A month and a half ago.

Miko had just explained the details of his plan to kill Darius with Hina and the others. They were all sitting together around a table.

“That sounds like a risky plan, Gamiko.”

Ace said.

“It is. But it will work as long as everyone do their part.”

“You said that in order to use your full potential, you need Darius to push you to the brink of death. What did you mean by that?”

Sora asked.

“Ah. I didn't tell you did I? On top of being a Dragna, I'm also a Saevio.”

“Saevio? You mean you're a part of the same clan as the King’s Guard Dog?!”

Hina exclaimed.

“Is the Saevio Clan a big deal?”

Ace asked.

“What? You didn't know? It's one of the three most powerful clans in the kingdom, known as the Triad.”

“The Triad?”

Sora asked.

“You guys really don't know anything.”

Hina sighed and continued.

“There's a old saying in the kingdom. ‘Never anger a Dragna. Never betray a Flameheart. Never try to kill a Saevio.’ They say if you do this, the chances of you living a long life is high.”

“So basically, they're three dangerous clans and Gamiko belongs two of them.”

Ace said.

Sora turn to Miko and asked a question.

“So what happens when Darius tries to kill you.”

Miko smile and said-

“I'll go berserk.”

Miko, who had activated both [War Face] and [Dragon Rage] at the same time, was exchange blows with an enraged Darius.

“You fricking brat!”

Darius covered his fist with a red laser and slammed it into Miko's chest.

His scales scattered and he fell to the ground. However, like a zombie he rose back angrier than before.

“Son of a bitch!”

He used his claws, that was also hard like iron, to slash Darius across the chest.

Darius retaliated with a kick, but Miko dodged and sank his fangs into his legs.

“Haaaaaaa!”

Darius screamed out in pain.

“Let go, you damn animal!”

He slammed his fist onto Miko's head forcing him to let go.

He then bent his knees and sprung up and hit Miko with an uppercut.

Miko flew through the air and landed on one of the burning debris.

“Hot! Hot! Hot!”

But of course he got up again. He then grabbed the debris and threw it at Darius.

Darius used a laser and destroyed it, but it block his vision for a bit.

“Die!”

Miko rushed through the explosion Darius caused and punched Darius in the face.

“[Flame Pistol]!”

A blast of flames was released from Miko's fist and exploded in Darius’s face.

“Ugh?!....You shit!”

Darius used the orb behind him to shoot a laser through Miko's stomach.

Miko fell to knees, but quickly stood up again.

“The markings on his face started glowing brighter!”

Said Hina who was watching their fight.

She was looking for a chance to jump in, but there was yet to be one. If she jumped in carelessly she'll definitely get killed, by either Miko or Darius. That was how out of control they were.

“This isn't good, the markings are spreading.”

Said Ace.

“[War Face] is it? According to Miko, it's a family curse that prevents him from yielding in a fight. No matter how many times he's knocked down, he'll rise up again and continue to fight. Each time he's knock down he rises more savage than before. If you add that with the aggressiveness of [Dragon Rage]….”

“You get a rampaging monster.”

Ace added.

“Mikky said that he had a way to overcome it.”

“Does that look like he's overcoming it?”

Darius had Miko planted on the ground, and was punching him in the face. Every punch forced Miko deeper and deeper into the earth.

“Raaaaaaah!”

Miko plunged his fangs into Darius’s hand after releasing a beastly growl.

He then used his aura and made a giant arm, which pulled Darius away from him and threw him like an old doll. He then quickly got to his feet and rushed towards Darius.

“You wild beast!”

Darius did the same and slammed his leg in Miko’s midsection. Miko was blown away.

Miko flipped a few times in the air and landed on his feet like a cat.

He glared at Darius, but didn't rush to attack him.

And then-

“Raaaaaaah!”

He kneeled down and slammed his head in the ground.

“Wha?!”

This action shocked everyone.

Miko knelt there with his head on the ground for a while.

“……..”

He then silently stood up, and wiped the blood from his face.

“Shit. The demon blood and dragon blood clashing together, was harder to control than I thought.”

Seeing that, Miko wasn't attacking anymore made Hina and the others relieved.

However, Darius was still furious.

“Looks like you've somewhat repressed your curse, Third. But without it, you're defenseless.”

“Huh? What are you talking about? I didn't suppress shit.”

Miko's words confused them.

Seeing that, he made a savage smile.

“I didn't suppressed the curse, I took temporary control of it.”

He started walking towards Darius, with a crazy look in his eyes.

“You see, you waste of sperm. True savagery, isn't running up and down like a wild animal. No, true savagery is breaking the rules of the world and stomping everyone that stands against us.”

He stood face to face with Darius with a savage grin on his face.

“Let me show you what a true savage is!”

“?!”

The aura from Miko's body suddenly turned into spike to stabbed at Darius. It pierce his skin, but he jumped back in time before it went too deep.

“Tch. Hey, you guys help out too!”

Miko shouted at the others with an irritated tone.

“Hey, you were the one going berserk. If it wasn't for that, we would've jumped in a long time ago.”

Sora answered with an irritated tone as well.

