“….What is he?”

Vidia stared in shock at the tyrannical Raven. His blue eyes lacked a hint of warmth.

“Come at me, Holy Maiden!”

Raven shot towards her like a bolt of lightning.

“[Angels Of Retribution]!”

A hole opened up in the sky and holy light shone down on the earth.

*BOOM!*

A golden sword shot down from the sky and struck Raven.

“Guh?!”

He took a few steps back.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

Dozens more swords struck from the heavens and pierced his body.

“Blegh?!”

A later quantity of bloody flowed from his mouth and wounds.

“Y-You!”

He roared and burst of black and azure flames spread out and destroyed the swords lodged in his body.

He looked up and saw four gigantic heavenly beings staring down at him.

They were all surrounded by a holy glow, had six wings and had weapons ranging from swords to bows.

“Unclean sinner, accept your fate and receive the gods’ purification.”

One of the heavenly beings spoke to him, with a gentle yet overbearing tone.

“Unfortunately, I'm a demon dragon. It's my job to sin.”

Raven spoke to them provocatively.

His body then started to pulsate.

“But since you guys are picking a fight, it looks like I'll have to rip through the heavens once again.”

*BOOM!*

His body grew as his scales turned azure and gold with hint of black. It didn't take long for him to reach the size of a small mountain.

“Insolent!”

*BOOM!*

One of the angels shot a burning golden arrow at him.

“The one who's insolent is you!”

*BOOM!*

Raven charged forward and swung his giant claw and destroyed the arrow.

“Let's go, you chicken bastards!”

He jumped and drop kicked one of the angels and slap one across his face with his tails.

“Die!”

One of the angels slashed his sword across Raven’s back.

“Ahh!”

Raven roared as he felt unimaginable pain from the wound.

“These bastards are using holy aura to purify me!”

He slammed his fist against the giant shield and forced the angel back a few steps.

“Take this!”

An angel flew upwards and shot down hundreds of arrows.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

Raven started throwing punches and destroyed the arrows.

*BOOM!*

One of the angels slammed their leg in his torso.

He forced a few meters back.

*BOOM!*

He uppercut an angel that was trying to sneak attack him, and bit off one of the wings of another angel.

He then wrapped his tail around one of their necks and dragged them towards him.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

He rapidly punched the entangled angel.

A ball of black and gold flames appeared in both of his hands.

“[Great Dragon Blaze]!”

*BOOOOM!*

“Guh?!”

The angel was blown away with a hole in his stomach.

“Rawr!”

Raven released a savage roar and slammed his fist in one of the angel’s face.

“Damn monster!”

An axe was lodged in his chest.

“Die!”

*BOOM!*

“Guah?!”

A shield was used to slap him around the face. His truck size fangs flew out of his mouth.

*BOOM!*

The angel that was punched in the face kneed Raven in the face.

He then flew up and then flipped and slammed his heel in the center of Raven’s head.

Raven took a few steps back.

“[Demonic Dragon Poison Breath]!”

*BOOM!*

Two of the angels were blown away by purple gas.

“Guahhhhhh?!”

The two angels started rolling on the ground holding their face.

If you look carefully, their skins were rotting at an incredible pace.

Their agonizing wails struck fear into the hearts of the other angels and Vidia.

They didn't dare to attack from close range.

“Purifying Formation!”

They slammed their hands on the ground, and golden light ran across and entrapped Raven.

“Shit!”

He flopped his wings to fly upwards, but his wasn't able to fly off the ground no matter how much he tried.

“Ugh?!”

He suddenly felt a heavy weight suppressing him.

“Hahahaha! This formation seals off all demonic properties and render them useless!”

One of the angels shouted.

“Purify!”

The golden light left the ground and wrapped itself around Raven.

“Guaaaahhhhhh?!”

Raven released an agonizing scream as he felt an unbelievable pain.

He could feel his very existence disappearing.

“This must be the worst pain you've ever felt, demon! Begone from god’s world!”

The light intensified along with the pain Raven was feeling.

“Hahahahaha!”

But instead of screaming what Vidia and the angels heard was an excited laugh.

“W-What's so funny?!”

Seeing Raven laughing put the angels on edge, so he couldnt help but say that.

“Why do you think?!”

Even though he had a pained expression on his face, Raven still smiled fearlessly.

“All this talk about gods and holy. But let me ask you this. Who is the oldest recorded heavenly being?”

The angels had a confused look.

Seeing that, Raven proudly state.

“My grandmother, Tiamat! She is the beginning of everything. Everything originates from her!”

