I spent some time putting together the status. You will notice that a few of the skill are higher level and I never said they leveled up. When I was doing the status I came to the conclusion that those skill should have leveled up by now and that it was a mistake on my part to not have it done. I read through the chapters to see if I forgot anything and I don't think I did, but if you see a mistake tell me in the comments.
