After returning to the kingdom with the Magic Stone Mine, Miko did as he agreed. He gave Nero half of the stones and took half for himself to be used to advance his plans.

He first returned to the palace and gave Hina and the others an update on what happened.

He then gave the man they captured, after Nero crippled him and sealed off his magic, to Luka to bring him to the torture hall to be investigated.

Since he was in charged of such an important mission, he's surely a high ranking person in the Vox Kingdom. Which means that he should know even the most confidential information.

Miko wouldn't be surprised if he takes orders directly from the country's monarch.

After selling the ore to several merchants through the black market, Miko received 30,000 notes which equals to 30 million gold pieces.

Miko immediately divided up his new budget into three parts.

10 million for developing the rural areas, and building more places to accommodate the citizens.

5 million to build an entertainment industry to draw tourists.

5 million to create two academies. A military institution on magic and combat arts, and an academy that teaches alchemy.

These two are important to the country's future.

The military school will provide soldiers for the country free of charge. However, foreigners who wishes to enroll will have to pay an enrollment fee. They can avoid this by applying for citizenship in the country. However, this citizenship will come with a [Soul Promise] that they will never betray the kingdom. This was to help prevent spies from entering the army ranks.

The Alchemy Academy on the other hand will provide the country with its own alchemist. Alchemy was the main form of science in this world. Because of it, technology has reach a height were Earth can't hope to reach anytime soon.

The best example of this is the military company MYTH. Every single one of their products were the top of the line when it came to gadgets in this world.

Miko wanted to create his own MYTH, however he knew that Alchemy alone couldn't create those gadgets. But he already had a back up plan for that.

He also plans to established several trade schools for those who aren't good in fighting or Alchemy.

As for whether the schools will be successful, Miko already created a plan to attract foreigners to the academies.

However, he'll have to wait until the academy is finished, which should take nearly an year.

As for the other 10 million, Miko is keeping it for emergencies.

With his money problems solved, and all of his plans in motion and expected to show results in the future, Miko found himself with a year worth of free time.

Since he already assigned the right people to handle everything, he could only oversee everything, without a lot to do.

After considering that, Miko decided to resume his training.

He was currently inside the Primus World sparring with Neo.

He stepped in and threw a powerful punch.

However, Neo easily swat it away.

Miko didn't let that stop him and spun around with a kick.

Neo caught it with her hand.

Miko instantly used the other foot to kick her again.

Neo blocked that with her arm, but Miko suddenly swung his body and swung down his claws.

Neo released his feet, which he was aiming for.

But he didn't expect what happened next.

*Boom!*

He was suddenly blown away with an attack that was far too fast for him to see.

He bounced off the ground a few times, and rolled on the ground.

“Shit! That hurts!”

He screamed out as he rolled on the ground.

“Oh, come on. I didn't hit you that hard.”

Neo said with a frown.

“Didn't it hit me that hard?”

Miko pointed to his torso.

“Say that to my ribs that are poking out of my chest!”

His torso was stained with blood, and pure white bone were piercing through his skin.

“Stop being a baby. You're acting like you never got your ribs broken before.”

“Yes, yes I have. But you have also got your ass kicked by your husband before and was taken prisoner. Would you want that to happen again?”

“You little!”

While Neo and Miko were arguing, two persons were watching their exchange with an amused smile.

“Neo looks like she's enjoying herself.”

The one who said that was a handsome, red haired man, with darkish skin and gold eyes.

He was the creator of humanity in Greek mythology, the titan Prometheus.

“Even though he's like that, Miko too.”

Said Tiamat who was sitting beside him.

“But I have to admit Tiamat, your proxy is pretty interesting. Everything that he did in the kingdom in the few months he's gain power, is really revolutionary. If nothing goes wrong, the kingdom will surely blossom like never before.”

Prometheus spoke with an impressed tone.

Tiamat nodded.

“He's my pride and joy. I can't wait to see how he will grow in the future.”

She had a warm expression as she said that.

“Oh, when are you guys leaving Prometheus?”

“Who knows? Neo is happy being here with Nova, but she recognizes her responsibility as one of the leaders of Pandora. So she should be going anytime soon.”

“Responsibility, huh? Then what about Rood? Isn't he also a leader?”

“Hah~.”

Prometheus sighed extravagantly.

“You don't know Rood. That guy only thinks about fighting, everything else is a blur in his mind.”

“Well, he is called the God of Fighting for a reason.”

Tiamat said with a smile.

“Yeah. But he should bring it down a notch. And Hercules doesn't seem to mind the way he is, which just makes it worse.”

“Hercules, huh.”

Tiamat mumbled.

“I would love it if he could punch his father in the face just once and let me see.”

“Still having problems with Zeus?”

“Of course. I'll never forgive that ungrateful brat, for everything he did.”

Tiamat's voice was filled with hate.

“Besides, isn't it the same for you? If Hercules hadn't freed you, you would still be chained to a rock, having your liver eaten everyday by that stupid bird.”

“Well, I did make a fool out of him twice. So his anger is somewhat justified.”

“Hmph! If it was me I would've cut his balls off like he did Cronus.”

Prometheus smiled wryly at what she said.

“Mankind was able to move from wild animals and advance because of my pain, so I don't regret it at all.”

Tiamat snorted unhappily. She clearly thought that what Prometheus said was bullshit.

“That's bullshit!”

“I still say we neuter the rapist!”

“Hahahaha!”

