Third Person's POV;

Dexter's precautions before the fight were good and stopped Obito and Zetsu from being able to reach the fight through their abilities, but this didn't mean that it was left unnoticed.

There were many things that told the world of the battle. The first and most visible was the destroyed coastline on many islands. The tsunami that rolled over Yuugao's watching point didn't stop there, it continued and wrecked havoc on nearby fisher villages and some port towns. A wave, almost 5 meters high, swept outwards from the Bijuudama created explosions and killed hundreds of people.

The mainland was left unharmed, but only thanks for the small islands that were blocking the wave like a natural wall.

The next thing were the tremors that earth Chakra user all around the world felt. Kurama's Bijuudama and the stray Bijuudama that flew off in the distance hit an island. The explosions were felt even by sensitive Ninja in Iwagakure.

And lastly, the simply massive Chakra output from both combatants could be felt by sensors. Yuugao and Ao felt the brunt of this and could attest to their monstrosity. But also sensors in Konoha, Uzushiogakure, Kumo and some even in Kiri have felt it.

Naturally, the leaders wanted to know what happened and who was involved.

-Kumogakure, Office of the Raikage;

“Bro I think I know what it was that is giving you a headache like normally only I can do”, spoke B in an unusually serious tone.

“And?”, asked A, somewhat surprised that his brother wasn't attempting to rap.

“Eight'o says it was Nine'o that is pissed at someone of the other tailo's. The thing is, only Nine'o survived to tell the tale”, explained B. He was somewhat worried, what the ox told him left only one reason for the Chakra spikes. The fight between two Jinchuriki, two strong one at that.

“Our sensors told me that the spikes happened in Kiri, that means that it was either the six-tailed or three tailed Jinchuriki. The position of the six-tailed isn't known, so he might have stumbled over him. Something happened and they fought, leaving only Dexter behind.

The other possibility is that Dexter fought against the Mizukage and won. This would create a power vacuum in Kiri, something that the rebels would want to take advantage of”, thought A out loud.

“But wasn't Nine'o in Konoha? What is he doing out in Kiri, brawling with Bijuu?”, asked B.

“You remember what he told us? That he was going to rebuild Uzu? I think he is pushing his plans forward now. Uzushiogakure is already back as a known factor in the world, don't know how he did it, but the village is strong and rumored to be on the same level as before their first downfall. Only that they are now not as reclusive and closed up.

Our own seal masters confessed to feel like new born babies when they see some of their seals. We're profiting heavily from our pre-agreed alliance, it was a good trade”, said A.

B nodded, remembering well how easily the small child beat his inner demon and then gained control over the strongest Bijuu like it was a walk in the park. He also knew about the Uzukage, how there were rumors of his hands in the death of the late Third Hokage.

He was sure that Dexter Uzumaki was someone who could fight him at least evenly, even if he goes full out. He didn't know who would win, but he knew that it wouldn't be an easy fight.

Eight'o told him of the strength of the Kyuubi and he wasn't keen on being on the receiving end of this strength. No no, that he would let go.

“I'm glad that we are allied with him”, he then said silently.

“Yes, but how for how long?”, commented A who had heard his silent words. Both men stayed silent for a long moment after that and then with a sigh began to create plans against their current ally. That and there were reports about Shimura Danzo becoming the fifth Hokage. Danzo is known for his war favoring views. It seemed like the future will hold troublesome times for the Elemental Nations.

- Otogakure, a dark laboratory;

“Kabuto, how much progress did you have with the new project?”, asked Orochimaru in a pained voice, his arms were hurting and drugs could only do so much in easing the pain.

He would be forced to take a new body soon.

“We have made some tests that gave us some promising results. Fewer test subjects died with the new change of your seal Orochimaru-sama. Only 50% died, rather than the previous 90%”, answered Kabuto. He was standing in front of his master and had a scroll with current developments in his hands.

“Good, what else?”, asked the Sannin from his throne like chair.

“Yukimaru and Guren were sent to the meeting place”, continued Kabuto with an evil smirk.

“Very well, can I assume that they are prepared accordingly?”. This question was confirmed with a nod and Orochimaru gestured for Kabuto to continue.

“The Chakra spikes in the land of Mist couldn't be identified, but only something of Kage level or a Bijuu could have done such a thing. Our sensors think it were two Jinchuriki fighting against each other”. Orochimaru hummed in acknowledgment of this new information but stayed otherwise silent, so Kabuto continued.

“There was also a messenger from Danzo, he wants to speak with you. It's about Jiraiya and something else that he wants to discuss in private”. Kabuto glanced up from the scroll to see the expression of his master. It was emotionless and didn't show anything, but he knew from experience that his master was interested.

They had some dealings with the old war hawk of Konoha, the last one was during their invasion.

