《Dex's Adventure Through The Elemental Nations (Completed)》Chapter 81

Dexter's POV;
The delegation of Kumo and Kiri have arrived, as well as the representatives of Suna and Iwa. For Suna it was Temari, her brothers died in the attack. She only survived thanks to her fan and because Gaara flung her away with his sand. She was guarded by a Jonin I didn't know.
For Iwa it was the son of Oonoki, Kitsuchi is his name. A sturdily built man with black hair and a beard. He looked not very fit, the death of his family hit him hard. His guard was Akatsuchi, who was no longer as fat. Also probably a result of the attack.
A came with Darui, he looked as grumpy as always. And also apologised in a grumpy way for the declaration of war. Said that his hotheadedness lost him his brother and that he does not want to lose his village as well.
Konoha has no representative, they were not invited and had no one left to claim the place as Kage. Guy and Lee did not visit the village. They run back to Konoha and were devastated by its destruction. I have had a fox trailing them and will tell them an added version of Danzo's power grab. Mostly the truth, but with the hidden part of my involvement and why it was good for me to 'flee' the village.
Mei came with Ao, both were well known to me from our previous meetings over the last year. This pretty much sums it up. There was no minor village, they don't hold any military power now.
Especially Rain, we hit it with so many golem that Konan was forced to activate her paper bombs. An impressive firework, but nothing that stopped the ever increasing amount of golem.
Anyway, my shadow-clone was linked with me and sitting in the meeting, while I was hidden inside a camouflage Jutsu and hovering over Uzu. This meeting will be attacked by the golem, it gives us credence in our role as a fellow victim.
Daichi offered to be the discussion leader and opened the table for suggestions once everyone was sitting. Our guards standing behind us. I had Kura-chan, the real one, with me.
“I call this meeting of the Kages of the villages Iwagakure, Sunagakure, Kumogakure, Kirigakure, and Uzushiogakure in session. I, Daichi Uzumaki, will act as neutral party”, he declared and A scoffed.
“Neutral party my ass, we are in Uzushiogakure and you are an Uzumaki”, he said with crossed arms.
“I will nonetheless act as neutral as possible”, stated Daichi.
“Well, I for my part don't care about Uzumaki-san being the neutral party”, said Mei in an attempt to stop a fight right from the start.
“I agree”, came from Temari. She was looking at Mei with some form of admiration, probably because Mei was older and a woman that could stay with the other Kage. She told me in a meeting that she does not feel to be ready for her new position.
She wasn't, but I reassured her that all will go well. That I will help her as best as I can. Her relieve was visible and I had to suppress a chuckle at her naivety. Never trust a foreign leader.
“We're here to discuss the threat that this strange new foe is for all of us. They destroyed most of the Ninja worlds villages in the matter of under two months. How are we going to react and beat them?”, said Kitsuchi and started right with the reason for this gathering.
“First we need to pool together what we know”, declared A. He was for once agreeing with someone. A wonder.

“Right, who here has fought against this enemy?”, asked Mei.
Temari, Akatsuchi, the guard of Temari, Kura-chan and I raised each a hand.
“You fought against them Uzukage-sama?”, asked Mei in surprise.
“My wife and I had to know what we will face. We reached Konoha shortly after its attack and watched its destruction. We also saw a possible leader”, I, or my clone, said evenly. The leader was a lie, but we need someone who we kill at the end. I'm gonna create a body with a matching personality later. He will be a sage and have knowledge of some runes. I'm still able to remember them, but my handwriting was not good enough. That is until I learned how to draw seals.
“And you did not help?”, asked A.
“Why should we? Konoha was not an ally and I have not lost anything with its destruction. We did save two of its Ninja, mainly because I knew them from my younger years, but other than that we watched and gathered information, before attacking a few lone golem”, I answered. The others glanced at us for our dismissal of the people in Konoha, but no one said anything.
“So the possible leader? What can you tell us about these soldiers?”, asked Mei everyone who fought against one.
“As fast as a Jonin, maybe not a high ranked one, but still Jonin level. And able to use both distant and close combat attacks. They are immune to Genjutsu and regenerate almost any injury. You have to pulverise their stomach or the whole body to take them out. Otherwise, they will just regenerate and stand back up.
Also, our latest scouting has shown that they 'die'. I don't know why or how, but those in Iwagakure are now dysfunctional. We haven't seen anyone that could be categorised as the leader, but then again it was hectic and chaos reigned”, explained Akatsuchi.
“There is also more than one type. We first faced the described soldiers with a sword and a device for long ranged attacks. Gaara... he took them out easily. Simply buried and crushed them in the sand”, continued Temari with a pause when she mentioned Gaara, “But then a whole new type came. Those were smaller, held staffs and fired something that resembled a Jutsu. They flooded the whole of Sunagakure with a massive water attack. Many drowned or were crushed.