He wasn't wrong. In Mesopotamian religion, Tiamat was considered the first being to ever exist, as she was the embodiment of primordial chaos and creation.

Since Mesopotamia, which consisted of Babylonia, Sumer, Akkad, and the Assyria empires, was by far the oldest ancient civilianization in recorded history there were no known gods older than her.

“So as her descendent how can you frauds compete with me who has gain her blessing!”

His body started give off a holy light.

“Let me show you a bit of her blessing!”

The Chaotic yet holy light swept the land.

“[Primordial Burst]!”

*BOOM!*

A massive shockwave of chaotic power hit the two angels and blew them away. The formation was broken and the weight left Raven.

He sprung up and stomp the heads of the two angels that were hit by his poison.

*BOOM!*

Their skulls were instantly crushed under his feet.

“Die!”

He then shot towards the other two who were hit by the shockwave.

*BOOM!*

He slammed his palm in one of their chest.

“[Burst Impact]!”

*BOOM!*

A black light shone and the angel’s body exploded.

He then quickly grabbed the face of the last angel.

“[Burst Impact]!”

*BOOM!*

His head was blown off.

When his body hit the floor, all the angels turned into light and disappeared.

Raven then turned his attention to the spectating Vidia and smiled.

“Looks like you're the only one left.”

He took a step towards her, and she took a step back.

“What? Did you run out of angels?”

Raven spoke with a mocking tone.

Seeing that, Vidia stopped retreating and stood firm.

“I am the embodiment of balance and retribution. I'll show you what happens when you underestimate the wrath of the heavens!”

The moment she said that, the sky opened up and sound of trumpets could be heard.

Raven looked up and saw and enormous ball of light floating down.

The light then shot towards Vidia.

*BOOM!*

The spot were she stood was destroyed, but Raven could tell that Vidia herself wasn't hurt.

“What is this?”

He watched as the light started change shape, like it was being molded.

Before long, it took a humanoid shape.

The light disperse and something else took its place.

What stood in front of Raven was a gigantic female angel. She had 12 wings, dressed in black and white armor with gold trims, and black sword that was covered by a red haze.

“[Archangel Of Divine Punishment].”

“So she turned into an angel herself?”

Vidia then lift her arm in front of her.

“[Scales Of Justice: Libra]!”

A golden scale appeared in her hands.

This was the celestial scale that represented balance and justice, Libra. It was a shared Regalia between Nemesis’ and the goddess, Dike Proxies.

“[Equilibrium Of Retribution]!”

The golden scale then shone a blinding light, and one side sunk.

“?!”

Raven suddenly leaped back when that happened.

“Her power just increased by several folds!”

He said.

“This is the end, demon. My Regalia judged you and found you guilt of countless crimes. It has grant a boost in power for every act of sacrilege you've ever committed.”

“Well, fuck. Considering the amount of sacred things I've destroyed, no wonder you got so powerful.”

Vidia lifted her sword and casually swung it down.

*BOOM!*

An overwhelming burst of power ripped through the earth and space and charged towards Raven.

“[Burst Impact]!”

*BOOM!*

He thrust his palms forward to counteract the slash.

*BOOM!*

But he wasn't able to stop it. The slash rip through him like paper.

His upper body was separated from his lower body.

“[Recreation]!”

Strands of light reconnected his lower and upper body in an instant.

He had used Tiamat's ability to recreate his dragon body.

Seeing that, Vidia swung her sword with more force.

*BOOOOM!*

This time it was like the world was cut vertically.

Raven slid under the slash and approached Vidia.

He jumped and fired a giant beam of black light from his mouth.

In response, Vidia swung her free hand.

*BOOM!*

The beam was destroyed.

She then thrust her sword upwards.

*BOOM!*

A hole was blast through Raven’s body.

He tried distanced himself.

“?!”

But Vidia appeared in front of him before he could.

*BOOM!*

Her fist slammed in his midsection.

He could feel all the bones in his body shatter under the pressure.

*BOOM!*

“Cough?!”

Vidia then popped up again and slammed her leg in his back.

Blood spewed from his mouth as he was sent crashing into the ground.

“…..Fuck. She's strong.”

He laid on the ground unable to move a muscle.

“Heh.”

Even so, he couldn't help but to smile.

“I have to give it to Gamiko(Nero). If he didn't bring Miko here, I would've died in this fight.”

His body started to leak a purple haze.

“I'm glad I became Miko's Apostle.”

His body that shouldn't be able to move forcibly stood up.

“Now then, let's see how far I can go.”

A sinister glow flashed in his eyes.

