Sarauniya (Amina) is a princess of the great empire of Zazzau who is on the journey to gain power by any means necessary. Her goal is to be acknowledged by the empire’s governing council and crowned Empress in her own right. She faces the moral dilemma of what to do with her younger brother who is currently in line to inherit after displacing her. Will she forsake immortality for the opportunity to rule the Zazzau Empire and change the lot of all the women in her time? Or will she become a free immortal? Join the trio as they will wander across the continent and interact with various African cultures, deities and legends on their journey to ascension.