Once the water was wet Gaara couldn't defend himself any longer and died, but not before saving many of us in one last attempt. We too haven't seen a leader”, she finished and breathed in and out for a few moments to calm down.
“And you Uzukage-san?”, asked A.
“We haven't seen the type that was described by Kazekage-san, only those of Iwa. They certainly were as fast as a regular Jonin. They also applied group tactics and their strength equals a Jonin as well.
Their distance attack is roughly on the level of a very high powered air bullet.
But there is the fact that they don't use Chakra”, I said. Those who haven't fought against them raised an eyebrow at this statement.
“Please explain, we were not sure, our sensors died”, asked Kitsuchi.
“I'm a sensor, so I felt that there was no Chakra in them. They also bear similarities to seals on their bodies, but way more detailed and in some way different.
However, I am also a Sage, I can feel nature Chakra and felt that these golem, as I like to call them, absorb the surrounding nature Chakra. They power themselves with it. Which is probably also why they are dysfunctional in Iwa. They sucked the nature Chakra out of the environment and shut down once there was not enough.

The leader we have seen was an elderly man with a long beard. He commanded these golem and we saw how he searched through the destroyed remains of the Uchiha clan. Must have searched for something. The Uchiha were one of the oldest clans in existence and had connections to the Sage of the Six Paths”, I explained. They looked interested in the connection of the Sage with the Uchiha.
“Wasn't the Sage of the Six Paths a myth?”, asked Mei.
“No, he was real. He was made the Bijuu and thought the people how to use Chakra. His eldest son was the first Uchiha, while his younger son was the first Senju”, I narrated.
“Unbelievable, then what would happen if an Uchiha and a Senju have a child?”, asked A highly interested.
“He would be able to use the Rinnegan”, I said while dropping my Rinne-Sharingan to the normal Rinnegan.
“So... you are the descendant of the Sage of the Six Paths?”, asked Temari in awe.
“Yes”, I simply said while reapplying the Rinne-Sharingan.
“What's with the red eyes?”, asked A with a frown.
“That is the next step. The sage did not have these eyes. His mother did, however. They can only be claimed when you are the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tailed Bijuu”, I said. All these information will hopefully make them more at ease with my proposition of creating one nation and then to lead this nation for some time.
“I thought you were the Jinchuriki of the Kyuubi”, said A and the others nodded.
“I certainly was at some point. But Kura-chan and I were able to gain the Chakra of each of the Bijuu, making her into the new Ten Tails. This was why B and Yugito were this weak for a few weeks. I took the Chakra of their Bijuu. Of course, it did not kill them or took the Bijuu from them permanently. B and Yugito were in full control after only three weeks. The rest is true to the other Jinchuriki I have faced, with the exception of the Three Tails. His Jinchuriki died”, I said. A and Kitsuchi bristled at my declaration. Obviously thinking that I attacked them, which was true in some way.
“They did not die because of me, but because Akatsuki had a plan to revive the Ten Tails. They wanted to use it as a weapon. Well, this was not a plan to my liking, as it would kill my dear wife, so I killed them. Akatsuki is no longer a problem”, I said and many took a sharp breath. Now they were correctly assuming that I was able to stop a whole organisation of S-Rank Ninja.
“Anyway, we came off of our topic. The golem are using nature Chakra, something that our seal masters quickly used for a counter. They have designed a seal that sucks our nature Chakra of the environment in a quick way.
The testing seals we have placed on some golem were a success and the construct shut down within seconds. The seal is also applied by a normal sealing tag”, I then said.
“You have to give us the seal”, demanded A.
“We don't have to do anything”, I began. A did not wait for me to continue and bashed the table in half, which naturally made the guards jump in front of their charges. All except Kura-chan, she had pointed the tip a tail at each of their throats.
“I would advise all of you to stay quiet while my husband speaks”, she said with a sweet fanged smile. Temari and Mei gulped audibly, while A sweated nervously. He must not have seen Kura-chan move.
All of them settled down and waited for me to continue.
“Thanks, Kura-chan. Where was I? Ah yes, we don't have to. But we would be willing in sharing such a seal if you all agree in an offer of mine”, I said. A gestured for me to continue, so I did with a smile.
“Uzu was mainly a watcher during this fourth Ninja war and we have seen that the current system is the same as the one that was in place during the first war.
I propose that we will unite every village under a single nation. There won't be any village like Suna, Uzu, Kumo, Iwa, Konoha or even one of the minor villages left. We will create one large empire. The villages can be changed into districts but they will essentially no longer be a nation of their own.
This will, if organised and ruled correctly, prevent any future war and a great step towards a better, more technologically advanced future”, I proclaimed and gestured grandly at a world map on the wall behind me.
