Kaido and Jin looked at Miko with weird looks.

They both thought that it was necessary to take down Miko if their individual wishes were to come true. However, they didn't expect him to approach them both at the same time.

He even did it openly without any intent of a sneak attack.

The two once again questioned if this guy was right in the head.

“Hey, what’s wrong? Aren’t we gonna fight?”

Miko asked with a tone that was similar to a child asking to play.

This odd atmosphere caused by Miko, allowed Kaido’s wound to heal. His regenerative ability was far superior to most.

Jin noticed this, but didn’t seem to care that much.

“Long time no see, Miko.”

Jin said with a bright smile.

“Yeah, it’s been 6 months but you’ve changed quite a bit. If your scent wasn’t the same I wouldn’t have known that it was you.”

Miko replied with a bright smile as well.

He then looked at Kaido.

“You’ve also changed as well Kaido. It’s like you’re no longer holding back.”

“…….”

Kaido didn’t respond but Miko didn’t seem to care.

He only came here for two things.

To hit and get hit. In other words, to experience a good fight.

“Alright. How about we start killing each other?”

He said innocently.

“Hahahaha! Sure! I have no problem, but a question first.”

Miko gestured him to go ahead.

“What are you fighting for?”

Miko tilted his head in confusion. Seeing that, Jin continued.

“I’m fighting for revenge and to put an end to everything. It might not be honorable but I believe that my actions are understandable after everything I’ve went through.”

He pointed at Kaido.

“While he’s fighting to reclaim a love one, which is far more honorable.”

Jin put on a serious expression.

“So I’m asking what are you fighting for? Why are you so eager to go to war?”

“………”

Hearing Jin’s question, Miko stayed quiet for a while like he was in deep thought.

And then-

“Do I really need a reason to fight?”

“What?”

Miko’s answer shocked both Jin and Kaido.

Miko continued.

“I mean morals and beliefs are all worthless in a fight. So I don’t search for one just to have an excuse to fight.”

He smiled fearlessly.

“If I want to burn the world to ground out of whim then I’m gonna do it. After all, don’t we all fight for selfish reasons. What does it matter if mine is considered legit or reasonable. Either way I’m still going to slaughter and dye myself in blood.”

“…..I see.”

Jin said after hearing Miko’s reply.

“I thought that I was the only crazy one, but it looks like crazy attracts more crazy.”

Kaido didn’t say anything and took out a glaive.

Miko drew Ishma and Regis in their sword forms and took a stance.

Seeing that Jin created arsenal of weapons out of light behind him.

“Okay, no more talk! Let’s fight until we’re all dead!”

Jin shouted excitedly.

The three charge at each other simultaneously and swung their respective weapons.

*BOOM!*

Their clash at full strength resulted in a powerful shockwave sweeping through the area and blowing everything away.

When the dust cleared all three of them were frozen in place.

Miko’s swords were locked with Kaido’s glaive and Jin’s arsenal of weapons. Kaido used his fist to stop Jin weapons from striking him.

The three couldnt advance an inch further. This proved that all of three of them were evenly matched.

When this fact appeared before them they all showed hints of surprise. But for Miko, this only made his blood boil with excitement.

“Hah!”

He released all of Qi to maximum capacity and pushed back both Jin and Kaido.

A crazed expression appeared on his face as Ishma and Regis started lighting up.

“Let’s go!”

He shot forward and swung his swords down on Kaido’s glaive.

*BOOM!*

Kaido found himself being blown away by the incredibly heavy attack.

Jin appeared behind him and attack him with countless light weapons.

A terrifying light flashed in Miko’s eyes as he spun around and swung his swords.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

Miko’s swords turned into green and blue blurs as his hands moved at a blinding speed, knocking away Jin’s weapons.

He suddenly spun around and used his foot to block one of Kaido’s punches.

*Crack!*

With a cracking sound blood sprayed from Miko’s leg.

Kaido grabbed Miko’s leg and slammed him onto the ground, he followed up with punching him in chest.

*BOOM!*

The ground under Miko burst open as Kaido’s fist shattered his chest plate.

The punch caused Miko’s eyes to roll to the back of his head.

Kaido lifted his fist to finish the job, but a spear of light stabbed into his back. Kaido reflexes were sharp. He was able to shatter the spear with his hand before it could stab too deep.

He turned around and saw a palm appear before his face.

*BOOM!*

Jin hit Kaido with a fist strengthen by gravitational force which almost blew his head off clean.

Kaido was sent crashing through several buildings before stopping.

