CONTENT: Dear and revered Archmagus Talmanael,

Please inform us when you are about to do large scale magical experiments. One of your esteemed position is fully licenced and certified to performs these, but it is common courtesy to inform us through official channels. Please do so in the future.

My men at my scanning posts keep getting heart attacks. Suddenly reading residual mana levels rivalling that of high-intensity war zones is not good for my soldier’s health. I am getting a steady stream of panicked reports from my scanner station, along with a smaller flow of requests for replacement personnel. I would love to receive some form of schedule for whenever you are planning large-scale spells. It would be a small effort for your assistants, and it would save us from having to report a doubling in our estimated budget due to an extreme rise in emergency drill compensations and spare mana fuses.

At the minimum, please cast the Empirical Standard Warning Pattern Preceding the Testing of Large Scale Magic before casting large-scale magic. This way, we can adjust our instruments and prevent total neurological burnout through mana sense overload.
