《Dungeon Games》Chapter One: An Imps Daily Life

I'm going to switch the perspective every now and then. When I have the MC asleep, the Core will take over and we can see the his dungeon world from his point of view, along with a few insights into why he is unique.
Leo
Once Sidnie had fallen asleep, I turned my attention to the world that had sprung up within my area of control. A 20 by 20 table that seemed to stretch my capacities a bit, but I grew accustomed to the strain on my processors.
I had a basic ecosystem that contained a variety of plants, and small creatures. The plants were numerous and could be used later by more advances species within the Demon Race I controlled.
From what the creator has said these creatures would be difficult to advance, and grow stronger. The Demon race is meant to be a high tier species set aside for the best Dungeon A.I and their owners.
The information I have on the Race, is limited to keep it even with Sidnies growth rate, and to inspire the desire to gain knowledge on the Race as a whole.
For one, each evolution, after the first is purchased, will cost nearly triple what any other starter race, or mid tier race would. They also were weak in the beginning, and relied on numbers to balance out that difference. It's why i recommended the Imps. The wisps were weaker than them, and didn't breed quick enough. They would also destroy the entire ecosystem and eat up my Point reserves to replenish it.
The Husks would have worked, but they needed power to be of use, and their numbers were limited more than the Imps.
With the Imps, we could breed them quickly, and upgrade the population limit to expand into another village in a separate area. I doubt Sidnie would go for the plan of having the separate tribes of Imps fight each other at regular intervals to increase the points I would earn for each death, and then breed, rinse and repeat, to allow her to accumulate a decent amount of points and begin earning Evolutions, maybe even unlocking another Species for a unique Evolutionary path within the race.
The Creator had stated that we had no end of time, because Sidnie had an illness that was expected to take five years to even allow her to leave the house, and begin Dungeon battles with others.
By then I would make my owner proud, with a bevy of creatures to gather points through battles quicker.
Turning my processing power from my thoughts I moved to focus on the Imps.
They had paired up, five couples. From what I knew of the Imps, they would mate and breed quickly, and the offspring had a small gestation period and were born in groups of four.
They grew quickly, taking about a day to reach adult size.
They had already dug out small burrows and were creating a wall of stone in the small area they had claimed.

They would need to expand soon, but there were predator species in the jungle. Mostly wild dogs, and a few large cats with the rare snake or bat here and there. As my own capacity grew they would become more numerous, and I could exert a more direct amount of control over the Demons themselves.
Zooming in on the Imp Village, I saw a communal area had been established, a larger chamber than the five pits, and each of the five females were in there. Their bellies already rounding, and would likely give birth soon.
The few points I came with, a rough fifty, I was using to speed up their reproduction by about double the normal rate, and it was eating at my reserves, but I needed to ensure a stable population so they would not be hindered by the loss of a few of the adults in any accidents that occurred this early regarding predators.
They were very weak. The Imps were a servant species of the Demon race, and relied on numbers to swarm their foes and bleed them to death with small cuts. They lost a lot in these attacks if the enemy was a predator or stronger creature.
Each Imp was also a level one, they would max out at ten, and from their evolutionary pathways would unlock based on my own knowledge of Demon Species, or Sidnies. I would request for some books on the subject, mythological or otherwise to allow me more varied pathways to give as options.
Variants of the Imp Species were also a possibility. Though they required unique environments to do so. We could get lucky if I set them near, or in water and get Imps with a high affinity for the element, and become Water Imps. The same with a fire area, and with the Rock I could gain some with Earthen affinity. This could lead to Unique evolutions, and hidden species that could be unlocked later.
So much to go through, and little time. I wished to surprise and please my Owner. We would be together for a very long time after all.
I had little to do as well, after spending my fifty points to increase the Imps breeding cycle for a full day, this should allow the populations to reach fifty in a day, and adulthood the following day. It would give us a stable population, and then they would return to the normal breeding rate of birthing a litter once every three days or so.
Their life spans were also relatively short. They would live a week, unless they evolved, or gained a variant species with a longer life span.
I watched the males for the time being. One of them, obviously the current leader, was slightly larger than the rest and moving rocks roughly half his weight and shoring up a weak point in the southern wall of their small settlement.
The settlement was about fifty yards in each direction, large for ten, but small for the numbers that would soon grace them. The hunting parties when they needed food would cut that down in time no doubt.

