Day 65
This morning Tiddol and her party got back, along with a couple other people. They didn't stay long, leaving almost immediately.
They did, however, tell me what was going on. Those people were mercenaries, they were planning on diving into the dungeon that took Lesys from them, and killing it.
I didn't get much of a chance to respond, or to say anything for that matter.
Other than that, I decided to take a break from practicing magic. Doing the same thing every day gets tedious no matter how much you enjoy it.
I played around, cooked a bit, with no noticeable improvement, and fed the trees.
Willow tried to cook, only to strike a pork chop with lightning, turning the outside to ash and doing nothing to the inside, it wasn't even warm. She started laughing at this, it was almost childlike. Which makes sense considering everything, but she is definitely more knowledgeable than I was at her age, more mature too, so it's easy to forget.
Anyway, Good Night Diary
Day 66
Today Willow, Par, and I played tag, at Willow’s request. I had only a slight advantage. We kept it to the grove because I won’t leave it. In the beginning I dominated, and by that I mean I didn’t get tagged once, then Willow managed to tag Par, who went straight for me. Despite my advantages, he was way too fast for me, in the end, I got tagged after running away for a while.
This went on from breakfast to lunch, ending because Willow got hungry. It was an interesting dynamic, Par was physically far beyond either of us, so he could usually catch us with a bit of effort, Willow was clever, she seemed to learn quickly and used everything at her disposal to evade or capture us pretty well, and I just had my innate abilities and advantages inside the grove. Overall we were pretty evenly matched.

From lunchtime till a little before now I practiced manipulating plants. I want to learn how to manipulate creatures other than plants, but I have no idea how I would get started on that, so I figured if I pretty much master plant manipulation then manipulating other creatures should be a bit easier, or so I hope.
Mostly I just got used to my sudden jump in control from two days ago, it is definitely noticeable, but not extreme. It’s what I imagine would be easily achieved from an inspiration of some sort. If before I could make a flower go from seed to blooming in the time it takes me to count to one hundred, now it takes me till I count to ninety-three.
That's it for today. I think I'm going to grab a snack before bed today, some of those berries would be great. Anyway, Good Night Diary.

Rise of the Archon (Rewrite)
In the Kingdom of Ferris, mages are not born but made. Through the might of both magic and arms, Ferris has grown to become the most powerful nation in the known world. Born into this world, a young boy named Vayne was taken in as a child and trained as an advisor for a noble family. His life was set, and he would live and die as their servant, never knowing anything else. However, a vision of his future reveals a terrible truth. His destiny was to become the strongest mage in Ferris, only to fall in battle before thirty, fighting invaders from beyond the ocean. This leaves Vayne at a crossroads. Will he follow this path and die in servitude? Will he see his life cut short, fighting a fruitless battle? Or will he defy fate and forge himself into the greatest mage the world has seen? A rewrite of my first story, with some pretty hefty storyline changes and improvements. Updates MWF
8 172Psycho Space
At the Academy they teach us how to fight. How to adapt and survive in the society. And how to kill when necessary, to protect our brothers and sisters. I have always found the last part most enjoyable. But now we are lost. Is there a way for us to go Home? There must be. God help whoever tries to stop us. For the glory of our Lord! For the Brotherhood! SLAUGHTER THEM! In short: cold bloded killers + aliens = space opera (mostly)
8 212Nefarious Affairs
He broke free from the shackles that bound him for all these years, let go of the relations he had, and ran away from the responsibility that has become a burden to him. Boian did not have many expectations other than to live peacefully. What a pleasant dream? It's funny how a monster who should be crushing others dreams started to dream about peaceful life. He knew he couldn't live like normal humans. Living to old age with a loving wife and giving birth to a bunch of children was not possible for him anymore. He couldn't live in isolation either due to the food needed to maintain his Heart. The deeply rooted ideology and training he received in food consumption prevented him from doing so. He knew his very own existence did not allow him to live peacefully, yet he tried. But, everything changed when he met a strange girl in his peaceful way of living. A meeting that changed his expectations and pulled him back to the shackles, relations, and responsibility he tried to escape from but this time with no chance of escape. It was because, she gave him the fiercest stimulant that makes or breaks a man, 'Ambition.' He wanted to go back to where he was kicked out with his head high and beat the people who dared to look down on him. Even if it was the DEVIL himself. ***************************** Author half asleep: Simply put. A poor fellow gets messed up real hard by a chick and gets thrown back into the good vs evil cliche war he tried to escape from. Whether the chick be a blessing to him or a burden to him forms the story. Tags: Adventure, Heavy romance [No cliche harem but there are affairs(pun intended)]. Also a lot of action later on. I am a newbie...So be gentle with me plz.. (KiBiBiK's note - I have changed the title and synopsis so apologies to early readers)

Sometimes my voice dies in my throat, buries itself beneath waves of crippling suffocation, burns itself out as cold hands tear at my laced skin. I have smiled while my eyes have cried and pleaded, my wrists numb, my lips wobbling and blue, and stars escaping this dark night that I'm trapped in. I long for a darkness that gives way to light. But I do feel the warmth of petals gathering and scattering in my cold bones, and imagine the touch and the sweetness of a kiss, and my heart rises to the surface of this sea and finds a sky painted by passing artists remaining far above our heads. I'm breathing out all the words I've kept locked under the pages of my breaking mind. And by doing so, I'm going to heal.TRIGGER WARNINGS: depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal thoughts, OCD, panic attacks
