These gates were the three gates to lead to the underworld’s Yomi, Jigoku, and Tartarus.

From these gates were countless residents of the underworld flowing into the mortal world and covering the southern tip.

There were ferocious oni, terrifying dark beings, and nightmare provoking monsters by the thousands. It was as if the Southern Region had turned into hell itself.

“Gahahaha! We’re free!”

“Destroy everything!”

“Eat the residents!”

“Burn everything to the ground!”

Countless monsters started shouting all kinds of terrifying things.

“Attention all of you.”

The monsters heard a voice and all came to a halt. They looked up and saw Julio floating above them.

“Who’s that?”

“Is he the one who summoned us?”

“Such a flimsy demon? Hahahaha!”

“Don’t make me laugh!”

The monsters all looked at Julio with ridicule.

“Hey, let’s eat him.”

One of them said.

“Sounds good to me!”

Countless demons started rushing towards Julio.

“I’ll be the first to take a bite!”

“No, I’ll be the first!”

“No, me!”

“Hahahaha! Eat him up! Eat him up!”

In response to their behavior, Julio stretched his hand out with a cold look in his eyes.

“Insolent.”

A strange symbol then appeared in the palm of his hand, that symbol then appeared behind him.

“?!”

When the residents of hell saw it, they all came to halt.

“The king of death?!”

They all started to bow.

“Our deepest apologies! We deserve to be punished!”

They all said in unison.

“All is forgiven.”

Julio said.

“All hail the son of Nargal!”

A demon shouted.

“All hail the son of Nargal!”

They all shouted in unison.

Nargal was the Mesopotamian god of death, pestilence and plague, and Lord of the Underworld. He was also a god of war and destruction. He is one of the world’s oldest death god and was considered the leader of all the death gods.

Not only that, Nargal was also seen as a great demon who served under Beelzebub as his spy as well as the chief of hell’s secret police.

“As you can see, I’m Nergal’s heir.”

Julio said showing off the insignia in his palm.

“Which means that my words are absolute to all those who resides in the land of death. You all have lost your masters, so I have taken it upon myself to become your new master. Do any of you object?”

“We do not!”

The monsters responded.

Julio smiled when he heard that.

“I heard you all say that you wish to wreck havoc on this land.”

The monsters didn’t response because they didn’t want to say something to anger their new master.

“Alright, I’m giving you all permission.”

“Huh?”

The monsters were all confused by what they heard.

“You see, this continent is currently at war and my opponents are stack with monsters while I’m all alone. So I wish to crush those opponents with everything i have.”

Julio said.

“I’ll allow you all to wreck havoc on one half of the continent while protecting the other half. In other words, I want you all to be my personal army in this. You’ll be fight along side an ally army at the same time. You’re allowed to destroy everything except them. Got it?”

“Yes!”

The monsters replied.

Julio smiled.

“I see. Then let’s burn this continent to the ground!”

“Yeaaaah!”

The monsters roared.

‘Using this will reveal something I really didn’t want to reveal to anyone, but it can’t be helped.’

Julio thought.

‘They want a war so I’ll give it to them. A war that will devour everything in it. Let’s see who survives at the end!’

He pointed in the north.

“March forward and destroy everything in sight! Turn this continent in all new type of hell!”

“OHHHHHHHH!”

With a roar hundreds of thousands of underworld monsters charge towards the north, destroying everything in their path.

Fires of hell engulfed the continent, darkness covered the sky, and murder became a regular occurrence. In only a few hours, the continent truly turned into hell itself.

Present time.

Miko watched as the sky was completely overcast and a thick bloodlust covered the land.

“Hm? What’s happening?”

Nero and others noticed the change as well and all looked at each other in confusion.

“Roar!”

They looked to the south and say a gigantic rotting dragon flying towards them. Behind it was a sea of demons and residents of hell.

“Woah!”

Lennox flew out of the canyon and shouted in surprise when he saw the newcomers.

“Oni and other residents of hell? Did someone open the gates to hell?”

Rouge said while looking at the rotting dragon.

“Jigoku, Yomi, and Tartarus.”

Miko spoke so that everyone can hear him.

“Those three underworlds have been forced opened in the Southern Region.”

“Oh? I didn’t know that Julio could do that?”

Lennox said after hearing what Miko said.

“I must’ve pissed him off more than I thought.”

“Julio? As in Julio Zebul? So that’s the identity of the third party.”

Alec said after hearing Lennox called Julio’s name.

“Zebul? The Zebul Empire huh?”

“That brat Zara’s men still has a hack for causing trouble I see.”

Said Rouge.

“This war just got a whole lot interesting.”

Nero said.

“I agree.”

Lennox said with a grin.

While they were talking there were already surrounded by countless hells residents.

“If I remember correctly, the underworld should have an infinite amount of warriors. So doesn’t that mean that there will be no end to the number of enemies we’ll fight?”

“Not only that, the underworld has some really powerful warriors too. Couple that with the armies of the Southern and Western regions, we’re facing serious chances of destruction.”

“Fine by me. That just means that we get to go all out from beginning to the end.”

Said Nero.

“Hahahaha! You just read my mind, Boss.”

Said Lennox.

“The Seven Moon Alliance will now engage in a three way war with all the other regions! In other words everyone is your enemy!”

Lennox voice reached the troops of the Eastern Region who were already engaging in battle with the residents of hell.

“Everyone, fight to the end and show the world that you were all brave warriors!”

His voice caused a strange effect to appear in the troops of the Eastern Region. They all felt they were thrice as strong and was incapable of getting tired as they desperately fought off their enemies.

