《Dex's Adventure Through The Elemental Nations (Completed)》Chapter 45

Third Person's POV;

Dexter's clone stood in the door frame, Itachi, and Kisame on the other side. Kisame wore his fanged grin, while Itachi held a stoic and emotionless expression.

“Itachi?”, asked Dexter a little surprised. He assumed that they will show up around this time, but he did not expect them to know of him.

“Surprised? You know Dexter-kun, I thought long and hard about the things that happened during the Uchiha massacre. And I came to only one sound conclusion. You were the one who interfered and took the five children, as well as my mother away”, said Itachi in his monotone voice.

“What are you speaking about Itachi?”, asked Kisame from the side he was, for a lack of better words, shocked by Itachi's accusation. This child wasn't older than 13, the massacre happened years ago. Itachi did warn him that the gaki would be stronger than a Genin, but an interference in the massacre was beyond any Genin or Chunin.

“Huh, so how did you figure it out?”, asked Dexter suddenly in a way more serious and mature way.

“Only you know of a Henge Jutsu that can both fool the Sharingan and the Byakugan. And the Blood Clone you used to impersonate my mother had one significant flaw”, said Itachi and Kisame was taken aback. This child a part in Itachi's reason for becoming a missing nin? The worst was that he had to accept it, he smelled no lie, neither from the gaki nor from Itachi.

“Ohohoh, this will be interesting”, he chuckled. Samehada was all giddy with the promising feast that this Jinchuriki would give it.

“And that was? Please tell me, I don't want to repeat the mistake”, Dexter said interested. Itachi was always pictured as one of the best Ninja in Naruto. In truth, Dexter liked him. Itachi was strong, intelligent and had some cool abilities. Sadly he was also as loyal to Konoha as possible.

“Simple, Mother had bruises all over her body, but your clone didn't move like it had. This showed me that the mother I killed wasn't my real mother. Tell me, what happened to her?”, he explained.

“She's safe and is taking care of the children I took. They are now away from Konoha and it's traitorous ways”, Dexter simply said.

“Huh, this gaki is something. You sure that he isn't older than he looks?”, asked Kisame amused.

“I don't know”, admitted Itachi. Stunning Kisame again, he intended for his question to be rhetorically and Itachi knew that.

“Well, it matters not. You have to come with us”, Itachi then said and a fully matured Sharingan activated.

“But I want to take a nap, why can't we just part ways and you visit at a later time?”, whined Dexter. The shoe, the original Dexter, under the bed watched silently.

“Itachi, he doesn't need his legs does he?”, asked Kisame with a grin. He unstrapped his sword and, before anyone could react, killed the blood clone. Samehada ripped through his midsection and shredded skin, bones and organs alike. The upper half tilted to the side and hit the floor in a bloody mess of spilled organs with a wet sound.

“Kisame! Our target was needed alive”, growled Itachi. The shoe was kinda shocked to see his clone killed. That wasn't anticipated.

°Move! I think the sword is able to sense you°, commanded Kurama hurriedly. Dexter did as his lover told him and the shoe jumped upwards and flew right at Itachi's nose.

The S-Rank Ninja had only enough time to tilt backward, so that the shoe wouldn't break his nose and only scratch him.

Now without an object in its way the shoe flew right out of the room and against the opposite door. There it stuck on it for a short moment, before again jumping off, this time down the corridor.

However, its flight was stopped suddenly when another Uchiha came running around the corner.

°What's with all these Uchiha in my way? Who's next? Mikoto?°, grumbled Dexter to Kurama.

Poor Sasuke wasn't as quick as his brother and was hit right in the face by the incoming shoe.

He grunted in pain and looked down at the piece of footwear, before remembering why he was here. He glared upwards and saw his nemesis, his enemy, his brother.

“Itachi!”, he screamed and activated a Chidori. The loud bird chirping noise drowned his other screamed sentences while he rushed at his brother. His whole focus lied on Itachi and his death.

“Foolish brother”, mumbled Itachi, before softly punching the spear formed hand, that held the Chidori, into the corridor wall. The wall was pierced without resistance and the Chidori ended.

Sasuke was shocked to see that his most deadly Jutsu wouldn't even scratch his brother. He knew that he might not be able to kill him, he knew it since he watched the Uzukage's fight. But he was sure to at least wound him.

Any other act on Sasuke's part was prevented by Itachi's hit on his neck. He blacked out and crumbled down.

“I don't want to disturb your family reunion, but the shoe got away”, grinned Kisame.

Itachi looked up and sure enough, no shoe in sight. “And why did you not chase him?”, asked Itachi, already forming plans to find Dexter.