Danzo helped them gaining entry into the village, which made it easier for them to bring more troops.

It was only thanks to Jiraiya's spy network that they weren't able to do more damage.

“Send an envoy to him, tell him I am willing to listen. This also means that we will change some of our plans. Prepare Hashirama's cells, it might not be the perfect solution, but it's better than what I have now”, ordered Orochimaru. He then began to think about the coming operation and his plan to get his hands on Sasuke. Maybe he could get the boy through Danzo?

“Yes Orochimaru-sama”. Kabuto bowed and left the room, he had to prepare a difficult operation and there were still some experiments to be finished. The latest curse mark may leave more subjects alive, but 50% death rate was still too high for their liking. If they want to create the perfect weapon for Orochimaru then only less than 10% was acceptable.

- Amegakure, a high tower;

Zetsu, Obito and Pain were also disguising the recent changes in the world. The latest thing worried Zetsu and Obito more than Pain. They were the first to have found out that they couldn't gain access to Uzushiogakure, no matter how hard they tried, it was as if a barrier was blocking them. Neither Obito's dimension travel nor Zetsu's ground shifting allowed them to reach the island.

And Pain confirmed their worries, there were multiple barriers around Uzushiogakure. The one that was blocking them was the biggest, with multiple smaller ones interwoven. None of their members was a true master in seals, but with the help of Sasori and Pain, they were able to find out that the second outer barrier would alarm Uzu of their intrusion. Then there were Genjutsu barriers meant to hide the village, Chakra blocking barriers and other seal domes that they couldn't identify.

They also found out that the seal that was blocking Zetsu and Obito was only doing that, blocking both of them, but no one else. This means that it was specially designed against them. This worried them heavily because it means that there was someone in Uzushiogakure that knew of them and their ability to travel fast and unhindered from one place to another.

And they found the same barrier when they tried to watch the fight, neither Obito nor Zetsu could go near enough to see who was fighting. So they tasked Itachi and Kisame to find out who was there. Itachi's crows weren't able to fly over, the tornados and fast winds that were coming from the fight made this impossible. But Kisame's sharks were able. They informed him about a giant three tailed turtle. But they could only catch a glimpse of the other fighter. It was only once in the water and even then not long enough to clearly see it. It was something equally big, it also glowed green and orange and was humanoid, however, that was all they could see.

There were two possibilities for their unknown combatant. It was either a flying boss summon or another Bijuu fought against the Sanbi. They didn't know which one, but it was likely the seven tails. It was the only Bijuu that could fly and all Bijuu were somewhat equally in height.

The death of Yagura was only a small set back for their plans, his use expired long ago and the blood war did for what it was intended.

Kiri lost many of their blood lines and wouldn't be a problem for many years to come. Too many to stop their plan.

However, they had a problem with Uzushiogakure and their possible knowledge about them. Sasori was trying to get a spy in, but so far they could only reach the port town in Wave. Not a single one managed to get on the island of Uzu itself. Everyone they send by boat or via water walking died by the whirlpools or was found and executed.

And they didn't want to risk springing any seals by simply going there othemselves. The prowess that the Uzumaki had in seals was too high of a risk for a simple spy mission.

The risk would only be acceptable if they go in and out with at least two teams.

And there were simply too many too important missions to spare such manpower.

So it was decided to watch Uzu for afar and note any changes.

It seems that there will be at least a new war, with Danzo as the Hokage war is inevitable.

Sasori already began his preparations of creating sparks to ignite the flames of war.

- Land of Fire, a small town; Two weeks Later:

“Jiraiya, how long do we need to search for Tsunade? I mean the newest rumor is still two years old. Couldn't she simply have died? I mean she was known for her gambling habits, it's possible that someone got rid of her for not paying her debts”, grumbled Dexter's blood clone. He was sick of walking around and asking for large chested blond women.

He still needed to plan his death so that Konoha wouldn't search for him.

“No Gaki, Tsunade isn't someone who would get simply killed, and even if, there would have been rumors. She was too well known to simply die unnoticed. She's out there and we have to find her”, replied Jiraiya. But he too began to worry. If they don't manage to find Tsunade then he would have to accept the place as the next Hokage, that or Danzo would get it. And that was something that he couldn't allow.

“Fine”. Dexter kept following the white haired man and began to think about other ways of getting away from Konoha, he might be able to poison Jiraiya and then kill him. True, there will be search parties, but you can't find something that no longer exists. Amaterasu is such a fine garbage removal Jutsu.

Hmm, maybe he could instigate a fight with the two dozen Jonin ranked Ninja that were trailing them for some time now?

They are good enough to not get seen by Jiraiya, keeping their distance constantly at a few kilometers. They were still not able to hide from Dexter's sensing skills.