This was one of the traits of Lennox Irregularity Hero’s Privilege, the ability to boost your allies morale and strength to new levels with just words of encouragement. It was the greatest form of charisma.

“Now then, let’s go boss!”

He charged towards Nero.

“Not even hell freezing over can stop this fight!”

“Reckless brat!”

Nero laughed and ordered his battle avatar to attack. It swung down its four swords and cut through the everything in front of it.

*BOOOM!*

Countless monsters were hit with flames and immediately turned to ash.

“I’m not going to fall that easy!”

Lennox burst out of the flames with a crazy look in his eyes.

“Tyrannical Fist!”

*BOOOM!*

He punched one of the avatar’s swords and shattered it before boring right through it.

“Let’s go!”

He charged towards Nero swinging another fist.

“Come brat!”

Nero charged forward swinging his fist as well.

*BOOOM!*

The two’s clashed and caused shockwaves to spread out and flattened the land.

Nero then hit Lennox with an uppercut and sent him flying into the sky filled with monsters.

“Fuck off!”

*BOOOM!*

His five Qi erupted and blew everything around him to bits. Even so more monsters pounced on him.

“Human, become our dinner!”

“Don’t look down on Humans!”

He covered his fist in silver light.

“Purifying strike!”

*BOOOM!*

His attack destroyed countless more monsters. Even so, they kept coming back.

“Move!”

Nero charged in and started destroying monsters with kicks and punches while advancing towards Lennox.

“Roar!”

The rotting dragon charged towards him with a roar.

Rouge immediately blocked its path and thrust his palm forward.

*BOOOM!*

The dragon exploded and rotten flesh fell to the land.

“Go back to hell!”

He turned around attacked the countless monsters coming towards the capital.

*BOOOM!*

Countless explosions erupted in the sky as monsters were destroyed by the thousands.

“Canon fodders, be gone!”

Lennox Qi erupted once again and destroyed everything around him.

*BOOOM!*

A powerful beam of light flew up into the sky and destroyed countless monsters before exploding.

Kirin appeared with Shiva’s bow Vijaya in his hand.

“Vile creatures, be gone.”

*BOOOM!*

It was as if he had fired a sun when he released another arrow destroying everything in sight.

“What the hell am I witnessing right now?”

Jin said as he looked up in the sky.

“It’s like the world is ending.”

“You can say that it practically is.”

Miko appeared in front of him and rest of his team.

“Right now, we’re risking destruction like never before. The only way to survive is to fight.”

He said.

“While I’m unable to fully understand the feeling of trust that I once had for all of you, I can say without a doubt that I believed you all to be essential to this country’s survival. And I still believe that is the case otherwise I wouldn’t have told you to fight.”

He spoke with monotone.

“Fight if you wish to survive, that’s basic logic. If you’re unable to do that, then give me back my weapons so that I can use them myself.”

He stretched his hands out and said.

“No way. You really think I’m giving back something so sweet?”

Said Ashur as he embraced his axe.

“That’s right. We’re going to fight. Don’t look down on us.”

Said Ace.

“Ace, you’re legs are shaking.”

Hina pointed out.

“I-I’m just overly excited that’s all.”

Ace responded.

“Miko, I’ll fight.”

Kaido stepped out and said.

“I’ll fight to protect Hana and Nana, but also to protect you.”

He placed his fist on Miko’s chest.

“I refused to let you die the emotionless person you are now. I want to see you turn back to your old self.”

He looked back at everyone.

“We all do.”

Everyone nodded.

“So until then, we’ll keep you alive, and be sure to stay alive as well.”

Said Bloom.

“Mikky is a fragile boy after all.”

Said Hina.

“We can’t afford to leave you alone, or you’ll just die in a ditch somewhere. That isn’t how I want the man I pledge my life to, to meet his end.”

Said Luka.

“Isn’t that great, Miko?”

Sora wrapped his arms around his shoulders.

“You have so many people willing to fight to make you happy. Doesn’t that move your heart?”

“Not in the least. Everyone is naturally moved by self interest, even if that self interest is beneficial to someone other than themselves. It’s nothing new or surprising.”

Miko replied.

Everyone sighed when they heard that.

“I apologize on my son’s behalf. He’s all been a bit insensitive.”

Said Sasha.

“That’s alright. Whether he’s insensitive or not, we still love big brother.”

Said Tessa.

“That’s is good and everything, but I’ve seem to lost the strength to move my feet. Can someone please carry me?”

Said Ace.

Everyone started laughing.

“Well, lets go.”

They all walked past Miko and face the hell in front of them.

“To protect this country, and more importantly return the smile on Miko’s face!”

“Yeah!”

They all charged forward and leaped into hell itself. All to fight for their king.

Miko turned around and looked at them as they all raced into battle.

“You have so many people willing to fight for you. I know that doesn’t move you in anyway, but it’s a beautiful thing.”

Momo who stayed back with Kirika and Alec said to him.

“Beautiful huh?”

Miko said.

He said looked at her.

“You know, if any of them were to say they didn’t wish to fight I would’ve immediately killed them and retaken my weapon. I don’t have any need for anyone without value.”

Miko said.

“So now that they’ve chosen to fight for you, you won’t kill them anymore?”

Miko nodded.

“Even without your emotions, your selfishness remains.”

Momo said with a sigh.

She walked up and placed her hand on his shoulder.

“Even so, I still love you.”

After saying that, she walked towards the battle with Kirika and Alec behind her. Miko watched their backs as they prepared to fight.

“Love, huh?”

He turned his back to them.

“What a worthless emotion.”
