In his bedroom, Night laid down on his fluffy bed with a substantial number of questions running through his head. The source of most of those questions was the intoxicatingly sexy woman laying naked at his side.

'What the fuck did I just do?,' Night questioned himself for the hundredth time.

He had met the 'go on a date once, then try move into your house the next day' kind of woman.....and when he should have bailed out of the situation immediately....he messed up and took the relationship up a notch. "You must have been through a lot of battles," Lili said in a questioning manner as she traced her fingertip along one of Night's scars on his chest.

"Something like that...I was tortured a lot too," Night said still in a daze from the events that just happened.

Night's eyes roamed down Lili's body as she twirled her finger another spiral shape scar on his abdomen. As Night had found out in his exploration of this woman's body earlier....demons are pretty much the same... anatomically.....as humans....however, this demoness was nothing like any other woman he had ever met.

A few hours earlier, Lili had strolled into the shower naked and grabbed ahold of him as he bathed. Night had absolutely no resistance to this sort of surprise tactic.....it had been along time since he had been with a woman.....and she was smoking hot.....and it didn't help that the mark on his soul blasted out some unimaginably pleasurable feelings.

"So let me get this straight....once we fuck.....your soul will link with mine and force me to always love you?," Night said while sitting up in the bed. He was very thankful that she had actually held him back before.....because if she hadn't.....the thought sent shivers down his spine.

"Yes, that is the way it is done. Is something wrong?," Lili asked with a bit of concern in her voice.

"Well...," Night was trying to figure out what to say. He wasn't mad...she had stopped him from taking that final step before...and he would have taken it all the way.....for sure........but the whole thing seemed off...like he was missing some sort of cultural connection.....something that seemed to be of no issue to her...completely violated his principals.

"Mother always said that if a man can love you once, then he should love you for the rest of his life. Do you not agree?," Lili said with the smile gone from her face. She was staring at Night intently while waiting for his response. His junk still gripped in her hand.

Night had a bit of foreboding at the question. He had a feeling that if he answered "no", then he wouldn't make it out of this City alive.....he might not make it off the bed unscathed. As he looked at Lili's beautiful pleading eyes, he felt like he was dealing with a world destroying beast wearing the skin of a sexy woman.

"Yes.....yes. I agree. A man should always love his woman," Night said just to put the situation pat him. He also made a mental note to avoid having intercourse with this woman at all costs.

"Great," Lili said before moving her mouth over to kiss Night's chest, "We will need to go meet with Mother before going forward then...she would not be happy if I selected a Mate without her knowing."

Night just watched as the woman slid down his side and began to work her way down his body with her full red lips.

'Fuck.....this is so bad...ahhhh...but I am sure I will be able to get away if I need to...ahhh...I remember Nox said that she did something to the soul mark....I even felt a change in the mark...but I can't just count on that...I need to....ahhh...," Night's concentration was soon broken by the intimate mouth movements of the seductress. The tower stood again and moans of passion were soon heard from within the bedroom once more.

After spending an unknown amount of time in a mixed between sexual fantasy and horror story, Night had been dragged back into the bathroom by Lili. Lili had actually sat him down and bathed him by herself. When she was done, she kissed him, told him to get ready to go out later and exited out of the other door in the bathroom. Surprisingly, Night realized that his room was connected to her room via the bathroom. It seemed really convenient.

Still in a blur from the day's events, Night went back into his room and gotten dressed in a nice set of robes that had magically appeared on the bed while he was in the bathroom. After getting dressed, he was left sitting in his room trying to understand the whole situation.....and he constantly berated himself for being such a weak man.

After about thirty minutes, a maid came into Night's room.

"Mistress Lilith is waiting for you downstairs. Please follow me to join her," the maid said as she gestured for Night to leave the room.

Night made his way downstairs and was greeted with a well dressed Lili. It looked like she was ready for a night out on the town.

"Hello handsome! Are you ready to go get something to eat? You really made me work up such an appetite earlier," Lili said as she sauntered over to Night, grabbed his hand and gave him a passionate kiss.

