Thank you for bringing your concerns to the board’s attention. We are familiar with the situation at Chicago Pod Complex 658. Ms. Trompswitch has kept us informed. The maintenance budget was calibrated with known mean time between failures and equipment inventory.

Additionally, the budget has been appropriated correctly. There were several unavoidable costs that consumed the budget before you were hired. If you had spoken to Ms. Trompswitch professionally, or your colleagues, you would know more funds will be available this coming month.

Your inability to communicate effectively and execute your job duties is troubling. Ms. Cross, please consider this a notice of our intent to terminate you from your position.