“Let me guess, the ruler will be you and your wife? And this nation will be called Uzushiogakure?”, asked A dryly.
“Yes and no, the name is not decided. And my wife and I would take a leading position, however, not for ever. We would also not be the only one who leads. Only the only one with a final say in most minor things.
I thought about a ruling government consisting out of a Kage and civilian representative. At least in the beginning. There will be more positions the bigger we grow. This government will act as the ruling body, with me only being able to overrule in times of war and in case there is a dire national situation”, I further explained. Temari looked to be willing, Mei already knew about this and Kitsuchi looked to have resigned to such a fate for some time now.
A was not as agreeable. “I don't like this, Kumo was always independent”, he said with a deep frown.
“Agree or let it be. But know that you would be the only nation outside of this bond. Alone and not able to take advantage of the possibilities. You would be equal to each other partner and only my wife and I would be in a position over you. Not Uzushiogakure itself”, I argued.
“What about the minor villages?”, asked Mei.
“Spring is already somewhat of a partner with Uzu, they will agree. And the other main land villages are in no position to decline. They were attacked as well. So far the only nations not attacked are Kumo, Wave, Spring, Uzu, and Kiri. With the exception of Kumo, each of them is an island nation. It might be possible that these golem are not able to cross the sea. That or they simply want to finish with the mainland. Which would mean that Kumo is next on their list”, I answered. A paled somewhat.
“And I have your word that Kumo would not be ruled by you, but alongside every other?”, A asked after a long pause.
“Yes, each nation would decide together, with me only acting as the sole ruler in times of need”, I assured. It even was the truth. Ruling a nation the full time was boring. But having the option to do so is still good.
“I think it might be possible to agree if a contract is written. But first, we need to overcome the danger of these golem. What can we do? We have a possible counter, but no knowledge of their base and agenda, other than the destruction of our world”, relented A. He looked tired after this statement as if he has fought heavily with himself. All this patriotism is stupid in my opinion.
“He might have his base in the mountains of Iwa, that was where he first attacked. And that is where the attacks spread out from”, offered Kitsuchi.
“I agree, we should scout the mountains”, said Temari.
“Good, then lets set up some teams to do so”, agreed Mei. It was then when I decided to act. I only looked at the connection to my clone with one eye and refocused on my real body, with whom I dropped three thousand golem over Uzu. They fell down and hit the ground hard. They then instantly stated their start of the eradication of every Qi user and started to kill.
Loud explosions followed and the Kage rushed out of the Kage tower. They saw how the village was attacked by the unknown force.

The Deathseeker [Under Revision]
NOTE: This story has dark elements, but it's neither grimdark nor particularly edgy. It's also currently being revised. Satan's Axe...Lord of High Honor...The Immortal Giant...The Black Maelstrom...Son of Thunderfield...The Gods' Retribution. Dalric had many names. None were as fitting as his last, Dalric the Deathseeker. Born from an unwanted mating between the greatest warriors of the time, death was his only true kin. It birthed him, molded him, and now standing in the middle of a lifeless battlefield, it drenched him. The blood of thousands of soldiers soaked his skin. Two hundred thousand men approached him that day. All of them sought his life, none of them left with theirs. But they would not die in vain, they had accomplished their mission. Hidden beneath a thousand layers of their blood, was Dalric's very own. Feeling his life fade, he gazed weakly at his work. A seemingly endless array of corpses laid battered and disfigured before him. Some bore faces of horror, most had no face at all. His most trusted companion floated in front of him, blocking the view. Waves of sorrow flowed between them. “My time has finally come. I’ve begged for death and it’s finally arrived. My work is done...and so is yours. You’re free to be who you were meant to.” With his contract with the gods fulfilled, they were truly free. The centuries of torment would end. No longer would they have to walk the path of a monster. Little did Dalric know, the devil was in the details. What To Expect: A good time. In a few more words than that, a cast of believable characters in a unique world dealing with conflicts and problems a little bit more complex than punching the big evil guy in the face. Debut: the day every young gentleperson of age gathers to receive their Spirit Blessing and shift for the first time into their second form. Except for those who don't. Beatrice's worst fear is to be one of the unlucky few trapped perpetually in a human body, cut off from the magic of the spirits and unfit for any respectable pack or pride. But when the time comes to face her fear, the outcome is one she never could have imagined. Be warned, this story is some highly experimental fluff—an unapologetically girly, unrelentingly bisexual, Regency/Victorian-ish fantasy mish-mash. It does have a dark side, though, so don’t come in expecting all sunshine and roses. Worthy of note, given the reputation of shifter stories: there will be no explicit sex in this tale. There will, however, be lots of polyamorous romance, necromancy, portal magic, capricious spirits, elemental mages, an unconventional take on shifters and a highly ordered society built around their existence.
