Zetsu fired his guns at Miko.

Miko suddenly disappeared. No, he was moving so fast that it looked like he disappeared.

Miko dodged the bullets as if dancing.

The bullets he dodged, destroyed the wall behind him and revealed the night sky.

“That was the last wall!”

Blanche exclaimed.

Zetsu continued firing his guns and ignored him.

“Reiji!”

“Roger!”

At Bloom’s called, Reiji walked beside Zetsu and aimed his guns and fired.

The fire pillars raced towards Miko. But, he ignored it and continued to dodged the bullets.

“I like I said. I'm done defending.”

Miko stopped, and faced the bullets and fire pillars head on.

He took a deep breath, activated his Demonic Qi, lifted his leg, and thrust it forward at an astonishing speed.

Miko repeatedly thrust his leg forward and kicked the air.

His leg was moving so fast that it looked like there were several legs dancing in the air.

“You gotta be kidding!”

“He destroyed not only my bullets, but also Reiji's fire!”

Reiji and Zetsu respectively expressed their surprise.

Miko suddenly disappeared again, and popped up between Zetsu and Reiji.

“!”

Before they could even react, he uppercut both of them up in the air.

He then grabbed Chrome and throw her into the air as well. It all happened so quickly that she couldn't defend herself.

Nico in his lightning form, came charging at Miko and punched him in the face.

The punch forced Miko's head to turn.

“Not bad.”

Miko quickly punched him back in his face. And, the brawl began.

Nico uppercut him.

Miko elbowed him.

Nico punched him in the gut.

Miko did the same.

Miko headbutt him.

Nico groaned and took a few steps back.

Miko took the chance and kicked him in the stomach, and sent him flying.

Miko then turned around, and saw that Zetsu and others were about to touch the ground.

He jumped and like he was kicking a soccer ball, kicked Zetsu in the side, and he slammed into Reiji and Chrome.

They all rolled on the floor and groaned in pain.

Miko didn't stop. He jumped across the room and stomped Zetsu in the chest.

He then lifted Reiji by his leg and threw him at Nico, who was struggling to stand.

Reiji slammed into Nico and they both hit the floor.

Miko then looked at Chrome and started to walk over to her, when-

“Ugh?!”

Miko suddenly found himself pinned to ground, and was unable to move.

It felt like someone had dropped a building on top of him.

Miko quickly fell to his knees, and then was face-planted on the floor.

He could hear the sounds of the floor breaking, along with his bones.

"I think that you've had a bit too much fun.”

It took all his strength just to turn his head and see who the angelic voice belong.

“….And here I thought you were the only noncombatant of the group. To think that you were the strongest.”

It was Bloom.

“I don't normally take part in fights, unless it's necessary.”

She said.

“….Is that so? Isn't it unfair to be so beautiful and so powerful at the same time?”

“That goes for you too. You're able to speak even while being crushed by 20 tons of gravitational force.”

“….So, your power is to control gravity? Talk about overpowered. Well today is my first time fighting against your kind.”

“My kind?”

“Don't play dumb. Sure, there are a lot of people who can use fire, lightning, sound, magnetism, and gravity as their weapons. But, not in the way you guys do. The way you use your powers are strange and flexible. Normal magic users can't use element with perfect control, no matter how much they tried.”

Miko smiled when he saw that everyone that he had beaten, were beginning to stand up.

It was like, he was pleased to see how tough they were.

“….Which means you're definitely not a normal human, but I doubt you're all Proxies either. Which only mean you're Infecteds.”

“….Thats some amazing deduction.”

“I'm quite familiar with someone like you…”

Miko used all of his strength to lift his body off the floor, but he was still on his knees.

“Now that, I'm done buying time…”

Miko slowly lift his right arm.

“Time to resume the fight!”

Miko punch the floor, causing the entire room to shake.

“What are you doing?!”

Bloom exclaimed.

She noticed that floor under Miko cracked and began to sink.

“Shit!”