Over the years he learned that Dexter was way more that what he showed to Konoha. He spied on him with his ravens and saw him changing into the Uzukage, watched how he used Jutsu and skills on the level of a Kage. And he saw the Rinnegan and then the other form of Dexter's eyes.

He wasn't sure if he should tell Madara yet, he knew that Madara would try to recruit him. The shared hatred for Konoha would be an easily found weakness to exploit for the ancient Ninja.

But there was also Zetsu, the spy surely knows about Dexter as well. So maybe Madara wouldn't recruit him?

“After him”, spoke Itachi in a soft but commanding tone. Kisame grinned and unwrapped Samehada fully. The scaled sword made bickering noises and Kisame grunted before turning right at the end of the corridor. There he jumped out of the window and landed on the street.

Some civilians began to scream at his and his swords sight and the street quickly cleared.

“Come out come out wherever you are”, said Kisame in a sing-song voice and listened to Samehada's directions. Itachi also jumped out of the window and landed softly next to Kisame.

“And?”, he then asked the fish man.

“He's hiding”, answered Kisame. He then walked up to a store and looked down at the wares. Samehada told him that he was under the bunch of cheap jewelry, so he did the first thing that came into his mind. He raised his sword and smashed it down on the table.

The weak wood held no quarter against one of the legendary seven swords and was ripped into splinters. Jewelry flew up and one of the pieces was aiming right at his eye. It was too fast for him to evade and he closed the one eye in hope that his shark skin would save it.

The piercing pain never came because Itachi grabbed the golden badge out of the air. It then vanished in a puff of smoke and Itachi had a pile of dog shit in his hands.

“He's mocking us!”, grunted Kisame. He was pissed. This gaki might be better than most other gakis, but he was still a gaki and should act like a good gaki and die. Or get himself at least crippled.

“We have to go, Jiraiya must've noticed by now what happened”, said Itachi who grabbed Kisame by the arm. Kisame was fuming in anger and had every intention of hunting the child down, but he knew that a fight with Jiraiya, so close to Konoha, wouldn't be healthy. Even for them.

“This is not over gaki! I will get you and then Samehada will rip you to shreds!”, shouted Kisame before he left with Itachi on a summoned giant raven.

Not twenty seconds later and Jiraiya came running to the destroyed store.

“Fuck!, did they get him?”, he asked no one specific and looked around for any signs.

A small puff of smoke announced the release of a Henge and Jiraiya whirled around. Out of the cloud came Dexter.

“So the legendary looser finally decides to show himself”, he asked and glared at a sheepishly looking Jiraiya.

“They got me with an unbeatable trap”, said the white-haired man in defense.

“I'm sure they did”, scoffed Dexter, not believing him.

“DYNAMIC ENTRY!”, shouted someone suddenly and Jiraiya was kicked by a flying double kick to the head. The attacker was no one other than the Green Beast of Konoha, Might Guy. Jiraiya shot off like a missile and hit the wall of the tavern they were planning to rest inside before Itachi and Kisame came. The wall had now a hole and a twitching arm was the only visible part of the kicked man.

“Dexter-kun, are you alright!?”, asked Guy and looked frantically over Dexter for any kind of wounds.

“Yes Guy-sensei, they didn't get me. By the way, the one you kicked away was Jiraiya”, replied Dexter with a small giggle.

“I did? Anyway, Itachi and another guy sneaked into Konoha, they searched for you and Sasuke got wind of it. He rushed off to hunt him down”, said Guy, instantly dismissing the small groans of pain that came from the wall.

“Yes, I saw him. Itachi knocked him out, he should be up in an hour or two”, confirmed Dexter.

“You saw them? Where are they?”, asked Guy, now looking around for anything that possibly might harm his student.

“They fled, just before Jiraiya came. Thanks for coming”, said Dexter. He then turned around and walked up to the hole. Jiraiya was in the process of releasing himself from the hole and managed to get free just before Guy and Dexter reached him.

“Was that necessary Guy?”, he then asked and gave the spandex clad man a fierce glare.

“Sorry, thought you were one of the bad guys”, apologized Guy.

“I better take Sasuke and get back to Konoha”, he then said, gave a wink to Dexter and walked inside the tavern.

Dexter and Jiraiya were left on the street, now completely alone.

“Ehehe, well, I got news about Tsunade. A source told me she was seen near wave. We're leaving tomorrow”, he then said sheepishly. Dexter continued with his glare in hope to get rid of the old man.

“I think, yes I have some research to do, go and do whatever kids like you do”, he then said without looking at Dexter and walked off towards the red light part of the town.

°He's annoying°, muttered Kurama and Dexter nodded in agreement.

