《A Girl's, Unusual Existence》* Chapter 10.2 – Reservations

The panel door is gently closed by a maid keeping the cold winter’s night away. The children had long since departed, but still, the two familiar figures of those two women could still be seen. Nuo nervously watches the silent figure of Ehuang wordlessly swishing her tea in hand. The tea had long since gone cold, but Ehuang did not stop, keeping her gaze firmly fixed on the green turbulent waters.
The green tea suddenly comes to a halt almost spilling over the rim. Ehuang serenely places the teacup onto the table and says, “It’s fine, Nuo. There is no need to worry that anything will suddenly change. The child will naturally be wary after all this time, but it is common given what the poor thing has gone through. Still-, we should remain vigilant lest anything change.”
Nuo hesitates for a second before agreeing, “Yes, there is wisdom in that, but can I-, we truly do not?”
Ehuang unapologetically rises to her feet leaving Nuo still sitting on the ground. “Nuo, we have already discussed this. There is no point in fighting a losing battle. Neither, you and I can change the decision that has been made. You should know that better than anyone,” Ehuang softly spoke over her shoulder, before signaling for the maid to open the doors and escort her guest out. Ehuang disappears further into her quarters leaving a rather sorry still figure.
The maid patiently waits for Nuo to rise on her own and departing least she invokes the wrath of one of the manor’s madam’s. The maid gracefully escorts Nuo out of the quarters, before returning to gather the items off the table. With a grumble, the maid hastily, but carefully gathers the dishes on the table.
It was late and would have been in bed if not for the madams. Nonetheless, it was an honor to serve them and even more so given the events of today. Perking up with gossip, the maid hurriedly finishes her task, before departing into the night. It wouldn’t take very long her the gossip of the youngest miss dining with madams to reach every corner of the house.

Dust: A Romantic Apocalyptic LitRPG Novel
When a strange dust storm hits the Berkeley campus, a thousand years of technological progress are wiped out in a matter of hours. Two students, socially anxious Alf and triple-amputee Blix, must fight for survival while clouds of swirling dust turn their safe, familiar world into a monster-filled apocalypse. Then, because things aren't crazy enough, a female voice inside Alf’s head claims he's her avatar. If he doesn't keep her entertained, she'll take back the controls. WARNING: If you like stories that start out with perfect, over-powered, emotionally withdrawn alpha male protagonists, this story isn't for you. If you like stories that start out with physically perfect, demure, wilting-violet female protagonists, this story also isn't for you. If you're looking for harems or murderhoboes or objectification or porn, then you should probably look elsewhere. But if you are a romantic and have the patience to watch two imperfect characters blossom over time, then welcome to my world.

I Have to Text my Ex, or the World Explodes
Do you have an anus? If you do, here's a great little nonsensical story for you to turn off your brain and read while you're stuck in the toilet with nothing to do. Here's the premise of my new story: Andrew Garage thought he was the Chosen One.Stuck in a time loop that reset whenever a meteor crashed to Earth, he was determined to save mankind and get himself out of the loop. On his seventh try, he finally eliminated the catastrophic meteorite with an Antimatter Gun.However, a self-proclaimed Goddess suddenly appeared and sent Andrew back into the loop again because he saved the world 'the wrong way'. As Andrew bitterly scavenged for solutions, he found out that the reason the meteor kept crashing into Earth because. . . he kept ignoring his exes' texts. Great for people with anuses and people who want to destroy meteorites. Not recommended for people who expect actual logic like NOT winning the lottery five times in a row.

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.

The Dungeon's Escapee
An Earthling, a Summer Elf, and the only male Phoenix in existence walk into a Dungeon... Okay, maybe they don't really do it so much for glory but rather because it's their job, and maybe they weren't really together, and some of them were actually walking out. Enter the world of Cespes, a land of magic, mystery, and monsters. Now, the Ancient Gods have gone silent even as magic enters the Golden Era. The Avish Empire might have fallen four thousand years ago, yet much of society remains fragmented, even as they share more cultural ties than ever before. Adventurers have always formed parties. Now, there are Dungeons, dark, grey blobs that dominate Kingdom maps and kill everything within sight. Yet, beyond even these obvious places of danger entwined with fortune, a forgotten evil rears its head after fermenting for millennia. A call for heroes has arrived. Warning: This story is written in the first and third person with multiple POVs. I will try to publish at least once every two weeks, if not more. Cover art by: [email protected]