Prometheus couldn't help but burst out laughing when she called Zeus a rapist.

“I'm not kidding!”

“I know, I know. But did you forget that we're banned from fighting each other? I think that includes castrating someone in their sleep.”

“Hey, it will grow back.”

Prometheus laughed again.

*Boom!*

At this moment, Miko was angrily kicked away by Neo.

“How dare you say your aunt smells like a wet puppy, you brat!”

She saddled him and started shaking his shoulders in an angry manner.

“I'm sorry! Got a bit hothead!”

Neo didn't listened to him and threw him into the distance.

Miko screamed “You damn mutt!”, while he was sent flying.

“Hmph! Prometheus, lets go!”

Neo stormed off without waiting on Prometheus.

“Hahaha…”

Prometheus laughed weakly.

“Sorry Tiamat. She can be a kid sometimes.”

After saying that he chased after the angry Neo.

Tiamat also disappeared from her spot and reappeared in front of Miko.

He was lodged in a mountain, and looked like modern art.

“You alive?”

Said Tiamat.

Miko forced himself out of the mountain and landed on the ground.

“….Damn, that woman shows no mercy.”

He stood up and cracked his neck.

“What are you going to do now?”

“Hm…Momo is busy so there's no training from her today.”

After thinking for a while Miko remembered something.

“Ah! The demon sword in the treasury!”

He remembered there was a sword he was suppose collect, he also remembered his Regalia.

“I thinks about time you give me my Regalia.”

“I think you're right. You're already strong enough to bear my will.”

Tiamat smiled.

“Let me make something clear first. You have two regalias.”

“Two?”

She nodded.

“First one is a shared Regalia, the Tablets Of Destinies.”

The Tablets of destinies were three clay tablets that served as a binding legal document as well as a symbol of power.

Whatever is written on the tablets, will become the Law.

Whoever who holds the tablet will be recognized as the ruler of the universe.

Only four persons have said to possess these tablet.

Tiamat, her son and second husband Kingu, Enki/Enlil, and Marduk.

As a Regalia it's shared between these persons.

“The tablets will you grant you great power, however because it's shared the power it gives you is limited.”

“What about the other Regalia?”

“That I don't know.”

“What? You don't know?”

Miko was skeptical.

“I'm serious. A Regalia takes the shape or form of what is most compatible with proxy. Its basically my will and power in the form of a weapon or item. I'm not the one who chooses it. You are.”

“So that's how it is.”

Miko thought for a while before saying-

“Okay, I don't want the Tablets Of Destiny. If I have to share something with Zeus(Marduk) I prefer to fight barehanded.”

Tiamat smiled when she heard that.

“Fine by me. Then let's hurry and choose your own personal Regalia!”

She suddenly sank her fangs in her arm.

She then let her flowed and touch the earth.

The moment it did, the ground lit up and the crest of a dragon raising from out the sea appeared on the ground.

The glowing seal grew and covered where both Miko and Tiamat were standing.

Miko suddenly found himself glowing.

A light shot out of his chest and in front of him.

A light also shot out of Tiamat's chest and collided with Miko's.

The lights then melded and started to form something.

Miko watched as the light took a humanoid shape, which caught him off guard.

“It can't be…”

The light disappeared but something was left behind.

“It's a little girl?!”

Miko shouted.

“Oi, what's with this cliché turn of events?! Why is it always a loli?!”

“Calm down. Look carefully.”

Miko looked at the “little girl”.

She looked exactly like Tiamat, which meant she looked exactly like him. She was naked and her hair flowed down to her feet. She looked to be a little younger than Miko.

In fact, she looked like a younger clone of Miko. Well, except for one part.

“No sex? She's sexless?”

“That's right. Just like you.”

Something inside Miko snapped when he heard that.

“What was that?! Do you wanna find out if I'm sexless, huh?! Strip naked and I'll show you which sex I am!”

He roared furiously.

Tiamat had hit a sore spot for Miko.

He was constantly worrying about his feminine looks.

One time it got so bad that he had to check if he still had his balls every morning he wakes up.

And to hear the woman he loves call him sexless, any man would get upset.

“Hahahahaha!”

However, Tiamat was enjoying his angry expression. She found him a bit fun to tease.

“Tch. Anyway, what I'm suppose to do with this?”

He pointed at the child that still had its eyes closed.

“Touch it and pour your magic into it. It will truly become yours then.”

“Is that so?”

Miko walked up and placed his hand on the girl's head.

*Flash!*

In an instant the girl disappeared and turned into a black sword with a azure shine to it.

“….So it's a sword. Nice!”

Miko instantly gripped the sword handle and lifted the sword.

“It has such a nice feel to it, like it's a part of me!”

Miko instantly felt an unusual compatibility with the sword. It was truly made for him.

“Give it ago.”

Said Tiamat.

Miko gripped the sword tight and faced the mountain that he had crashed into.

“Hah!”

He poured all of his strength into the sword and swung down.

He saw an azure light flash before his eyes for a second. The next moment, a line suddenly appeared in the mountain. And the –

*Boom!*

The mountain divided into two. Not only that, there was a mile long valley behind it. This was obviously made by the sword in a split second.

“Awesome.”

A voice suddenly came from the sword and shocked Miko.

The sword then turned into light and formed the little girl in front of him.

She had bright purple eyes, and a bright smile on her face.

“Nice to meet, Miko. I'm Regis, and I'll be your partner in crime for the rest of our lives.”
