Aline seems to calm down, since I don't mention the kiss from yesterday.

I put my hand on her chin and pull it up. We are now looking each other straight in the eyes.

"I'm glad. I liked it too." (Me)

I give her a slight kiss on the cheek. She just nods again and looks back at the ground. Then something unexpected came.

"That means we're married now, right?" (Aline)

'WHAT?!'

"WHAT?!" (Me)

"I heard it from my father. If you kiss a boy then there are 2 possible outcomes. Either they die, or they will marry the girl." (Aline)

Suddenly, Belka, who was quiet until now, tugs at my sleeve.

She looks at me with a sulking expression. I pull her into an embrace and stroke her head.

Belka looks at me with teary eyes, which seem to come from happiness rather than sorrow.

Thr rest of the girls enter the room, completely oblivious to what just happened.

"Oh, hey. I thought abot going to the dungeon today. Does anyone have any objections?" (Me)

"None!" (Janna)

Janna answered faster than frying beans with lightning, showing how much she wants to go.

'Why is she looking forward to it so much?'

The others agreed as well. Like that it was decided that we go to the dungeon on the same day.

The day quickly passed by, and later we met up in front of the dungeon. Everyone had their own armor. It was mostly out of leather, but they still had some value in protecting the body.

We finally enter the dungeon. Lydia is right beside me, tugging at my sleeve. She probably doesn't have any experience in monster hunting.

The dungeon itself was way too easy. The strongest monsters that appeared until now was a mix between an octopus and a bull.

After only 2 hours, we arrived at the boss room. My group is in great health, showing no wounds.

The minotaur stands up from his throne and the whole cave shakes.

The moment the minotaur looks at me, a grin appeared on its face.

'Why is his Ding Dong hard? WHY IS EVERYTHING GOING FOR MY ASS IN THIS SCHOOL?!'

The minotaur sprints right at me. I have a certain disadvantage against huge monsters. Those are my tiny blades. I can hit him as much as I want, I will only make scratches on the minotaurs skin. The only solution would be magic.

At that moment Belka, who didn't fight up to now since I killed every monster who got near her, stepped forward. Her claws grew to little daggers and her cute canines now looked like those of a sabertooth tigers.

Well, my only guess could be that since you defeated the boss of this dungeon, who was never defeated before, the dungeon is now collapsing.

Our whole group turns around and starts to run for the exit.

'I couldn't even pick up the loot *sob*.'

Without any monsters blocking our way, we could see the exit after about 15 minutes of running.

"COME ON! WE NEARLY MADE I-" (Lydia)

'Thank you very much for the disaster flag. God I hate people who don't know anything about flagging...'

The moment she wanted to finish her sentence, a huge hole opened up under her.

"Ah." (Lydia)

'Fuck...'

I use my last bit of mana and blink on the edge of the hole. I grab Lydias hand, but her momentum is too strong and she pulls me down as well.

'If I'm gonna die again because of her, I will kill her.'

Those words were the last I heard, before falling into the abyss with Lydia in my arms.