“Yeah, yeah. Let's just finish this, my body hurts like hell.”

Miko stretched his hand out to Hina, and she gave him a Trident, which he hanged over his shoulder.

He used the aura and picked up the black sword he dropped earlier, and placed it in the sheath on his waist.

He focused most of the aura around his back, and molded it in the shape of dragon wings.

His limbs then started glowing red and gave off heat waves. They looked like iron when it's hot.

“From here on out I'm throwing everything I got! I hope you do the same!”

“Of course.”

Miko and the others glared at Darius and he did the same.

They all moved together.

Sora was the first to reach Darius.

“[Sonic Blade]!”

Sora manipulated the surrounding sound waves and created an invisible blade out of sound.

He used it and slashed at Darius. Darius didn't even attempt to dodge.

“I'm fed up with humoring you brats.”

He grabbed the blade before it reached him.

Sora then suddenly found himself surrounded by orbs of light.

“Die.”

Lasers hit Sora from all directions and cause a huge explosion.

Ace used that explosion as a cover and popped up in front of Darius.

[Mountain Crusher]!”

He threw the same the punch that blew Darius away.

“Are you a one trick pony?”

Darius covered his fist in red light and slammed into Ace’s fist.

*Crack*

“Arrrrggghh?!”

Ace hand was not only stopped but a few of his finger were crushed.

He jumped back, but Darius chase after him and slammed his leg in his midsection.

“Hm?”

But Ace was forcibly pulled back, and didn't suffer much damage.

The one who pulled him back was Sora, who raised his speed to escape the lasers.

“Yo, Darius!”

Miko passed Sora and Ace, and threw a punch at Darius, which he blocked by lifting up his right knee.

“Ugh!”

Miko's fist that was now like molten metal, severely burnt Darius' skin. He threw a punch at Miko, but he flew up in the air and dodged it.

“…Those punches are dangerous.”

Said Darius, as he looked at the burn on his leg.

“?!”

He jumped to the side, and dodged a blast that destroyed the spot where he stood.

“….Hinami…!”

He looked up and growled, when he saw Hina flying above him with a Trident.

The orbs on his back released a light and launched him into the air. He was flying towards Hina.

Seeing that, Hina fired several shots from the Trident.

Darius used the orbs and skillfully moved his body to dodge them. He created several more orbs in front of him, and used them to fire lasers at Hina.

Hina started flying through the air to dodge them, and distance herself from Darius.

Darius followed her while continuing to fire lasers at her.

Hina continued to dodged them by making some sharp turns in the air; and fired back at Darius with the Trident.

It looked like two fighter jets were clashing in the night sky.

“Stop running Hinami and accept your fate”

“No way!”

“Then die!”

Darius stopped chasing her and flew further up into the air.

“What is he doing?”

Hina watched until Darius flew further and further upwards until he looked like a dot in the sky.

Darius stopped and looked down on his home that was destroyed.

“I'll just buy a new one when this is over.”

Saying that, the orbs behind started rapidly multiplying.

10. 20. 50. 100.

It wasn't long before the number of orbs behind him numbered close to 300.

“T-This is bad!”

Hina who saw them instantly turned pale.

She shouted at Miko and the others who were still on the ground.

“Run! Darius is going to destroy this whole place!”

“What did you say?! We need to run!”

Ace shouted back.

“Gamiko!”

“Hahahaha! Darius you crazy bastard!”

Contrary to Sora and Ace who were panicking, Miko looked like he was having a fun time.

“Gamiko?!”

Sora could see a mad light in Miko’s eyes. He couldn't comprehend what he was thinking.

Miko ignored Sora and looked at the sky that looked like it was filled with new stars.

(Miko, the curse is still in effect. So you're not thinking straight.)

Tiamat spoke to him the first time since the battle began.

“I know. But Darius just showed me a sure-kill way to kill him.”

He turned to Hina.

“Hina, I want you to do something for me! So survive no matter what!”

He then turned to Ace and Sora.

“That goes for you two too! Retreat!”

Everyone started running when they heard that.

Darius who was floating in the air, watched Miko and the others trying to escape with an empty look. No, he was watching Hina. Everyone else was ignored.

“….Lets see how you fare against this, Hinami.”

He raised his arm and then-

“[Devil’s Light: Bombardment].”

All the orbs turned into a beam of light, and raced towards the earth like rain.

*boom**boom**boom**boom**boom**boom*

It was like a meteor shower had hit the earth.

Everything thing was blown to bits.

The ground, the trees, the walls, the people.

Even the surrounding shops were bombarded.

The explosions chased away the night with its bright light.

Every scream was immediately silenced by the loud explosions.

Darius had displayed the true power of a [B Class].

True dominance.

“……”

When the smoke cleared all Darius could see before him was a burning wasteland.

Rubble scattered everywhere. Numerous craters were formed in the ground. Corpses were nowhere to be found, but the smell of burnt flesh was in the air.

“…….”

Darius made the orbs bring him back to the earth.

As he walked, the stench of death smothered his nose.