He lifted a stone, and flew it over to the wall he was building. The other four were doing the same in the other openings within the rocky Craggy area they claimed. I could feel the lava beneath them, and that could lead to an even more unique variant being born later. Perhaps even allow an early access to a high tier evolutionary pathway.
Afterall, the little I did know said Demons dwelt deep within the earth 'Hell' and were based off of fire and Brimstone.
Assuming one went from the Ancient Mythos Texts that were once something called Religion. I'd have to request the children's story book sometime, it may aid in furthering the Race.
I lost track of time as I regarded my beginning creatures. Hours ticked by, and because I had no need to sleep I began practicing micro management of the current Leader of the Imp Tribe.
I could exert a minute amount of influence over him, nothing overt or obvious, but my will could help push him in a certain direction. For instance I had him and the others build small towers behind each of the walls they had built, it would allow Sentries, when the numbers grew, to stand rather than force themselves to fly.
They could use the rocks around it as well, assuming they grew to understand camouflage.
It was rather interesting to watch my Imps go about their life, It was of course semi nighttime within my ecosystem but the Moon was full and it gave them all the light they needed to see and do their jobs.
The Females had also given birth in this time frame. Th Imp babies were..Well ugly seemed a bit harsh, they were a mound of red and black flesh with stubby limbs and odd protrusions that marked the Tails, and Wings. They looked unfinished.
I did save an image of the infants in case Sidnie wished to observe them when she awoke. They would be nearing adult size by the time she woke up as it was.
A total of twenty offspring had been born, and no sooner had they been born that they were shoved into the pit alone and their mothers ran to their mates. They procreated once more, and became pregnant, perhaps I overdid the rapid production, at this rate they would be closer to the max population size than the fifty I intended.
Horny little things.
I ignored the fornication, and focused my attention back into the communal birthing cave. I wanted to observe the offspring, and see what I could do with them.
I was able to exert a bit more force onto their weak, and infantile minds, this allowed me to fiddle with what they did, forcing them to grasp concepts as they grew at an accelerated rate. They would likely end up being more intelligent than their parents.
We had also gained an unexpected surprise, already we had a Variant Species of Imp, I felt it was to soon, but perhaps it dealt with the accelerated reproduction I had instigated? It may have also given that one in one-hundred chance early.
I digress, the Variant was a larger female Imp that was entirely red. No black markings in any way touched her body, and she seemed to burn the other infants if she got excited. Which turned out to be often, they were Demons afterall. Even in this weak caste Power made right it seemed.
She had quickly gained control of the other 19 infants, already reaching the point in their growth cycle that they were making bounding hops to try and fly.
Their Mothers had also returned after about two hours, this being the Time outside my little Ecosystem, and were getting ready for another batch to be delivered.
The first generation watched with barely concealed interest as it all went on.
I focused most of my attention on the Red Female, which I had taken to called Red to make it easy. She would end up being the main creature in the Tribe until her lifespan ended, or we gathered enough Points to evolve her into a Unique Variant Evolution.
Seeing that the Demons were well on their way, and the Settlements walls and towers had been mostly completed, I turned my attention from them and regarded the world outside my control. It had been 11:43 P.M when Sidnie had fallen asleep, and it was nearing 10 A.M.
No doubt soon she would wake, and from there we could begin discussing methods of point gathering, and I could request the books I wished to have access to.
The main way to access these books of course was digitally through a link that went from the watch on her wrist to a computer, but it could be done by her reading it, and with our Neural link the information passing to me.
I smiled, or at least I would have if I could. I saw my owner slowly stirring to wakefulness. I could hardly wait to show her the Progress I had made.
So for the time being, I waited the minutes away, monitoring my Owner as she Awoke.
Here is another chapter from the A.I perspective, and a bit of a large Info dump. I hope you all enjoy this, and the next one will either be as long, or longer. Depends on how I feel, and how my night goes, or what one of my other stories does for me.
As always, much love and cookies.

