《Kingdoms Online》Enclave Isles

When Luke's friends were all playing Kingdoms Online he would spend his time studying or surfing the KO forums. After reviewing the races when he first thought of joining he decided to choose the Vampire race. Once he had made his mind up on which race he would want to play, he began searching through the forums for any information he could find from players who were playing as Vampires.
One of the first things he had found was a map that a VIP Player had posted. It seems he used a map skill to make it and then he copied it from his recorded gameplay for a few curious people who were interested in also becoming Vampires. This Player had posted the map and the names of the five clan towns located on what was called Enclave Isles.

Enclave Isles is the starting place for any Player who chose the Vampire race. Luke had found out that anyone who became a Vampire would be teleported to one of these five clans after taking their test and choosing this race.
--------------------[]--------------------
When Luke returned from classes he was excitedly greeted by his girlfriend when he walked through the door. She was excited because just a few hours earlier the delivery techs had installed two brand new Gate Gear VR capsules in their guest bedroom.
Once they had briefly looked over the manuals left behind by the techs the two of them climbed into the capsules and connected to the game. They both ended up in Faith's temple at the same time, but they were not together. It seemed that whenever a player joined the game they were sent to their own individual instance of the temple so that players could not interfere with one another or help each other on the test they took to determine their starting skills.
The two of them were lucky enough to be sent to The Scarlet Kiss Clan after finishing up with their tests and character creations. It wasn't that The Scarlet Kiss Clan was any better than the clans they were just happy to be together and did not need to try and search for one another right after joining the game.
As Luke and his girlfriend explored the town and shops they asked people friendly enough to talk to them about the town and the Enclave Isles. They found out that the land was inhabited by monsters and primitive human tribes.
From what they were told these five Vampire clans often fought each other over borders disputes and for who would have control of certain human tribes. The AI people of the clan explained that the Vampire clans fed on these human tribes without killing them so each clan tried to claim ownership over as many tribes as they could.

While the two of them were gathering information they also used their starting funds to buy armor and weapons. While they walked from one shop to the next they began to notice that the heavy fog that surrounded the town seemed to block out the sun rays enough to protect them and the other Vampires on the street from taking damage.
Luke curiously asked one of the merchant about them not being injured from the fog and, they were told that the Enclave Isles were always covered in heavy fog during the daytime. It seems the game lore was that the Vampires had found this Island centuries ago and made it their home.
The land seemed to be located in the perfect area where warm air flowing up from the southern ocean mixed with cool air that came from the Northern main continent and created the constant daytime fog. When Luke thought about it, he figured that the game was probably programmed to create the fog so that the AI Vampires would not be trapped indoors all day long.
After Luke and his girlfriend had secured an inn room they left the security of town to explore and hunt in the surrounding wilderness. Luke scanned through his menus as they walked toward the gate to try and learn what options he had available to him. He soon found the Vampire Race Menu and opened it up to see if he could learn anything he did not know yet.
Spoiler: Vampire Race Menu. Vampire Race

We may not be able to wear heavy armors but it looks like Vampires are agile fighting machines. Some of these Instinctive Abilities are amazing. We can climb buildings with ease, run at a full sprint over rough and uneven terrain, and make ninety degree turns at a full sprint. I'm going to have to test some of this out when we get outside of town. Luke thought while he closed his Race Menu and opened his inventory.
The couple equipped their new armor and weapons and walked north hunting animals and low-level monsters as they explored. They made their way further north across the open plain occasionally spotting wild horses, buffalo, deer, and a mixed variety of small game. Luke used his knife to skin the animals for their meat and fur and his girlfriend was surprisingly ok with it. This was a girl that would freak out if she saw a spider in the house and ask him to get rid of it but there she was now standing over his shoulder watching everything he was doing.
Luke ended up acquiring the Field Dress skill and his girlfriend actually decided to clean and skin a few animals so that she could also get the same skill and help him out. She figured that if they both got good at skinning and quartering they would be able to make a little extra money from selling the high-quality furs and meat to butchers.
Luke just shook his head while she struggled through the process without any complaints and even though her first few attempts were piss poor he was quite proud of her. Once the sun had set the fog seemed to roll away and the sky and the surrounding terrain became much more visible. The two of them soon took notice that their bodies felt even more powerful than they did during the day.
They both put away their weapons and decided to have some fun sprinting north until they reached the trees. Luke easily scaled the side of a tree and began jumping from one tree to the next and then circled back to his girlfriend.
His girlfriend asked how the hell he did that why laughing at what she had just seen. Luke then taught her how to pull to up the Vampire Race Menu so that she could also see all the different things that Vampires could do.
As they ran through the forest having fun they spotted lights through the trees and headed toward them. It seemed they were having so much fun messing around with their Vampire strengths that they had made it to the next town. Luke remembering the map he had saved on his computer knew that this town was run by "The Immortal Ancestry Clan". They were unsure if their starting town had any grievances with this one and really didn't care if they did they walked through the forest curiously toward the town to find out if it might be a better place than The Scarlet Kiss Clan's town.
This forest town was Architecturally different from their original starting town. The first town's buildings were made of stone and the entire town had a gothic medieval vibe. The town they just found focused on wood for the main material they used for the buildings. It was a quaint forest town that seemed like the type of town people would visit on their vacations or spend their honeymoon.
Even though they had already paid for a room at an Inn before they left the Scarlet Kiss town they decided to find another room in this Immortal Ancestry town. They had traveled so far north and it was already dark out now if they were to head back to the starting town they were unsure if the Inn they rented the room from would even have anyone working who could give them their room key.
They stopped and asked someone who looked to be a town guard where they could find an Inn and they were given directions to one a few streets away. When they found the Inn they went inside and paid for a room for the night and went directly to their room. The two of them decided to disconnect from the game so that they could start making dinner after they investigated the room and laid down on the bed. The couple unequipped their gear and then Luke leaned over to blow out the candles on the nightstand.