“But now that he's gone we can go as well, I'll just leave another clone in my place and then we're off to Kiri. I promised Zabuza to help him with the rebellion. And it's also our first target for the empire plan°, said Dexter before jumping upwards through the window. He walked back into their room, sealed the remains of his blood clone in a scroll and then took another one out of a second seal.

“You know what you have to do, act like a mostly mature teenager, be a little stronger that the average Chunin and learn the Rasengan in two weeks or so. Once you get the memories of our finished mission you are allowed to kill yourself”, ordered Dexter.

“Yes Boss, am I allowed to annoy the heck out of him?”, asked the clone.

“Sure, give him hell”, chuckled Dexter. He then used a Hiraishin mark near the border of Kiri to get close to his destination. He then released his Henge and put his mask on. The Rinne-Sharingan was activated and he was on his way to Kiri. Maybe he could find Zabuza without using the seal? It would be more interesting.

Change of POV:

Yuugao's POV;

“Come out Yuugao-chan, let's have some fun”, called one of my teammates mockingly. He and the rest of my three man team were on a mission near Kiri. Danzo, the bastard of an acting Hokage, ordered my team to track some Kiri rebels down that came too near to our border. Hayate and Genma were aiding us. It should have been a quick hunt of nearby Kiri rebels, nothing problematic. But then, just when we put our gear down for a rest, my teammates attacked Hayate, Genma and me.

Genma was instantly dead, a sword pierced his spine. Hayate managed to block the first sword strike at him but received a nasty slice from a follow-up. The sword of my third team mate was faster than me and he cut open my vest. Luckily I was able to jump back and managed to kick my attacker into a tree. I then grabbed Hayate for a rushed flight. Kunai flew past us and nicked us more than once.

Worse, Hayate will slowly bleed out if I don't manage to stop the blood. But our attackers are too close for us to stop. I think that my bastards of teammates are only toying with us. I shouldn't be able to outrun them with a someone wounded on my back.

“Yuugao-chan”, began Hayate. I know what he will say and stopped him instantly;” No, I won't leave you”, I hissed.

“I thank you*cough* for your faith in me*cough*”, he chuckled, “But there is a seal in my left breast pocket, activate it”, he continued and fell into a coughing fit. He tried to suppress it, but I am sure we were heard.

“Aha, found you”. Panda, the heavy hitter of my ex-team, jumped down in front of us and wiggled a finger in a mock chiding.

“We can't have you leave now Yuugao-chan. You see, Danzo wants you out of the way”, he boasted.

“Why would he do that? We are loyal to Konoha”, I asked, while trying to fiddle with Hayate's vest in a way that wouldn't be noticed.

“That's the point, you are loyal to Konoha, not Danzo. He wants to have the Kyuubi brat and you are in the way”, he said and his eyes glinted evilly.

“Naruto is dead”, I said hoping that he doesn't know. I now had my hand in Hayate's vest and felt for a seal.

“I know as well as you do that the Kyuubi-brat isn't dead. Danzo knows this as well and wants to control its power. You know how this is done. We will isolate the child, put him under a Genjutsu and let him speak with someone that is Henged as you. We will then slowly drug him and release one part of the Henge after the other while brainwashing him into a mindless puppet. Then, once the Henge is fully released, he will think the other to be you and will follow every of her commands.

And the best thing is the ultimate test, we will put you in a room with him and order him to kill you. He won't even notice to killed his own sister”. Panda began to laugh evilly.

My fingers then finally felt paper and I pumped Chakra into the piece of paper. Hoping to have found the seal and not a paper bomb.

I prayed that the seal will help us, but wasn't confident. At best it would be a camouflage seal and they would be able to react fast enough to stop any attempts of another flight.

A yellow-reddish flash blinded me momentarily and I had to blink a few times. We were still in the same spot and still visible. But there was a wall of fur in front of me. The fur moved a bit and I noticed that the wall was made out of yellow-orange tails. Nine in total.

“Hayate?”, asked the wall. All of us were too stunned to do anything, except for watching what will happen.

“*Cough* Dexter, they attacked us”, said Hayate weakly. I looked back at my boyfriend, asking him with a stare what he meant by Dexter and then back at the wall of fur. Only that in place of it were now the legs of a man. I looked up, directly into purple eyes that had rings with tomoes in them. The face was hidden by a fierce mask. The eyes of this masked man focused on me and I tried to hide my bare chest from his view.

Suddenly a shock wave of Chakra blasted out of the man. The Chakra that flooded out of him was red and swished around him like angry tentacles. It felt almost suffocating so much Chakra poured out of him. His eyes glowed in anger and he turned around with a deep growl.

“Who attacked my sister!?”.