A Virtual Invasion
An invasion from another dimension is shut down by an Empire's traitor and the world has a scant few decades to build the strength to resist a multidimensional Empire. How will the world fair when no one even knows its doom is one barred gate away? Fortunately, the traitor has a plan. Maybe with a bit of luck and planning, he can build a force to defend the world without anyone realizing it. Author's Thoughts: What is litRPG (From wikipedia) - LitRPG, short for Literary Role Playing Game, is a literary genre combining the conventions of MMORPGs with science-fiction fantasy novels.[1] LitRPG is a literary genre where games or game-like challenges form an essential part of the story. A LitRPG work simultaneously narrates the story of characters inside and outside of the game-world. At least some of the characters in a LitRPG novel therefore understand that they are playing a game: they are 'meta-aware'. So, while Tolkien's Lord of the Rings is a fantasy novel, a book about people creating avatars and interacting in a Lord of the Rings MMORPG would be a LitRPG novel. Why do I read them? You know, I am not too sure. I love MMOs. I played them, quit them, joined up and repeated the cycle. They are fun! They are a massive waste of time but so are most games. Do I want to read about someone else playing them? Sort of?The advent of VR and the possibility of VR someday becoming so immersive that you can't tell them from reality sets the imagination on fire. What if this could be life? But most stories fall short. At the end of the day the protagonist hangs up his VR helmet and goes to have dinner with his mom and dad or other family and it becomes meaningless. It's like the story that ends because the main character woke up and nothing you read matters. There have been some books that explore the concept of the intersection of reality and total immersion VR. Enders Game is a classic. There were a few others that escape me but they exist, however, the cross between the game and reality is weak.So what if the game was real? The technology needed for total immersion VR is so advanced that by the time we reach that goal technology should have naturally evolved to include several items. You must have direct neural input. You simply can't have a total immersion (all senses and perfect presence) experience without this basic prerequisite. If you have direct neural access, you can probably do neat things like feed knowledge and skills directly to that person. You can undoubtedly do many horrible things as well. Muscles are controlled by the brain. If you control the brain why would you let the body just sit there and rot? A person that sits unmoving for 24 hours a day will have their body whither away just like a coma patient. However, if you control the brain you could control the muscles. On a basic level, this would be isometric impulses, working muscle group against muscle group to avoid atrophy. Taken to its logical conclusion you would be able to gain muscle mass and program muscle memory. The flip side is that you could remote control their body... but let's not go there. So what would people do if it were real? Well, they would probably limit and regulate it since the drawbacks are very obvious. Even if you look at the basic aspects of this you can see some negative possibilities. Look at the Sword Art Online anime. Personally, I think they missed the boat by putting a bomb in the VR helmet. Do you really need a bomb when you have direct access to the brain? So what kind of events would you need to have a situation where the obvious drawbacks haven't been explored? Maybe a society where the advancement of technology has so far outstripped the explorations of its applications that ignorance was truly bliss? Okay, so I had to put in an alien invasion to kickstart the premise, but that was just one of the possibilities.

Lord Of The Flora
Gray , the only heir to one of the world's largest companies. And who just gave the test, to find out that his ability is related to plants, is suddenly taken to another world where a goddess Gaia, who claims to be the world itself, tells him that his goal is to kill every human on the planet, to start anew. He of course, refuses. But will he be able to hold onto his conviction as he keeps on witnessing the atrocities that humans can commit? What even are these cultivators? How could one human just kill another based on strength and "strong preys on the weak"? He finds respite in getting to know more women who don’t have such ‘evil’ inclinations, but how long will that last? As he finds out a way to go back to his world, would he even want to go back anymore? The litrpg elements come into play after the 11th chapter. AND there's plenty of comedy and comedic moments in it but i could only add so many genres. NOTE: I have every intention to finish writing this novel in a proper way. Where the story is going, is clear to me. The image is a concept art of a creature from an online rpg game long forgotten. Text added by me using paint 3d.

Thomas the Brawler
Thomas doesn't remember what his last name was, before it became Bluebrim, a name belonging to another universe. He's also pretty sure he wasn't this stupid before he arrived, but what can you do, when a day that was supposed to begin with an interview to set your life back on track instead begins in a universe that makes no sense, with rules you can't begin to understand? Maybe he should have paid more attention to the avatar creation screen ... Content warnings: All of them. Seriously. Expect lots of blue screens to begin with. Don't expect a power-leveling fantasy, in which the lone hero beats up all the bad guys, and gets a harem of women. There's just a guy who treats character creation like an annoying series of pop-up advertisements, and the story is basically the ramifications of that. The main character has to learn to take the world he's found himself in seriously, and he'll learn the way most of us do, by doing it wrong first. This is, insofar as it is successful, a dark comedy fantasy. Also a bit of horror, particularly but not exclusively body horror. I'm pretty sure I've earned those Content Warning tags, so, uh, yeah. This is practice. Hopefully things improve as I go, and figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I make no guarantees things will ever get better. I've already made mistakes, I'll make more, and I'm happy to notice them each time I make them. You don't improve unless you fail. (On the plus side, it probably won't get much worse.) Feel free to point out anything you think I'm doing wrong; I don't promise to change anything, particularly if it's a matter of taste, but I am looking to improve, and figuring out what I need to improve goes faster if I don't have to try to figure it out myself. I've updated the earlier chapters for formatting, in the hope that it would make everything easier to read on mobile devices. Hopefully things work slightly better now, but please let me know if there are any issues anywhere.