He immediately knew that his underlings were all dead. But that didn't bother him. What ran through his mind was something different.

“What about Hinami?”

He walked through the wasteland, searching for Hinami when-

“DARIUS!!”

He was suddenly hit with an extremely hot fist.

The force from being suddenly punched in the face made Darius flip once before landing on his feet.

When he landed, he looked and saw a raging Miko.

His face was red with anger, but it was also red with blood. Miko's entire body was in a bloody state.

But Miko ignored his bloody body and rushed towards Darius.

Seeing that Darius lifted his hand in front of him to finish him with a laser. But then-

“You bastard! Hina is dead because of you!”

“Eh?”

Those words caused Darius movements to come to a complete halt.

Miko didn't missed that chance and slammed his [Molten Fist] into Darius chest.

“Guh?!”

Darius body bent and he was forcibly lifted in the air.

There Sora appeared and placed his palms on Darius unguarded chest.

“[Resonate]!”

A loud explosion echoed out, and Darius was slammed into ground so hard that, the ground broke.

“Darius!”

Darius led on ground and saw something falling from the sky.

It was Ace, whose legs were emitting red sparks.

“[Special Move: Falling Mountain]!”

The ground burst open and Darius was further forced into the ground.

He was now laying in a crater with pain running through his entire body. But Darius didn't pay the pain any mind, and jumped out of the crater.

“…….”

He ignored Miko’s and the others hateful glares, and scanned the area with his eyes. He did this for nearly a minute before he spotted something.

About 100 meters to his left, he saw something burning in the flames next to a pile of rubble.

It was an arm.

The arm was small and slender, so it had to belong to a child.

Darius looked at Miko, Ace and Sora. They all had both of their arms, so it didn't belong to them.

Darius knew that there was no other children in this area other than Miko and the others, which means that the arm had to belong to one of them.

“….So, I really killed Hinami.”

The arm could only belong to Hinami who wasn't present.

Realizing this, a smile appeared on Darius’s face.

“You bastard! How dare smile at her death?!”

Ace and Sora rushed at Darius in a fit of rage.

“Why wouldn't I smile?”

“…?!”

Darius met them halfway and caught them off guard.

“I finally got rid of the thorn in my side!”

Darius kicked Sora in the temple, and then spun around and dropped his heel in the middle of Ace’s head.

“I'm finally free!”

Sora was sent flying into a pile of rubble, and Ace was slammed into the ground with such force that ground cracked.

“Darius!”

Miko used his wings and flew towards Darius at an incredible speed. He threw a kick, which Darius avoid with ease.

“Hahahaha!”

While laughing, Darius grabbed Miko's leg that was still in the air and slammed him on top of Ace.

““Guh?!””

The two groaned out in pain, but Darius didn't stop. He repeated slammed Miko on top of Ace. It was like he was using a hammer to hit a nail.

“Hahahaha!”

Darius laughter got louder and louder as he continued to do this.

He then stopped, and used his foot to lift Ace off the ground. He waited until the timing was right, and used Miko to swat him away.

The two collided and bounced off the ground like balls.

Seeing that, Darius laughed got louder and more sinister.

Miko whose entire body was in pain, called out to Ace who was close to him.

“….Can you move?”

“…Just barely.”

“Do you have anything left that can deal a lot of damage?”

“Yeah, you?”

“Just one. But it will literally be my last move.”

“Same for me.”

Sora popped up beside them. Seeing that, the two struggled to pick themselves up.

[War Face] was still activated so Miko was going to rise eventually.

“You worms look like you're on a suicide mission.”

Before they realized it Darius was already standing in front of them with a creepy smile.

“What? Are you going to try to avenge Hinami even if you die doing it? Hahahaha!”

Darius directed a mocking laugh at the boys, who he could kill anytime he wants to.

He then stopped and looked at them seriously.

“Don't be an idiot. Even after all this, you still don't realize that killing me is hopeless?”

The boys didn't respond, they just glared at him.

He spread his arms wide apart.

“Then how about this? I'll give each of you enough time to do one final attack, and try and kill me. Of course, I'll defend myself. I'm not stupid enough to take constant attack unguarded after all.”

The boys eyes widen with shock when they heard Darius proposal.

“….Why would you do that?”

Miko asked.

“Why? Because I'm in a good mood that's why. I've finally crushed a cockroach that I've been trying to kill for years. So I feel generous.”

Ace and Sora gritted their teeth when they heard Darius words. But Miko showed an understanding expression.

“What happens if we hit you with everything we got, and you're still standing?”

He asked.

“I'll kill you, pay for the damages I caused, and continue to live my life.”

“Fine.”

“Gamiko?!”

“Are you going to trust him?!”

“Do you have any better ideas? I doubt if we fought fair and square we'll be able to kill him. At least this way we have a chance of avenging Hina.”

Hearing Miko's words, Sora and Ace who were protesting backed down.

Seeing that, Miko turned back to Darius.

“We'll do as you suggest, Darius.”

He made a devilish smile.

“But don't regret it in hell.”

Darius replied with a mocking smile and said-

“I won't. Since, you'll be going there before me.”