After being lead out of the house, Night found himself in a carriage headed outside of the Limim Clan complex and into the city. He was really surprised by the nightlife scene. This entertainment district in the Valac Clan area wasn't exactly like the bars and restaurants on Earth...but it wasn't far off. There was no electricity so almost everything was illuminated by fire and some sort of glowing stones.

After walking around for a bit, Lili had brought Night to one of her favorite places to eat. The place was quite popular so there were tons of people present. Night actually enjoyed the food despite not knowing what he was eating. Lili was constantly introducing Night to new people too....like she was showing off a new prized possession. As he had done for most everything so far, Night just went along with it all while trying to get his bearings in this city.

After a nice meal with a woman that seemed to be something similar to a fiance, Night was actually starting to enjoy himself a little. If it wasn't for the looming threat of Lili doing something to his soul....Night wouldn't mind having a relationship with Lili. She seemed to be alright as a person.

The two finished up dinner and where heading back to the carriage when....within the range of his perception...Night noticed a few figures headed in their direction.

"There a few people headed this way to start a fight," Night whispered into Lili's ear. He even gave a little bite at her earlobe when he did it. He knew that she liked that....from his experiments earlier.

The woman shivered a little then said to Night, "Sorry."

Right after she spoke, a group of men showed up in front of Night and Lili and blocked their way back to the carriage.

"Lady Lilith, we would like to challenge your Chosen to a duel in order to replace him by your side," three of the men said in unison.

'Why the fuck do these guys still want this girl so bad? Don't they understand that she will have control over them if they are her Mate?,' Night thought to himself. The only reason that he could think that they would come forward...was that these men were being thrown forth as sacrificial lambs by their clans in order to get in the good graces of the Limim Clan.

Even though he liked the intimacy and enjoyed the date....He still wanted out of the whole ordeal with Lili....but these guys were trying to fight for the opportunity to essentially be her man slave.

Night had been a little suppressed due to sexual relief Lili provided earlier..... but these men had just caused his foul mood completely resurface. His patience was worn pretty thin.

"If you want to fight, let's fight. But I don't won't do it unless it is a death match.....with no sanctions from your family when you lose your life," Night yelled to quiet down the crowd. He was trying to put an end to this mess by increasing the stakes. After his breakthrough in the Concept of Presence, Night was pretty confident in his strength.....at least as long as the opponent was a Level 4 Demigod or below. And he could see that none of the people around him were stronger than Level 4 Demigod.

Regardless of the threat, it didn't take long before someone stepped forward.

"Alright, I'll agree to your terms," a large horned man from the Kimaris Clan stepped forward.

"Great.....where do we fight?," Night said as he looked at Lili.

The woman seemed a bit upset that Night wanted to fight to the death, but she still responded, "The Arena."

After a few parting words, the group of people made their way in the carriages and began the trip to large arena.

"So Lili....how much trouble am I causing?," Night asked.

"Not much. The women in my clan are fought over quite often.....I have seen countless fights like this since I was a child. My mother said that these fights help temper all the men in the city and help demonstrate how important it is to be one of the Limim Clans' mates," Lili said sounding a little dissatisfied.

"Your mother sounds like a very interesting woman," Night said with a little sarcasm in his voice.

The sarcasm went unnoticed by Lili and she said, "Of course she is. My mother is great. You will get a chance to meet her later in the week. I have put in a request for audience to get her approval of you as my mate. I should know the exact time by tomorrow."

Night winced at the word 'mate' but continued to go along with it. He was going to try to get as much out of the situation as possible over the next couple of days....then he would bail out of this city before the meeting.

"Okay.....tell me more about this arena," Night said to Lili as they rode along.

As Lili explained about the the arena, the carriage pulled up to a large coliseum that stood among various other large buildings. From what Lili told him, Night knew that the arena was actually located in the Kimaris Clan territory.

"Wasn't the guy who challenged me from the Kimaris Clan?," Night asked Lili with some concern.

"Yes, why?," Lili responded.

"Because I am fighting someone on their own turf," Night said, "how can I not be a little concerned?"