She tried to deactivate her power, but it was too late.

The floor under Miko collapsed, and he fell through the giant hole. Bloom quickly ran to the hole and searched for him, but the only thing she found were debris of metal.

“He used my power against me.”

Bloom used her power to pin Miko to the ground, with just enough force to crack the ground. When Miko punched the floor, he added additional force, which cause to floor collapse. Thus, allowing him to escape.

“Do you think he ran away?”

Chrome walked up to Bloom and spoke to her.

“No….I don't think he's the type to running away from a fight. He's up something, stay alert!”

As if to agree with Bloom, the floor suddenly exploded, and a giant hole was created.

The floor exploded a few more times, causing Bloom and the others jump around as if they were walking in a mine field.

"What the hell is going on?!”

Chrome screamed as she jump a bout.

“Oi, Blanche do you have some Tridents or something in that room?!”

“No! It's just a normal storage room! There's no weapons in there!”

Nico held Blanche as he tried to dodge the exploding floor.

“Then what?! Is he just punching the ceiling while down there?!”

Zetsu was using his power to stick to a piece of wall, but he still faced the danger of getting caught up in an explosion.

“Don't be an idiot, that's my job! The floor is made up of anti-magic material and was harden with magic stones! How can he destroy it with punches?!”

“I like how you've owned up to your role, but I think Zetsu is right, Reiji!”

Both Reiji and Bloom used their abilities to fly around. Even so, they still weren't safe.

“He was able to counter both Zetsu's and your attacks with kicks! I think he might be able to destroy the reinforced floor with punches! He's incredibly strong, even for a Proxy!”

They didn't know the existence of the power known as Qigong so Miko's feats were abnormal to them.

They watched as the the floor cave-in and fell down to the lower floor. The attacks stopped when the floor was destroyed

Bloom and others slowly went down to the storage room. Bloom used her powers to prevent those who couldn't fly on their own, from falling. They landed in the room and started to look around. And then-

“Yo.”

Miko popped up out of nowhere beside Nico.

Before he could react, he swept Nico off his feet with a kick. He then used his foot and toss him into the air.

He saw that the others were going to attack him, and did a handstand. He put all of his strength in his palms, and pushed himself off the floor with so much force that it was like a rocket taking off.

Miko then made his body spin in the air, like a corkscrew.

Miko kicked the falling Nico in the back, while spinning at great speed.

“Let's take this outside.”

The force slammed Nico in the ceiling.

“Out you go!”

Miko kicked Nico through the ceiling, and the both of them launched out of the building; and into the night.

Miko landed on the roof while Nico’s unconscious body floated in the air before falling on the roof.

Miko looked up at the stars.

“Nice weather. Perfect for sleeping outdoors, don't you think?”

“Yeah, how about we put you sleep, so that you can enjoy it? Forever that is.”

Said Zetsu. He and Reiji followed miko to the roof.

“Hmm, eternal sleep doesn't sound too bad.”

Miko smiled when he saw their angry faces.

“But unfortunately, you aren't capable of that.”

“Let's see about that!”

Both Zetsu and Reiji shouted at the same time, and charge at Miko.

While Zetsu and Nico were fighting Miko on the roof, Bloom and Chrome were in the room with Blanche.

They couldn't see the whole fight, only glimpses from the hole Miko created.

Miko kicked Zetsu in the gut and kneed Reiji, who was flying towards him.

“Bloom, shouldn't we go and help them? From what I can see, they're barely keeping up with him.”

Reiji held Miko in the air, and continuously punched him in the face.

“….Chrome.”

“Yes.”

Miko kicked Reiji in the face, and Zetsu hit him with a giant piece of metal.

“I consider you as my best friend, you know that right?”

“….Yes. And, I feel the same way.”

Chrome wondered why Bloom was asking her a question like that, at a time like this.

Above her. Zetsu, who seemed to have created a sword with pieces of metal, was slashing at Miko. Miko back flipped to avoid it.

