“Take my life?”

Miko sneered as he looked at Carter from head to toe as if sizing him up.

“Tell me, Human. What qualifications do you possess that makes you believe that you can take my life?”

Miko spoke with an indifferent but Demonic tone.

Even his speech patterns were that of a demon, and in Carter’s eyes Miko had long since stopped being human.

“Qualifications doesn't matter. You're a great threat to the people of this city and must be eliminated.”

Said Carter.

“Hahahaha! Such hypocrisy is truly amusing.”

“Hypocrisy? What I speak is the truth.”

Carter said with an annoyed expression.

“No. I can tell. Your words just now just was a farce.”

Miko pointed his claw at Carter.

“Your true reason for seeking my death lays elsewhere.”

Miko smirked.

“I sense a great amount of hatred boiling inside of you. Is that hatred directed at me? Or perhaps someone else?”

He spoke with a mocking tone.

“Let me guess? I killed your lover? Or was it your friend of countless years? Or was it your relative?”

Carter’s face twitched when he heard that.

“So it was a relative.”

Miko started laughing when he saw Carter's reaction.

“She was more than a relative. She was the only reason for my existence.”

“Oh? Now I'm really curious to know who that person was. Because you know, I've killed my fair share of people since I came here. Come on, tell me a name.”

Miko spoke with a provoking tone.

However, Carter shook his head and didn't get drawn into his taunts.

“Like you said, you've killed far too much since you came here. So I doubt you'd remember someone like her.”

Saying so Carter took out something that he was hiding behind him.

It was a jet black briefcase with the Roman numeral “I” on it along with a picture of a bull. The briefcase was wrapped with thick chains as if trying to keep something contained inside.

Miko noticed this briefcase and got a bad vibe from it, but didn't let it show on his face.

Instead he looked like he was disappointed to hear Carter refuse to name the person he killed.

“How unfortunate. If you had me told I could feign recollection and taunt you further to let your guard down. When that happened I would've swiftly taken your head.”

“I know. But unfortunately your not the type of opponent I can afford to behave reckless around.”

*Clang!*

The moment he said that the chains around the briefcase released and fell to the ground.

“Is that so? How unfortunate.”

A dangerous glint appeared in Miko's eyes as he stared at the briefcase.

Carter noticed his gaze and smiled.

“It seems that you're interested in what I'm holding.”

His smiled grew crueler.

“If you wanna see so much then look!”

*Boom!*

With an explosive sound the briefcase burst open and a black liquid flowed out.

The black liquid immediately devoured Carter's body and wrapped itself tightly around him.

“Ahhhh!”

Carter released an agonizing scream. The scream quickly turned into a beast’s howl as it echoed throughout the area.

Miko watched all of this with curious eyes.

He felt something odd coming from the briefcase, but he never thought that this was what was inside.

The black liquid that was wrapping itself around Carter suddenly stopped rampaging about and came to a stop.

The black liquid then moved away from Carter's head and revealed his face.

Miko watched as the liquid turned into a skin-tight leather suit with yellow strips and a bull’s head on the chest.

“Is that your super suit or something?”

Miko said with a laugh.

‘I know.’

Miko stopped smiling and observed the suit carefully.

‘That suit is bad news.’

“Hahahahah!”

Carter suddenly burst out laughing.

“Amazing! Truly amazing! So this is the legendary power of a Zodiac Parasite Suit!”

He clenched his fists with an excited expression.

“It was really worth going behind Sebas back to steal it!”

He then looked at Miko with a bloodthirsty expression.

“With this I can kill you!”

*Boom!*

He kicked off the ground and popped up in front of Miko.

He threw a punch aiming at Miko's head. Miko moved his head to the side punched downwards.

*Boom!*

His fist hit Carter square in the face and made his body slammed onto the ground.

Normally if someone received a punch from the current Miko at such a close distance, they would easily had their head smashed in.

However as if he was a freak of nature, Carter sprung to his feet as if it was nothing.

He immediately threw a barrage of punches at Miko.

Miko quickly leaped back.

“Hm?”

However he noticed that their were fresh cuts on his face and body.

“His punch was so sharp and powerful that even after dodging them the force they gave off caused my skin to cut open?”

Miko asked with astonishment.

Carter charged at him again but this time he was twice as fast.

Miko deliberately chose not to dodge and lifted his arms in front of him to block it.

*Boom!*

“Ugh?!”

The result was him being blown away with his arms feeling like they were smashed by an hammer.

“That was super heavy!”

Miko said after stabilizing himself.

And then savage grin appeared on his face.

“A slug fest with this guy could be fun!”

Saying so he watched Carter approach him and shot forward as well.

They thrust their fists at the same time.

*Boom!*

A blast resulted from the collision of their fists which caused the already flatten area to crack open.

Miko jumped back and charged forward and released a barrages of punches.

Carter stood his ground and returned each punch with his own.

Explosions echoed through out the area as the fists collided on each other.

*Boom!*

Carter ducked under a punch and hit Miko with a jumping knee strike.