“[Primordial Chaos Dragon]!”

*BOOM!*

A pillar of a purple light shot towards the heaven and caused the sky to be overcast with black clouds.

The pillar quickly thin out before disappearing.

Raven’s body underwent a severe change.

His body was covered by something that so chaotic that it look like he was covered by a dark purple shadow.

There was no order to his appearance other than he was shaped like a dragon silhouette.

“He transformed?”

Vidia stopped her approach and stared at Raven from afar.

She lifted her hand up and spread her 12 wings and took flight.

A ball of gold light appeared in her palm.

“[Divine Wrath]!”

She threw at Raven.

He didn't moved to dodged he silently watched as it approached him.

*BOOOOOOM!*

A huge explosion rang out and attack created a canyon.

“…….”

Vidia silently stared in this canyon.

*Swoosh!*

*BOOM!*

A hand twice her size shot out of the canyon and slammed into her.

She was sent flying upwards. When she looked down she saw Raven fly out of the canyon.

“Take this!”

She swung her sword with all her might and an arc of golden light cut Raven in two.

“Wha?!”

However to her surprise, his body instantly glued itself back together.

“Time to end this.”

Raven brought his hand in front of him.

“[Monster Maker]!”

A light flashed and thousands of giant monsters appeared in front of him.

Each monster looked a bit like Raven.

“Kill her.”

Raven command with a cold voice.

The monsters all roared and charged at Vidia.

“Don't look down on me!”

Vidia also rushed at the monsters.

*BOOM!*

She swung her sword and slew hundreds with a single swing.

*BOOM!*

She then got the same result when she swung her sword again.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

She began swinging her sword wildly and destroyed countless monsters.

However-

“Why aren't they decreasing?!”

No matter how much she destroyed it didn't feel like the number of monsters were decreasing at all.

*BOOM!*

“Ugh?!”

She was attacked from behind by a dragon.

*BOOM!*

She was then punched in chest by a bull monster.

Her armor crack when that happened.

“Damn you!”

She swung her sword and cut it in half.

It was then she saw something unbelievable.

The monster she cut in two disappeared into mist and reappeared moments later.

“Are they immortal?!”

Vidia shouted in misbelief.

“You can say that. I’m using the power of Primordial chaos, which means I can constant create things out of nothing. I’m just recreating the same monsters over and over again.”

“Then if I just kill you then I'll win!”

*BOOM!*

Vidia destroyed countless monster with her sword and charged towards Raven.

“Die!”

Her sword shone a brilliant light as she swung it.

*BOOOOOOOOM!*

Her attack caused the canyon to triple in size as she blew everything away.

“You don't have that much battle experience, do you?”

“?!”

Vidia suddenly found herself unable to move.

It was then Raven appeared out of nowhere.

“No. It's more like you don't have much experience doing the fighting yourself. You normally summon your punishers to do the fighting for you. You fighting yourself is your last resort.”

He place hand on her chin.

“Did you even think to consider why I told the reason the monsters numbers didn't decrease?”

“?!”

“That's right. A trap.”

He snapped his finger a monster with a serpentine body appeared around her neck. It had its fangs in her.

“That fellow is a new monster created by me just now. It has a camouflage ability along with paralyzing poison. It attached itself to you when you were attack by the dragon from behind. Me telling you about my monster creation ability was to buy time for its poison to take effect.”

It was then the monsters Vidia was fighting surrounded her and Raven.

“Since I just created these babies I'm sure they're hungry.

“Y-You can't mean…!”

Vidia’s face instantly paled.

Raven showed an evil smile on his shadowy face.

And then-

“Its chow time boys.”

The monsters all rushed towards Vidia.

Her terrified screams rang out as she tried to make her body move. But no matter how she tried, her body wouldn't listen to her.

“Ahhh!”

It wasn't long until the first monster sunk its fangs in her side and shattered her armor.

Another group of monsters bit off her wings.

Some chew on her legs.

Some bit on her back.

Some the stomach.

Some the face.

Before long Vidia titanic body was covered by monsters devouring her flesh.

Raven watched this all with a smile.

He then turned his attention to his own body.

“But I gotta say, the abilities I got from grandma sure are incredible. I can create new monster, regenerate from even a single piece of flesh as long as i have the sufficient magic power, and I turned into the embodiment of chaos. These are all abilities that Miko will have in the future.”

He then turned his attention to the direction of Xia.

“You'll become quite the force when you master these powers Miko.”

He then took one last look at his “children” devouring their “food”.

“In the end, not even the heavens have what it takes to judge me.”