“That's why I don't want to see you get hurt anymore than you've already have.”

“What are you getting at, Bloom?”

The room suddenly lit up. Reiji was using his fire to burn Miko.

“Nico’s already out of commission. If this continues on, one of us will die. I want to end this fight before that.”

“Then let's go and take him out now. Look! He has Reiji in a choker hold, while blocking Zetsu's sword with his claws! That's not normal!”

“Exactly. Chrome, I can't fight him unless I go all out.”

“…..I see. And if you go all out, you'll destroy the entire district and end up killing thousands.”

“Exactly….”

They watched as Miko clashed Zetsu in swordsmanship, using a steel pipe. He fend off Zetsu’s strike and performed a quick spin and kicked reiji, who was trying to attack him from behind.

“Then let us take him down!”

“That's impossible.”

“Wha?! Impossible?! Bloom, are you saying that we’re too weak?!”

Chrome stared at Megumi angrily. Seeing that, Bloom sighed and continued.

"Calm down, Chrome. I'm not saying that. It's just that, he's a bad match for you guys.”

“…What do you mean?”

Realizing that Chrome was calming down, Bloom looked through the hole in the ceiling.

She could see that the fight was still ongoing.

She saw Miko getting kicked in the face by Zetsu, while he was repeatedly kneeing Reiji in gut.

“…That guy, Miko is experienced in fighting in a disadvantageous situation.”

"Eh?"

“Think about the way he fights. No matter how big of a disadvantage he has, he always find a way to turn it around with a single action. That's something that only someone with a lot of battle experience can do.”

She turned and face Chrome.

“It's not about strength. He's just too dangerous for you to fight.”

Chrome sighed when she saw Bloom worried expression.

“…I understand. I won't fight him, but I'll make him repay me my 200 gold in the future.”

Bloom had a big smile on her face when she heard that. It was so beautiful, that it made Chrome blush little.

“….But, Bloom. How are we going stop him, if we can't fight him?”

“I think I can convince him to stop, while he's in a good mood.”

“Good mood?”

Chrome looked up and saw Miko stomping on Zetsu, while holding a limped Reiji by his collar, and slapping him repeatedly.

“….You think he's in a good mood?”

“He's smiling isn't he?”

“No,no,no,no. That's not a ‘I'm so happy’ smile, that's a ‘How’s this? You like that, you filthy animal?’ smile!”

“I guess you're right about that. He might just be more sadistic than Zetsu….Woah! I just imagine what would happen if those two became friends.”

Bloom's body trembled, when a chill went down her spine.

“Bloom, take this seriously….”

“My, I'm quite serious, you know. Chrome, what color are Miko's eye when he first came in here?”

“Eh?.....I think they were blue? What does that have to do with anything?”

“Everything.”

Chrome couldn't figure out what Bloom meant. She continued.

“When Miko first came in here, his mood was carefree. But, after being continuously attacked by Reiji and Nico, he became angry; or more specifically, bloodthirsty. At that time, I realized that not only his aura had changed, but also his eyes.”

Bloom recalled Miko's violent purple eyes.

"Miko's eyes turned purple when agitated which was a rumored trait of Nero and Nova…Hey, Chrome. What is the color of Miko's eyes now?”

Chrome looked up.

Zetsu had freed himself from Miko's stomping, and was swinging a giant blunt weapon that he made by joining several metal pipes together. Reiji was still being slapped by Miko, and was occasionally being used as shield against the blunt weapon. Zetsu didn't stop his swings when Miko used Reiji as a shield, in fact it seemed like he put more power in his swings when Reiji was in front of him.

(It's like he's saying, “its your fault for being captured”.)

Chrome thought.

She saw Miko's eyes, and turned to Bloom.

“They're blue.”

“Then he's in a good mood and is probably having fun. The only thing left to do is to bring him down here.”

“How are you gonna do that?”

“Like this.”

Bloom lifted her right hand, and what happened next was chaotic and indescribable.