Miko staggered back and Carter chased after him with murderous look in his eyes.

His fists suddenly doubled in size and was surrounded by a white light.

At the sametime black and white Qi gathered around Miko's fist.

“Die!”

“Fuckoff Fist!”

*Boom!*

Miko was hit in the face while Carter was hit on the side of the head.

The two was sent flying in two different directions.

That's when Miko twisted his body and kicked off the air like a rocket.

Carter wasn't as skilled and could only swung his fist wildly at Miko.

Surprisingly, Miko blocked Carter's fist with his hand. He had sacrificed his hand to get a good grip on Carter.

Miko grinned savagely as he dragged Carter towards him and slammed his fist in his face.

*Boom!*

Carter’s head hung lifelessly for a minute, before he came back spirited.

Carter headbutt Miko and kicked him on the side of the head.

This kick was extremely heavy and made Miko's entire body bend unnaturally to the side.

Carter didn't let up and followed up with a powerful uppercut.

*Boom!*

Miko was hit several hundred feet into the air.

At this point Miko's vision had already darken.

It was when his body started to fall towards the ground that he came to.

“What the hell is up with that suit?!”

Miko shouted.

He had long speculated that the only reason this fight was still ongoing was because of the strange suit that came from inside the chained suitcase.

“I should've killed that bastard at least 20 times already but the suit somehow saved him each time.”

While thinking this Miko fell onto the earth with a boom.

He body was temporarily frozen up because of the uppercut that rattled his brain.

“Well, shit.”

Miko looked up and saw Carter falling towards him while swung his gigantic fist.

*Boom!*

The fist forced Miko several dozen meters into the ground and crushed him.

“Hm?”

Carter who had a satisfied expression suddenly froze in place when he saw crimson light illuminating through the cracks in the earth.

*Boom!*

Carter was suddenly blown back by an incredible force.

His fist suddenly exploded but no blood sprayed about. His fist instead quickly reconstructed itself.

“Oh? So the suit also make your injuries as if it never happened.”

Miko said as he lifted himself from out of the ground.

His entire body was soaked in blood but there was no panic on his face, only excitement.

“I wonder to what extent can it keep you alive?”

Miko's smile grew more savage by the second.

*Boom!*

He kicked off the ground and stomped into Carter's chest.

“Ugh?!”

Carter forcibly swallowed a mouthful of blood and pushed Miko off him.

He then sprung to his feet and slammed his feet in Miko's face.

*Boom!*

Miko's head was blown back and blood flew in the air.

“?!”

However, he slowly brought his head back into its normal position and smiled at Carter.

*Boom!*

He uppercut him and then slammed his leg in his side.

Carter felt his bones shatter and organs shift under Miko's powerful kick.

The pain soon started to fade away like normal, but this time it was obviously slower.

“Looks like you're reaching your limit.”

Miko appeared in front of him and said.

“Shut up!”

Carter threw another punch, but it was too slow and was easily avoided by Miko.

“Getting sluggish already?”

*Boom!*

“Blergh?!”

Miko punched him in the stomach and made him threw up.

“Let's test how much punches it takes for you to drop dead!”

*Boom!*

Miko punched Carter in the face.

*Boom!*

He then punched him in the temple.

*Boom!*

He then punched him in the chest and then the stomach.

Miko took his time to shower Carter's body with heavy blows.

Carter body staggered as he tried to throw a punch.

*Boom!*

However Miko punched him in face before he could.

Just as he was about to fall over, Miko saw the suit move a little bit and Carter forcibly held his ground.

“What a cruel suit. It won't stop until its user is dead.”

Saying so Miko stepped forward and uppercut Carter.

His body flew back and crashed onto the ground.

“Ugh… I'm going to kill you…”

Carter forcibly rose his upper body and mumbled with his mouth overflowing with blood.

His eyes had lost all focus and his body was trembling as he got to his feet like a zombie.

“Looks like your hatred for me is the real deal. I don't know who I killed for you but I'm starting to wish to see them and determine if they're worth this pain and humiliation.”

Miko said.

He watched as Carter literally dragged himself towards him.

Even though his body was long broken his eyes still showed life.

“I can no longer tell if it's the suit that's keeping you moving or your will.”

Miko said as he slowly approached him.

He stood in front of Carter and watched as he struggled to lift his fists up.

“Carter was it? You fought really hard, but in the end this is your limit.”

*Boom!*

He merciless slammed his leg into Carter's torso and caused his body to be blown back.

Carter bounced on the ground and rolled a little bit before coming to a halt.

“He's still alive? That suit really is something. Zodiac Parasite Suit was it?”

Miko said as he walked up to Carter.

He saw that the suit was slowly dissolving back into a black liquid.

He moved to grab it but before he could he receive a message.

It was only because his anger has finally subdued and he was able to compose himself again that Miko actually listened to the message.

“Oh? That sounds like quite the plan, Edward.”

Miko smiled evilly.

“Fine. Let's put an end to this war.”