Jin looked down, ready to attack Miko but to his surprise Miko wasnt on the ground like he was supposed to be.

*BOOM!*

“Guh?!”

Jin suddenly felt a powerful blow to his stomach, but when he looked down he didn’t see anyone which confused him. .

*BOOM!*

He was this time hit under the chin which rocked his brain.

*BOOM!*

Jin suddenly found himself trapped in a maze of invisible attacks.

“This must be an assassination move!”

Jin said.

“If that’s the case….”

Jin’s body was suddenly covered by a thin layer of golden raw mana.

“Makoto Tactics: Auto-Counter!”

*BOOM!*

He was once again hit by an invisible attack, however-

*BOOM!*

His fist came in contact with something which he couldn’t see or sense.

Of course this was Miko who was using Stealth-Camouflage.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!*

Jin was hit again, but once again Miko was also hit immediately after.

This was Auto-Counter. It was a technique that used raw mana to create a thin layer around the user. This thin layer was connected to the user’s five senses, which means that anything that came in contact with it would be immediately sensed through the user’s sense. This gave Jin the ability to detect and hit Miko.

However, this required him getting hit. Which means that he had to take damage to deal damage.

A double edged sword.

*BOOM!*

As if he got irritated Miko started to attack Jin even more aggressively than before.

He ignored the counters that he was receiving and started to attack Jin.

Jin naturally replied in kind and attacked Miko as well.

The two started to punch, kick, and even slap each other at an incredible speed.

Without they even realizing, Miko undid his Invisibility and was fighting Jin in the open.

Miko uppercut Jin. Jin replied with a kick to Miko’s temple.

Miko kicked Jin under his chin, but Jin punched him in the chest.

The two then simultaneously headbutt each other causing their heads to spurt blood.

They glared at each other as they drew their fists back to slug each other.

*BOOM!*

However a powerful axe kick from above forced them to step back.

It was Kaido.

He spun on his hands and delivered a spinning kick to both of their faces.

He then sent Jin flying with an uppercut and clothesline Miko in the neck.

The two were forced back but quickly charged at Kaido from both sides and threw a punch each.

*BOOM!*

Kaido blocked both punches with his arms, but the force from them caused his organs to be damaged as blood leaked from his mouth.

He grabbed both Miko and Jin and slammed their heads together.

Miko elbowed him in the abdominal, and Jin slammed his palm on his chest forcing Kaido to let go.

Miko took that chance to resummon both Ishma and Regis in his hands and slashed Kaido with them.

Blood sprayed from the long cuts that appeared on Kaido’s chest.

Jin took the moment he was backing off to thrust a light sword into his stomach.

“Ugh?!”

The light burned his insides which caused him unimaginable pain.

Kaido’s red eyes started glowing and a heavy pressure came down on Jin and Miko, which made them sluggish.

Wild black aura twisted around Kaido’s palms as he slammed them on both Kaido and Jin.

*BOOM!*

The two had their skeletons rattle and their organs crushed under Kaido’s palms.

“G-Great Dragon Fist!”

Miko’s eyes turned gold as the image of Gallu appeared behind him.

*BOOM!*

He punched Kaido square in the face and caused his whole face to turn bloody.

Miko then took a step towards Jin as the the image of Gallu reappeared behind him.

*BOOM!*

He slammed his fist on Jin’s chest causing it to cave in.

He then moved to finish the job, but a beam of light shot through his stomach and halt his movements.

Kaido recalled his glaive and swung it down and cut Miko from his shoulder down to his hip.

Miko’s blood sprayed into air nonstop as he fell over.

Kaido and Jin then turned on each other and pierced each other with their respective weapons.

Their weapons fell as the two collapsed.

The area was silent as all three fighters laid in a pool of blood.

This silence remained for close to a hour, before one of them got up.

It was Miko.

He then saw Jin, whose wounds literally burnt away, got to his feet as well.

Kaido explosively sprung to his feet and stared at the other two.

“...Looks like we’re all freaks.”

Miko said with a smile.

“What, it just makes things more interesting.”

Jin was also all smiles.

“….I guess cockroaches are really hard to kill.”

Said Kaido.

The other two laughed since they didn’t mind being called cockroaches. Besides Kaido’s words meant that he was a cockroach as well.

The three once again took fighting stances.

“Looks like this is gonna take a while.”

As Miko said that all three of them restarted their battle.

They all had freakish healing abilities and almost endless stamina, so this battle was nowhere near finish.

This was just the second round.
